Spring break in Val Vista Lakes

Excellent attention to detail! Beautiful home! Everything was clean, accommodating and very well stocked! Tonya was an amazing and kind host. Our kids loved the heated pool and pontoon boat. We rode bikes to Handel’s ice cream - so fun! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Exceeded expectations

Our family of kids to seniors all had a wonderful time! We appreciated the warm welcome, amenities and location. If you’re looking for a great place to get away and relax, or a spot to perch between days trips, it’s perfect! We loved the pool, boat, bikes and kayaks. Every detail is carefully considered and the hosts are attentive and helpful. We all slept well in the very cozy beds too! . We’ve stayed at many places and this is one of our favorites! Review from the kids “we loved it and everything there! You should definitely try it out!”

The Ritz Carlton of VRBO's!

Exceptional throughout. Tonya and Richard are amazing hosts. Communication was unlike anything we've experienced at a VRBO. Extremely prompt in responding to our questions; full of ideas on what to do and where to eat; met us upon arrival to give us a tour and demonstrate how to use theater, pontoon and espresso machine (a big hit for all of us). The home has been impeccably cared for inside and out. Everything we needed (and more) from kitchen supplies, pool toys and bikes. Thanks to both of you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It felt like our own private resort! Hope to stay again.

Paradise!

The house and property were amazing! The grandchildren spent hours in the pool, paddle boarding, kayaking and time spent on the pontoon boat! The location is centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores along with just a short drive to all the beautiful mountain/hiking trails! Tonya and Richard were wonderful hosts! We've stayed at a lot of different rentals. The owners here are the best we've had by far. Very kind and thoughtful. They made our stay perfect with the extras. The pool was heated, the house was beautiful, the water toys and pontoon boat were wonderful. You can't go wrong staying here. They will take great care of you.

Family vacation

We was impressed with the home it was beautiful we got to enjoy the clean pool and the boat on the lake the home was so clean and well stocked with everything the beds was very comfortable only the bed couch was not that great to sleep on for our oldest grandson! The host spoiled us with having water and orange juice coffee cereal bagels and so much more for us to enjoy ! Best hostess ever and cleanest home and backyard ever we highly recommend this home and the place to all our friends and everyone !

Best VRBO EVER!

This property is absolutely IMMACULATE! From the moment we stepped into this gorgeous home we knew it was going to be a fantastic vacation. The pictures do not do this property justice whatsoever! It is more beautiful in person than we could have ever imagined! The owner Tonya is incredibly kind and she will bend over backwards to make sure your every need is met. She is so thoughtful and responds almost immediately if you have a question or need. Not only is this home beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable, but it was also perfectly spotless. I cannot think of a single thing we needed that the home did not provide or that Tonya would not have jumped and gotten for us. Honestly we came for the destination of Arizona, but this house was the real destination favorite for all of us! We barely wanted to leave! The quiet neighborhood felt very private and safe. We loved the sparkling infinity pool overlooking the lake, the pontoon boat, the kayaks, and paddle boards. From our toddler to our teens and our elderly parent everyone enjoyed this VRBO. We ALL cannot wait to come back! If you have the opportunity to rent this lovely home do not hesitate! I guarantee you it’ll be the best decision for your vacation! Thank you Tonya! Attention to Details

This is the first VRBO that we have stayed at that was more than ready with all the extras! From having a case of bottled water, organic milk, and orange juice to Easter Baskets for our grandkids. Such a super special time for our family. The extra play toys were a hit and boat was an added bonus. Love the gated community and safety that we felt being there. Top of the line appliances and beautifully decorated home. We so appreciated the care and thought that the owners put into this home. Would highly reccommend.

Amazing resort-like house, fun for the whole family!

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was top notch. The pool, hot tub, and boat were such fun - it's like staying at your own resort! The check-in process and communication with property manager were seamless, and the house is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. They even stocked a number of items in the kitchen pantry for us so we had snacks and breakfast ready to go. We plan on staying here again next time we're in the area. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an amazing house in a great location!

Amazing waterfront vacation rental!

Immaculately clean and comfortable home. Multiple amenities available to use (kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, pool toys, bikes and helmets and more). Safe gated community. Pontoon boat, pool and hot tub were amazing. Very well stocked kitchen with tons of extras you don't usually find in a vacation rental home! Hosts were great!

AMAZING PROPERTY

The property was IMMACULATE, EXTREMELY WELL STOCKED and the owner even bought a huge tray of eggs, Prosecco, fresh Muffins etc etc etc. The list of items in the pantry is ENDLESS. My family and I travel quite often and we do rent properties on VRBO, however, I have never seen a property like this one The level of attention requires 10 stars and not 5... Mindy is an amazing hostess and she was there for us at every step of the way. If ANYONE is interested in renting this property please do it with your eyes closed. The property is extremely well maintained. They provide plenty of towels, the kitchen is well stocked, and there was a variety of outdoor equipment. We could not have found a better place for our annual family Super Bowl week. Mindy is divine - always responsive, very organized and beyond pleasant!

Beautiful Home on Val Vista Lake

We enjoyed our trip to Gilbert in this beautiful and relaxing home on Val Vista Lake. It’s fully equipped with so many extra amenities. I can’t think of anything they’ve left out. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa during the cold weather in January and had fun cruising the lake on the boat.! A special thank you to Mindy for her excellent communication! She was a lovely host and made our stay so special. This home truly deserves five stars and we hope to stay here again sometime!

Family memories that will last forever

Exciting! Starting and ending with our host Mindy. A perfect Christmas Holiday Vacation. Plenty of things to do. The pool, hot tub, boat cruises, games, movies, air hockey and the neighborhood & park walks, all enjoyable. The teens stayed off their phones for 5 full days. The property absolutely amazing. Fully stocked for entertaining. It was just gorgeous, a perfect holiday. If you’re thinking about this property - you will not be disappointed. Wonderful host.
