I love the layout. The spacious living area is great for th family. I love the bathroom near the garage. I am an early riser and could move around without waking everyone in the rest of the house. FYI - when we left this morning, there was a lot of trash in the outdoor can.

We come to Fripp every year and we have rented different houses the last 5 years. Without a doubt, this house has been our favorite! No stairs is a GAME CHANGER! We loved the 3 king beds and having 4 bathrooms all on one level. We usually come as a large group and the house was perfect for big group meals and family time. It has a great large driveway space as well as a big beautiful backyard on the golf course. The kids loved running around out there! We will definitely be a repeat customer next year!

We loved the property the home layout is great. Good location and privacy. There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. We did not use the gas grill as it was so rusted and dirty. The outside decking needs to be repaired, there are nails that are sticking up and caused a cut on my foot. The beach tent is not usable.

Spectacular home in the perfect location! The two master suites were large, and beds were the most comfortable! We appreciated all of the extras the house had to offer. We generally pack more than what we need, but the house had everything, if we had forgotten to bring our own. The kitchen was fully stocked and very nicely organized and clean. We enjoyed playing cornhole, watching golfers from the amazing, oversized windows and appreciated the extra beach chairs/towels! Carol was always responsive and detailed through the booking process. Home away from home!!
