Beautiful Views

Had a great experience! Condo was clean and nice. It’s right on the beach and has beautiful views. Nice screened in patio. Great swimming pool and was really great that they had chairs to bring down to the beach if you didn’t want to use the ones on the property. Publics grocery store was right across the street so no driving. Always a plus. Property owner is awesome. Very easy to communicate with and very nice. Would definitely go back and recommend!

Great location, directly on the beach

Very good property, love the location, directly on the beach, nothing but sand between the condo and the ocean. Screened patio off the living room and access from the master bedroom. Located across the street is Publix supermarket, a great store fully stocked with everything needed for your condo stay. We are staying here again next year. Property manager was very accomodating and easy to access and work with.

Perfect location in the middle of the island, across the street from Publix, near all the attractions in Ft. Myers. Very nice stretch of beach and the pool was nice as well. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a beach vacation in FL.

Beautiful sunset.

Location of the unit is perfect, right on the beach, a couple of minutes driving from the restaurants and supermarket across the street. Beautiful sunset from lanai, we ended up ordering food and eating there with such spectacular view instead of going out. Unit as pictured online with some cute pieces of furniture, we only stayed for a weekend and didn't use the stove or the cookware so I can comment on that but looks very well stocked, beach chairs are also provided but you really don't need them because condo has a lot of lounge chairs under the palm trees. Owner made sure we were good and let us know they were available if need to. The best part is the peace and quiet this part of the beach has because isn't hotels around just condos. Overall was a very nice and relaxed weekend.

Great Location. Responsive Owner!

We had a 6 day stay with me, my husband and adult son. Perfect location if you want a quiet beach location and convenient to Publix grocery store. Condo was well maintained and had everything we needed. This included beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Only complaint would be pillows were a little to soft for our liking. Karen the owner was very responsive and gave good recommendations on places to eat which was very helpful!

Comfortable and Cozy

We have enjoyed our time here immensely. It’s like spending time at a family vacation home. Karen is the best! We like to cook rather than order or go out and the kitchen accommodated two of us at the same time, the kitchen is open to the rest of the living area, that’s important for us! Publix across the street is a plus! We will be back!

Location, location!!

What a great escape! Our family of 4 stayed for 10 days in this rental. First ... the location is phenomenal!! Publix is across the street and you can even bring your cart back across the street! The owner is quick and responsive with any questions. The condo is nicely equipped and has beach towels and chairs. The beach is super quiet, laid back, and not busy at all. Overall a great spot to spend some time!

Awesome beach vacation

We wanted to spend a few days on the beach with our 12 year old grandson. This was the perfect location with an amazing view. We had an amazing time and will definitely return for future stays!

Fabulous Sister Trip

Thursday thru Monday trip with my sisters to celebrate my 50th birthday. The location was wonderful. Right on the water with a gorgeous view. A little bit away from the bustle of Time Square but close enough to visit. Convenient grocery store and restaurant across the street. The owner communicated through text and was available if we needed anything.

Condo on the beach

Condo right on the beach. Well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. Publix directly across the street. The pool are was very nice. Enjoyed having a grill. Only negative was the trolley system. Very unreliable. We ended up using Uber as most restaurants, bars, etc we’re not within walking distance. We would stay here again but would rent a car next time.

A comfortable stay

The property was well appointed and equipped and the location, looking right over the beach, was perfect, Publix supermarket was right across the road. Our hosts were very helpful in helping us arrange Covid tests to be delivered to the apartment, many thanks.

We bought this condo because we know that visitors to the beach want to see the water 24/7. The beach is 7 miles of nice sand and I love to have a reason to go the beach every day.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I think the weather was the deciding factor. We are from the Midwest and here in Minnesota, summer is too short. The flowers and the palm trees are so therapeutic that we couldn't resist. We also like the mid-island location as we can access the South end bridge or the North end bridge so it is very convenient.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have all the comforts of home. We like to think that we have covered all the details and we know our guests appreciate the amenities that we have to make their vacation special.
