Absolutely Amazing ! Right on the Beach! Not too crowded. BBQ grills were spotless clean.Plenty of shower towels. Plenty of beach towels.Super comfortable bed. All the kitchen utensils we needed to cook what we wanted. Super cozy beach vibe decor! Dolphins visited the beach every morning. Publix grocery right across the street. Sunsets were unreal!!We will definitely be back!

If you love the beach, this is an amazing property. Super clean, quiet, and perfect location. I could hear the waves at night with the windows closed, that was my favorite because I love the water! Would definitely stay here again. Convenient location, close to a lot of things, but far enough to not be busy. The beach felt like our own private beach, hardly anyone out there during our stay! Pictures were exactly how the place looks. This place was the next best thing to home.

Great stay overall! The place was very clean and well maintained, and the location was convenient to everything we needed. The amenities were a nice touch and made the stay even more comfortable. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Would definitely stay here again!

Karen and Don were great hosts and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Very nice condo, decorated tastefully with a beach feel. The main attraction is out on the balcony where the view of the beach and ocean are fabulous. Some comfortable cushions on the chairs out there would have been a bonus! Would recommend it and we would stay there again.

Great stay, condo was exactly as pictured. Karen was very responsive to questions. Loved the beach view and the beach itself was not crowded (wasn’t quite prime season yet). I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was Wonderful! Condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Publix store is right across the street and Junkernoos restaurant was excellent! The view from the balcony is gorgeous, sunset, water sand! We will definitely go back and highly recommend!

Perfect view of ocean!!!! I will likely come back. Had fun with my mom and toddler. It was really easy to baby proof the place it wasn’t very cluttery, but decorated so beautifully. Unique tables and chairs that my baby loved to look at. We were able to watch movies and shows for free at night. To die for sunsets. Beach access was easy for my mom, only down 2 steps and the beach was really nice and level for her to walk. Elevator was slow, but that’s all that could have been better.

pool was great (although each day groups staked out tables around the pool then left for the beach and came back later). view of the gulf from the lanai was great. the condo was neat, clean, and well decorated.

We have stayed at seaside many times and this was by far the best communication and customer service I have ever received From Seaside. I’m hoping we can rent from them everytime we go back!!
