Denna vackra lägenhet har nyligen uppdaterats och har en orörd plats och utsikt. Vi är belägna i en av de trevligaste, välskötta samhällena, som har en sällsynt layout med två master sviter. Denna delade planlösning med 1 200 kvadratmeter är steg till en av de två uppvärmda poolerna med badtunna. Samhället har avancerade BBQ-gasgrillar, modernt gym, bastu och ångbastu, affärscentrum, vackert klubbhus och sätta greener.

Sovrummen har en helt ny lyxig kung och två helt nya lyxiga storlekar i full storlek i det andra sovrummet. Badrummen har badkar i dusch i en stor duschkabin i den andra. Båda badrummen har helt nya "ADA" -koder. Enheten har plattskärms-HDTV, Premium-kabel och WI-Fi. Köket har granitbänkar, mer moderna rostfria apparater, fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare & Keurig-kaffe, och Mr. Kaffemaskiner. Nyare trälaminatgolv. Matbordet är en hög topp med plats för fyra och frukostbaren har plats för 2, med fantastisk utsikt över gårdens gångvägar och omsorgsfullt underhållen pool. Den stora täckta uteplatsen vetter mot en skuggig exponering i söder med utsikt över trädet på frodigt grönt landskap. Vi är en slutenhet, väldigt privat och ingen ovanför dig. Extra tyst!

Gångavstånd till utmärkta grannrestauranger, marknader, kaféer, salonger och parker. McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve ligger några steg bort för vandring och cykling. Även McDowell Mountain Ranch Park Aquatic Center & Golf Course, kort bilresa till Spring Training Baseball Stadiums, WestWorld, Barrett-Jackson Auto Show, Arabian Horse Show, TPC Golf, kasinon och dussintals bekvämligheter i närheten och attraktioner som Scottsdale har att erbjuda, inklusive Musikinstrumentmuseum. My wife and I stayed four nights. This condo is extremely well appointed and nicely updated. Very clean! The location is perfect and centrally located to everything. Grocery stores and coffee shops are super close. We loved the pool which is right across from the unit. Communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful experience

Clean Clean Clean! We loved this unit because it was close to the parking space, and close to the pool (steps) We walked to AJ's grocery store and Starbuck's is a few doors down. The unit in an interior unit so it's very quiet- we stayed at another unit last year in the complex, that faced the busy street and it was very noisy! Would recommend and stay here again.

Arizona vacation

We had a wonderful stay here. Accurate description of condo. We slept and showered here and were on the go otherwise for meals and hiking. Great location! Has accommodations for cooking if needed.

Wonderful stay in Scottsdale AZ

Beautiful property located not far from the highway, making driving around the area very convenient. Located steps from the pool and hot tub and near the local attractions. Very lovely and well decorated interior; has everything you would need for a week in Arizona. We'll be back...

The property is updated and provided everything that was needed for our stay. Property was clean and close to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Communication with Fay was excellent and prompt. Would definitely stay again if returning to the area.

A Scottsdale Gem

This was such a lovely place to stay! The unit itself was fantastic. The bedrooms had plenty of room and the living space was comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evening hours. It was steps away from the pool and outdoor grill area which we took full advantage of. Another highlight was being close to Starbucks, grocery stores, Walgreens and CVS with very little drive time (a 2 minute drive). We look forward to enjoying this unit on another trip. The communication with the owner was fantastic as well. Truly top notch!

A real "vacation resort" experience

I have stayed at this unit twice before- and love it. The location of the unit is very close to parking; you can walk to AJ's in 3 minutes, which also has Flo's restaurant and Starbucks in the same mall! The unit has a great Scottsdale "vibe" with the artwork and decor; it's always very clean and well stocked in the kitchen- the balcony overlooks "tree top" palm trees with the large outdoor pool and fitness center in view. This is an end unit, so quiet and has excellent natural light.

Amazing Scottsdale Summer Vacation

Sunshine stay

I’ve stayed at this complex 3 or 4 times in the past. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shopping and access to freeways. The community pool and activity area are a 1 minute walk from the condo and parking is handy. The condo itself is clean and well stocked.The master bathroom is by far the nicest of any other condos that I’ve stayed in the complex. The owner Fay was available if I had a question and the check in/ check out was easy. I will undoubtedly stay here during my future trips to Scottsdale. Thanks

Worked perfectly

This condo worked perfectly for us. It is well-furnished, thoughtfully arranged, and is well-maintained. The beds are comfortable. It’s quiet and the pool is a very short walk. We cooked all our meals in the condo, and found the kitchen well-stocked.

Beautiful Condo!

We were so happy staying at this beautiful property and would definitely stay here again! Communicating with Fay to book it was easy. It was so well decorated, clean and stocked with all the necessities. We really appreciated the extra paper towels, toilet paper and even hand soap in the bathrooms. Looking forward to staying here again if/when we are back in the Scottsdale area!

Perfect!

We've stayed at VRBOs in this area several times and the location is great. Unit was as advertised and very clean! We'll be back! Tip: If you stay here, give the McDowell Mountain Ranch Park & Aquatic Center a try. It's a stone's throw away and very reasonably priced at $9.00 per non-resident.

Exceptional vacation property

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful condominium—very close to the pools and parking space. The property is everything it’s advertised to be. The condo interior has great appliances, super comfortable beds and is beautifully decorated. Nice master shower. The pool area is usually quiet and excellent for sunbathing. Pool is 3 to 4.5 feet deep with a hot tub area as well. The property is well maintained and located close to a upscale grocery store, Walgreens and numerous places to eat delicious food. Old Scottsdale and the canal is only a 20 minute drive. The condo owners are very helpful, informative and quick to reply to any questions you may have. If you’re looking for an excellent vacation condominium rental—we highly recommend this place.

We are brand new owners (and experienced vacation rental hosts) to this amazing condo and love everything about the Signature complex, it's amenities and its location.

I selected this property because of its lush landscape, being from the midwest I wanted to best of both worlds, rich greens, warm weather, and outstanding convenient location to everything Scottsdale has to offer! It is one of the cleanest and best-maintained communities in Scottsdale!!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The unit is large with a rare split floor plan and currently sleeps 4, soon to me 6-7.). It has excellent entertaining space and a woodburning fireplace. There is also a large party room, and an outdoor fireplace gas pit for guests- it feels like a luxury resort, it quiet, clean, and has a high "walkability score."
