Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die zwei Badezimmer und die beiden Balkone waren fĂŒr uns sehr praktisch. Der große Balkon mit Blick zum schönen Hafen war fĂŒr uns prima zum Verweilen und zum gemeinsamen Essen. Die KĂŒche ist zwar klein aber wenn man nicht ĂŒbermĂ€ĂŸig viel kocht ausreichend. Eine weitere gute Pfanne wĂ€re ganz gut. Das Doppelbett war fĂŒr uns etwas klein und die Matratze zu weich. Mit dem Fahrrad ( wir hatten unsere dabei, es gab aber auch zwei RĂ€der vor Ort) konnte man entspannt zum Strand fahren und die Gegend erkunden. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Appartement dans la marina

L appartement est trÚs agréable et fonctionnel, d une propreté irréprochable, dans un cadre trÚs calme car les 2balcons donnent sur la marina, ses bateaux,ses mouettes et ses canards! Il est idéalement situé à proximité d un petit groupe de commerces, d un restaurant italien et d un bar glacier. Les pistes cyclables sont trÚs développées à Saint Cyprien ainsi nous avons posé la voiture et tout fait à vélo...un pur bonheur ! La propriétaire est trÚs facilement joignable par mail auquels elle répond de façon trÚs rapide. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter.

Parfait

L'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos et la description. Nous Ă©tions 2 couples avec 2 enfants. Les 2 chambres spacieuses avec un grand placard chacune (dont une avec un lit double et un lit simple)et les 2 salles de bain nous ont permis de passer d'excellentes vacances durant une semaine en ayant assez d'espace pour tout le monde. La terrasse Ă©tant toujours Ă  l'ombre et Ă  l'abri du vent, nous avons pu y prendre tous les repas et profiter Ă  chaque fois de la vue magnifique sur le port. Le petit centre commercial Ă  cĂŽtĂ© est bien pratique et les commerçants trĂšs sympathiques, le parking de celui-ci nous a permis de garer notre seconde voiture gratuitement et sans problĂšme. Il faut quand mĂȘme compter une vingtaine de minutes Ă  pied pour se rendre Ă  la plage mais la piscine peut remplacer celle ci. L'appartement est complĂštement Ă©quipĂ©, nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien. La rĂ©sidence se trouve Ă  25 minutes Ă  pied du centre ville de Saint Cyprien et donc l'environnement est trĂšs calme et reposant. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement si vous recherchez des vacances au calme mais avec toutes les commoditĂ©s possibles aussi bien dans l'appartement que dans l'environnement.

Great apartment, nice location

We went as 2 adults and a 17 y/o and a 15 y/o. We all had a great time. The apartment had everything you needed apart from air conditioning, it was very hot and would have liked a cool room to sleep in at night, The views were great, nice to sit and watch the boats coming in and out if the marina. The local centre has most things you could want, we tried a couple of the restaurants and found them to be very nice (don't always believe what you read on trip advisor) . The pool on site was great, never to busy and always a sun lounger available, We did hire a car to get from the airport to the apartment and you do need one if you want to have a look round the area. Carcasonne is worth a visit. All in all very good

A lovely homely apartment

The apartment was clean and comfortable and with two teenage boys the free wifi was a god send. Everything we needed was there, and nothing was too much trouble for Anne, when we asked questions before we went. The location was just perfect for us, who was looking for a quiet tranquil holiday to really unwind in. The main harbour and hustle and bustle not too far away so if you wanted to go out for the evening then quite a simple walk down the harbour wall. With three local restaurant right on site we didn't feel it was necessary to venture too far and with a small shop too it had everything that you needed feed yourselves at home if you wanted. Anne was brilliant she emailed when she had sent anything to let us know to expect a letter and always replied to any query we had however obscure. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted a trip to the south it's a beautiful part of the country with lots of history to go and see and clean well looked after beaches to spend the day on. We found many restaurants that we like to eat in, the gorges were definitely activity to visit.. Only one suggestion: a visitor book that anyone who stays could make suggestion of places to visit or restaurants that they would recommend.

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence de bon standing, au calme, et parfaitement Ă©quipé Vue sur la marina des deux terrasses (un must !), appartement traversant et de ce fait trĂšs bien aĂ©rĂ© (ce qu’il faut dans cette rĂ©gion). Localisation parfaite, shopping aux pieds de la porte de la rĂ©sidence, et piscine rĂ©servĂ©e Ă  la rĂ©sidence. Je le recommande fortement. Ann, la propriĂ©taire est basĂ©e en Irlande, mais cela ne pose aucun problĂšme pour communiquer (en anglais uniquement). Ann est Ă  l’écoute et trĂšs rĂ©active. TrĂšs bon contact.

Lovely home away from home in the French sunshine

We stayed for a week in this lovely property in late August 2015. We're a family of four, with two primary school aged children and the property exactly suited our needs. We were looking for a quiet location with a pool, near to the beach and the water park and within walking distance of shops and restaurants (we didn't want the hassle of hiring a car for just a week) and this apartment ticked all those boxes. The lovely beach is great for kids, clean and a 15 min (max) walk away. It was never jammed packed, but was well patrolled by the lifeguards and had a lovely beach bar and restaurant to watch the world go by from. Aqualand for the kids was only a 15 min walk away too. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped (with the added luxury of two bathrooms). The two balconies offered lovely views of the marina and as mentioned in a previous review allowed a nice through breeze on the hot days. The kids loved watching the boats go in and out of a morning whilst eating their breakfast. The pool was well maintained and clean and again never busy. The kids loved their afternoons practising their swimming (note - no ball games or large inflatables are allowed in the pool, but we went to the beach for these activities, so wasn't too much an inconvenience). Next door the commercial centre fulfilled all our needs (supermarket, bakery, butchers, takeaways, beach shop and wine by the litre!). It was even open on Sundays, making it incredibly convenient. We didn't travel any further afield, but contemplated using the local bus (1 EUR journeys) for a trip into St Cyprien Village, but just didn't find the time! Ann was a delightful host, and we thank her very much for letting us have the use of her apartment for a memorable family holiday.

PERFECT - VERY NICE APPARTMENT / PARFAIT

TrÚs joli et spacieux appartement situé dans une marina de St. Cyprien port. Tout correspond parfaitement au descriptif! Les propriétaires sont adorable! Nous avons apprécier la vue sur la marina lors de nos repas pris sur la terrasse. Un petit centre commercial (à 5 minutes à pied) propose tous dont vous pouvez avoir besoin (boulanger, poissonnerie, boucher, petit supermarché, légumes frais, bar et restaurants). La piscine est trÚs propre et agréable, la plage la plus proche est à 20 minutes à pied. Parking et accÚs sécurisés, puis location trÚs calme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Very nice and spacious apartment located in a marina St. Cyprien port. Everything matches perfectly to the description! The owners are lovely! We enjoyed the view during all our meals taken on the terrace. A small shopping center (5 minutes walk) offers all you may need (baker, fishmonger, butcher, small supermarket, fresh vegetables, bar and restaurants). The swimming pool is very clean and nice, the nearest beach 20 minutes to walk. All very quiet and parking with secured access. We will return with great pleasure!

Vacances parfaites

Appartement trÚs bien situé et parfaitement équipé.....Vue sur la marina des deux terrasses, grandes baies vitrées appréciées car appartement traversant et du fait bien aéré. Localisation parfaite, shopping aux pieds de la porte de la résidence..... Je reviendrais l'année prochaine si possible, je le recommande fortement. La propriétaire est basée en Irlande, ne pose aucun problÚme pour communiquer et trÚs réactive. Merci encore Ann et espÚre pourvoir revenir en 2015...... Thanks a lot for all....

A great holiday in France

We have just spent 2 fabulous weeks in this wonderful apartment. Having a balcony either end of the apartment is great because you could get a wonderful breeze coming through ,which was lovely when it was really hot (which it was). We only had one really cloudy day. There is a little shopping complex on site where you can get newspapers, food shopping and your daily pan au chocolate. There are also restaurants and two take-away pizza places that serve the best pizzas ever. Also there is a footpath that will take you around the whole marina, lovely for a morning stroll. Lots of places to visit without going too far. The apartment complex is very safe, having keys to the car park and to your apartment block. The entrance hall and stairs are very clean and smell lovely and fresh. We loved this place and would definitely like to come back. Great location, lovely apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment with everything that you need for a good holiday. It is located in a secure, well maintained complex with stunning views over the marina and easy acces to a well kept swimming pool. Best of all, it is right beside the Centre Commerciale so it's easy to pop out in the morning for your fresh baguette and croissant! In the eventime, you have the option of taking freshly cooked food to eat in the apartment or sampling some of the lovely restaurants. There's so much to do and see, all within easy reach of here, from neighboring resorts and villages to the breathtaking Pyrenees, this location can cater for all your needs. Excellent.

One of the greatest holidays we've had in France!

Thank you for a lovely holiday! Ideal for young couples or for families with teen-kids, but there is something for everyone there! Barcelona is 2 hours away, Andorra 2,5, the romantic route to Collioure and the Spanish boarders is a must! The apartment is great, spacious and clean and the location/setting is unbelievable! It was one of our nicest Holidays. Very uncomplicated and easy communication with the host - thank you, Ann, for that! We would go back any time!

Holiday

We had a lovely time on this holiday. The accomodation was just five minutes from the beach and Aqualand. The appartment was lovely and clean and it was good having the two bathrooms. However, the double bed in the main bedroom was something of a let-down. It was very uncomfortable and each morning we had very bad backache. The other let down was the pool. Whilst it was very clean and a good size, there was no shade and nowhere to put a parasol, and to get in and out of the pool area one had to use a key system, which in our opinion was too much of a palaver

Excellent Holiday

This property and location were perfect for our family holiday for 5. The property was spacious with great views from the balcony over looking the marina. Shops, restaurants and beaches were all in very easy reach and the on site pool was great for us all. Ann (the owner) was so easy to liaise with and she made our trip so simple to organise - thank you. Overall - great apartment, great location, great facilities and a great holiday that I would highly recommend.
