Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was perfect. Excellent location. Short walk to the beach, Publix, Beach Cafe, etc.

Awesome space, walkable, and clean

We loved our visit and were very impressed by the villa. The backyard area was private and not busy, so it felt like our own space. The home was clean upon arrival, and we were very impressed by how cold the bedroom was at night. We would love to stay again the next time we visit Anna Maria Island!

Great LITTLE place

Great little place. Location is wonderful...quiet, felt very safe, easy walk to everything...beach, grocery, coffee, restaurants. Bedroom is very tight, no closet or dresser, have to squeeze around suitcases to get in and out of bed, but living area, kitchen area and outdoor areas are wonderful and plenty spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect romantic getaway

The property is a perfect blend of clean, quiet and convenient. The location couldn't be better. The price was perfect to get us in and create an awesome value. We couldn't have been happier. The AMI staff might well be the friendliest, best communicators in the business!

Great place for a couple of days

This was an adorable one bedroom place with a lovely community pool just outside. We were comfortable there, though it took a while to learn to work the pool alarm system and avoided it whenever possible. Special thanks to the staff (shout out to Cyndy) for allowing us to store suitcases in their offices until we could get into the condo. That made a huge difference and we were so grateful for the extra service.

Beach cottage perfect for 2

Perfect! Was so happy with this cute beachy cottage, perfect for 2 and the pup. The shared communal space was so wonderful with a nice size heated pool, plenty of gas grills and beach equipment to go around. Staff at AMI Locals were very friendly and responded quickly to our few requests. Pros: 2 minute walk to beach Outdoor space Heated pool Walkable: peaches, publix, dunkin donuts, skinnys, beach cafe, kiwi fish & chips, cheesecake cutie, los chiludos. Cons: Not really kid friendly Busy road Bring Xtra toilet paper, Trash bags

Perfect getaway

Easy, convenient and peaceful stay. Biked and walked to beach and restaurants. Safe area. Beach 2 blocks away with warm gulf water and white powdery sand. Heated pool with comfy lounge chairs. End of April weather couldn’t have been any better, 82, low humidity, clear skies.

Family trip

Overall we loved our stay. The property was in the perfect location, it was so nice having everything there that we needed for the beach. We did have some issues that we contacted the property manger about that were never resolved which was pretty upsetting.

Place is as advertised plus more.

Great place for a couple or maybe a few kids. The duplex was spotless. Lit pool at night. Have fake grass in the back which is great. Nice landscaping. There ae some beach toys, a few beach chairs and a wagon. They are the low sitting chairs. I prefer sitting higher but then again I'm older. Place feels safe to be in. Suggestions. Bring extra garbage bags, laundry detergent, any condiments you may need. There are enough flat ware, plates and bowls for about five people. There is a decent grill out back but you will need your own grilling stuff plus something to clean the grill. It was pretty messy. I wasn't grilling myself, but you might. Bring a ROKU if you have it and any passwords for Disney and things like that.. TV is the only weak spot. There is a Public grocery store within walking distance. A bit pricey but Walmarts are a few miles down the road. All in all, this is a great place. Would consider it again. Beach is an easy stroll and it is fantastic. Top restaurant for me was Watertown. A little high but great food.

Well Worn

Really liked location but our unit was rough. Walls were marked up, trash in kitchen wasn't emptied, and no place to put clothes. Contacted rental company and requested trash bags, and 1 extra roll of TP. They dropped off extra trash bags but said they only allocate 1 roll for a 5 day stay. Seemed petty. Also told them their was a half dead bug (beetle or cockroach) in main room and missing a TV controller. No response. Just expected more for the price. Needs some TLC.

The property and overall set up of the rental is very nice. Almost as if you have your own pool in the back yard and great lounge furniture. It’s a short walk to the beach and overall good location. But it’s way too expensive for what it is. Some of the items in the ( very small )unit were cheap- such as a shower curtain that fell off and a coat rack that fell out of the wall. It sleeps 4 but has only dishes for 2 I would say. Again, I was paying a lot of money for 2 nights and therefore expected much more.

Perfect for two!

Accommodations were perfect for 2 people. We had everything we needed The backyard pool was very nice and relaxing. The beach was just 2 blocks away. Perfect!

Super cute little place… But overpriced for what it was

Super cute little place… But overpriced for what it was. As soon as you open the door you can smell mold or some kind of wet smelly mouth popping me all weekend. The dryer did not work so we cannot properly clean our clothes like we had expected. Strange things were happening in the backyard… They were having photo shoots continuous during the weekend we counted at least 10 different women having photo shoots in the backyard where we felt we couldn’t be around the pool because we would get in their way. Very strange

Excellent, highly recommend

We had a great experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. Great management. Excellent property with all the amenities needed for our whole family - beach towels, toys, chairs, etc. Also, the villa decor is super cute - adding to the overall charm. Will definitely return!

Beach getaway

We enjoyed our last minute getaway to Anna Maria Island immensely. The whole trip from booking to departure was seamless and we didn't encounter any issues whatsoever. The place itself was amazing. We couldn't have had a better trip and we are anxious to get away again very soon!
