Detta Àr en charmig enfamiljig liten strandbungalowhem som ligger pÄ norra Ànden av FMB sover 8 max. Det handlar om en 10-minuters promenad till stranden och en 15/20 minuters promenad till Times Square och piren med cirka 20 restauranger och barer pÄ vÀg. Allt har renoverats frÄn golv till tak. Det Àr nyligen listat dÀrmed inga recensioner men jag har 4 andra enheter som du kan kolla in mina recensioner. Dockside Dream UL # 994200 Uteplats pÄ taket # 1226700

 Det finns en inhÀgnad mycket stor utomhusbebyggelse med en privat ny uppvÀrmd pool och badtunna. Det finns en kolgrill.

Det finns tvÄ sovrum. En har en king size-sÀng och det andra sovrummet har tvÄ queen sÀngar. Det finns en mycket fast futon soffa som Àr i full storlek och de tvÄ stolarna skapar en enkelsÀng eller kan glida upp till soffan och skapa en king size-sÀng.

BÄda sovrummen, liksom vardagsrummet, har 55 "Samsung Smart TV-apparater. Vardagsrummet och köket öppnar upp till poolen med full utsikt frÄn dessa omrÄden.

Det finns tvÄ badrum och bÄda badrummen har duschkabin.

Uteplatsen / dÀck vid poolen Àr undercover för uteservering. Stolar till stranden, en svalare, strandvagn och badlakan finns.

First time to FMB

I gave the accuracy a 4 because the property is so much better than the pics. House is great. Perfect location to beach and restaurants. Home owner was easy to connect with consistently.

Wonderful!

The house was very nice! Clean decorated very nice and beachy! Great accommodations! Highly recommend!! Price was great for location. Walking distance beach and restaurants and shopping. Ft. Myers Beach is on its way back from Ian! Our host was great to communicate with and available if needed.

Bungalow Get-away

Amazing stay! My husband and I came down for a much needed get away. The house was so comfortable and inviting and had everything we could ever think of needing. Maria was so welcoming! Instructions were clear, concise, and left nothing to question. Thank you so much for rebuilding after Ian's devastation. We will definitely be back!!

New property

Great location as easy to beach and downtown. Good for 2 couples or small family. Both bathrooms are outside of the bedrooms, which is a little inconvenient. We were the first to stay at this place after the remodel from Ian damage and the pool didn't work. Since it was over New Years they couldn't fix for 2 days, but they did resolve with a new pump.

Nicely updated home, has all ammenities

House was updated and clean. Had many extras that we liked such as soap, TP, PT's, shampoo/shower gel, makeup remover, anything you'd need in a kitchen, beach/pool towels, plenty of seating at the pool. Bed's were wonderful! Suggestion...turn the heat up in the small shower. It was barely lukewarm. All adults ended up using the big shower because it just wasn't warm enough to use. Otherwise, great location and super easy communication with owners and property manager!

Absolute gem 
 Very clean nice place has all been renovated very well 
 The pool and hot tub are beautiful and relaxing
 Maria goes up and beyond to make sure you need absolutely nothing from snacks, paper goods , soaps , shampoo, trash bags etc .. We will be back thanks so much!!!

Quick weekend getaway

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this charming property. The house, though modest in size, surprisingly accommodated our family of seven quite comfortably. The layout was cleverly designed, maximizing the available space for everyone to relax. The whole family enjoyed the pool. We especially appreciated the proximity to the beach, making our daily outings effortless and fun. Overall, it was a memorable vacation, and we would consider returning.

Perfect for a quick getaway!

Perfectly cozy, clean house with good access to the beach and nearby restaraunts/food trucks. Pool and hot tub with covered patio were a great way to beat the afternoon heat. Came stocked with essentials and chairs/toys for the beach.

Beach vibes

Arrived at night. Welcomed in with bright beachy colors and glowing pool in the back. More than enough room for two people. Enjoyed the welcome snacks and local information. Hot tub didn't heat up and had some problems with the water draining, but nice place to stay. Place was clean and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Maria was very responsive and answered all our questions.

Perfect location and respite!

Short End of Summer Getaway

We had a great time in this cute little home. The neighborhood is close to the beach and restaurants and is very quiet. We were hoping for a few relaxing days, and we could not have been more pleased. Maria had many "extras" like plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, toiletries, floats, snacks, etc. which made the place easy to just go in and enjoy. I have no complaints at all but would note that the home is small and ideal for a small group and the slider to the pool area is hard to open so it may not be suited for more aged guests or anyone without a lot of arm strength. I went with one other person, so it was cute, perfect for us, and the difficulty sliding the door open made us laugh a lot so NO COMPLAINTS! It was spotless and perfect for us. It was a great place for us, and I would stay here again.

Close to beach and restaurants

The house was all updated. Loved everything about it. Loved swimming in private pool and jacuzzi. The washer and dryer is full sized and brand new. Quiet neighborhood, and beach access very close. Beds were firm and loved how everything was decorated. I really felt at home and will come back next Summer.

Great bungalow!

Great bungalow— super clean, close to the beach and downtown. Everything was great! The AC stopped working early in morning the day of check out but other than that everything was great. Maria was super accommodating and responsive.
