Excellent location

We enjoyed this location close to the Scottsdale mall, a 20 minute walk to Carmelback Mountain trailhead and Old Town. The pool was right outside the back door and kept in excellent condition. The grill was was located there as well We did not have any issues during our stay.

Comfortable upscale oasis from the city

Very clean and well appointed. I really appreciated all the small touches that made us feel like valued guests. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We were visiting downtown Phoenix for an event at the convention center. It was so nice to get out of the hustle bustle at the end of the day and enjoy the quiet beauty of Scottsdale. My family enjoyed the plethora of cool cars in the area, especially.

This is a very clean and well kept property. It is close to shopping, restaurants and within walking distance of Old Town. The host promptly responds to questions and is very helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Just Right

This place is clean and comfortable and in a great location. The pool is nice and the area is pleasantly quiet. The pricing is good for what you get and we will certainly choose to stay here again.

Great stay

We stayed with our 2 adult daughters. It was clean and comfortable. Great location to the mall and restaurants. Very walkable. Great host- very attentive and responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here over the Christmas holiday. It was the perfect size for us. There are 2 king beds which was a plus, and the house had everything else we needed. We were able to walk to Old Town Scottsdale and felt safe doing so. We'd gladly stay again!

Excellent Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing time staying at this location. The Scottsdale area is beautiful and central to many of the attractions we visited. The host was very responsive and did everything he could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting Pheonix in the future!

Great place in great location

We had a great week at this VRBO! The location is super convenient, close to shopping and a great selection of restaurants. The property was exactly as pictured— renovated and maintained with private parking spot. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful, making for a restful stay. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool since it was a bit chilly in Arizona, but the weather was perfect for hiking. Highly recommend Ryan's place!

We love to explore the world, but for 2020 we 'made lemonade' out of the year and ventured to our neighboring state of Arizona to see all that it has to offer.

Per our friend's suggestion, we explored Scottsdale and it was love at first sight!

Just this past year we uprooted from California and moved full time to the Phoenix area.

We happily share our 'humble abode' with those looking to explore Scottsdale.

Location, location, location!!

Whenever we travel, having instant amenities to 'all the fun things' is of the highest priority. This Scottsdale residence is no exception.

Being one who enjoys exercise and leisurely walks, our place is conveniently located next to restaurants, retail shops, movie theatre and nightlife.

One could walk into and around 'Old Town' if they felt inclined to get some added exercise during their stay.
