Desert Palm Villa - Heated Pool, Large 1 Story, 2 Ensuites

This sprawling rancher will greet you with clean design and spacious retreats. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, kick up your feet to smart TVs, enjoy coffee on the eastern patio in the rising sun, and afternoon ice tea surrounded by fruit trees or under the shade of the covered patio. A large living room, furnished kitchen, 2 master ensuites, and a total of 4 king beds ensure comfort throughout your stay. 2 full bunks and an additional full pull out provide extra space for your entire group.

Each king room is equipped with a top rated memory foam mattress, white cotton linens, a 55" smart TV (log in with your personal memberships), box fan and luggage racks. Additional closet space can also be used in each of the 4 king bedrooms. The full over full bunk room has 2 luggage racks and additional baskets for any storage needs. Travel toiletries and luxurious bath and pool towels are provided. The living room and dining rooms provide plenty of seating for large groups.

Our pool is now equipped with a heater! If you would like the pool to be heated during your stay, just let us know and an additional pool heating charge of $80 per day will be added to your reservation.

The Val Vista Lakes Resort pools and amenities are available by request to guests staying 7+ nights for no additional fee! Guests must let us know ahead of time if you would like to add these resort amenities to your stay so we can have time to arrange your access with the front desk. Attempting to gain access without proper paperwork being filed ahead of time by your host will result in you being turned away.

The Val Vista Lakes Resort pools and amenities are not accessible by guests staying at the Palm Villa for less than 7 nights. Do not attempt to gain access to these facilities.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our family of 9 (6 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant) traveled to AZ for a Celebration of Life for my in-laws who both recently passed away. We were looking for a home that was in a great location, had plenty of indoor space for all of us and had an outdoor space for our kiddos to enjoy. This house as well as its property manager (Gretchen) far exceeded our expectations. The 2 master ensuites and 3 additional bedrooms enabled each family member to have their own bedroom as a private space. The large family room and kitchen/dinette areas offered great spaces for our family to enjoy each other as well as discuss favorite memories of my in-laws. And our favorite feature was the amazing outdoor space.....WOW! We made arrangements with Gretchen to heat the pool during our February stay and our grandkids (and adult children) all LOVED the pool! Next to the pool was an astroturf area for our kids to play. The orange, grapefruit and lemon trees were loaded with fruit, which our 3-year-old grandson absolutely loved to pick and enjoy eating. Not only was this property perfect, Gretchen was an unbelievable host. Because my family all traveled from out of state, I messaged Gretchen numerous times. She always responded IMMEDIATELY and was extremely helpful, letting me know a portable crib, high chair, and stroller were available on site. Gretchen also helped with recommending a location to hold a lunch after our Celebration of Life. Her recommendation was PERFECT, and our stay was PERFECT!

Wedding weekend

Our family flew in from Sacramento and Boston for a long weekend for a wedding. Spent time doing some sightseeing and being with family for wedding activities. The house was perfect locale for all our adventures. Great space for 5 adults and 3 children under age 10. The house was spotless. Beds were great. Space was comfortable. The linens and towels were good and there was plenty! Convenience of washer dyer was so helpful. The yard and pool were wonderful. It is a very calm and relaxing spaceA truly wonderful experience here and wish all hosts were able to create such nice spaces. Thank you .

Perfect house for family holiday

For the past 12 years my siblings and our families rent a vrbo to celebrate Thanksgiving. Our stay this year was by far the best. Gretchen was wonderful to work with, responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and organized and we had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens and towels and the bathrooms had soap, lotion and shampoo. The house and yard are well maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful back yard and lawn games. We would definitely stay here again.

Mom and daughters trip

Plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked kitchen, cookware, dinnerware, and flatware. Bedrooms were spacious. Shopping nearby. Easy to contact hostess and have our questions answered. We were satisfied with our stay at this house.

Beautiful home

This home is great. With two king bedrooms with ensuites on opposite sides of the house, it is great for multiple families. We had 2 kids and the parents on one side and the grandparents on the other side giving everyone space. Two additional king rooms were perfect, and our grandson loved the bunk room. All the king rooms had big TVs, too! The pool was a life saver in July! Tons of towels and pool loungers made our outside time so much fun. We used the portable play yard and the booster seat for our toddler. The large dining and living areas were able to handle us all together whether playing games or sharing meals. We had a small issue when we arrived and Gretchen replied almost immediately and was able to get the issue addressed. The location was great for us. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Will look for this home the next time we visit!

Incredible property w/ many amenities

Everything was so painless, from checkin to check out. The house is spotless and comfortable! There were so many nice touches—from the soft towels to the nice flatware in the kitchen to the games in the living room cupboard. The pool was awesome and we used it all day long and even the evenings. There were plenty of extra pool towels, too. The beds were pleasantly firm and so comfortable. The host was great—no long chore list at check out, just a reasonable ask to load the dishwasher and put trash in the bins in the side yard. 10/10!

Amazing!

This home was the best place we have ever rented. It was super clean. The yard is very well maintained as well as the amazing pool. The neighborhood and location are super quiet. The place is very well stocked with towels and other needed supplies. The decor and furnishings are beautiful and very well kept.

Paradise !

What a wonderful home! My family of 6 adults, 2 grand boys and one baby stayed here for a week and it was perfect. We had one empty room! Two separate master bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect so everyone had their own space. The pool right off the kitchen was heaven to grand kids. House well accommodated with dishes, towels and ease in instructions to check in and out. Home is impeccably clean and well maintained. You could not find a better host than Gretchen who was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She was amazing! The best I’ve ever experienced. She takes such good care of her home and her visitors. Gilbert is delightful and the location is excellent. Close to golf, Scottsdale and other towns. Lots of walking paths and parks nearby and friendly neighborhood! Don’t miss out on Riparian Preserve or the botanical preserve near airport is a must.

Birthday Celebration

We came down to celebrate our youngest granddaughter’s second birthday. What a wonderful property to celebrate with our family. The owner was gracious to accommodate our family, we would definitely recommend this house as it was very spacious and was fully equipped to enjoy our weeks stay. We look forward to celebrating birthday number three next year at this location.

Great home and pool

We were very happy with our stay here. The home was very clean and what was expected from the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool and spent most of our free time in it. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The host was easy to communicate with and we didn't have any issues arise. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Stay!

We had a 3 generation family get together. Our son and family lived near this home so we rented. The home far exceeded our expectations. This home had everything (except a cutting board in the kitchen:). We have rented many homes over the years. This one was the most well appointed. 7 of us were over 70 and the home was so clean, safe, open spaces and very private bedrooms.Beds and bedding were very comfortable. We even found brand new high chair, portacrib and booster in one bedroom. Gretchen kept in touch with us prior to , during and after our stay. We will always remember this stay and hope to stay again. We will remember this stay warmly for a long time.

Great for families!

Gretchen was superb! Answered all my questions in a timely manner. The property was beautiful and perfect for my husband, 4 teenagers and myself. The backyard was fantastic with the pool, bean bags and grill which we used every day throughout the week! We also had access to the Val vista clubhouse with our 7 day stay. There we enjoyed an Olympic size pool, tennis courts and kayaking. The area was clean safe and close to many restaurants and shops. Thanks Gretchen:)

Amazing Arizona Oasis

This home is comfortable and has everything you need. The set up is great with two master suites and king-sized beds in four bedrooms. Kids will love the bunk room as well! Location is also great and close to grocery stores, restaurants, walking trails, etc. The best part about it is the pool and outdoor space. The lemon, grapefruit and orange trees were an added bonus. The owner, Gretchen, was wonderful about communicating everything we needed to know in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again!

Heavenly Haven

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for a wedding and it was wonderful! We had a few older family members so one level made things super easy. The home is spacious, neat and well equipped and in a convenient location. Gretchen was super sweet and accommodating. She let us know it was ready early if we needed it which worked out beautifully for those who flew in early. Highly recommend this lovely home!
