Magnificent 3-star duplex for 6 people, with a roof top terrace facing the Mediterranean and a swimming pool within the residence!
Located between lagoon and sea, a sublime and peaceful place, the sound of waves will set the rhythm of your days!
Tastefully designed, you will quickly feel like you are on holiday!
You will find there:
A bright stay overlooking a terrace with an outdoor dining area
The kitchen is equipped to prepare delicious little dishes!
2 double-bedded rooms and 1 cabin room with 2 single beds
2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub)
1 terrace facing the sea, where to have your meals
1 balcony facing the lagoon accessible from the bedroom
1 magnificent roof terrace designed for "relaxing holidays" with a 180° view of the port, the sea and the mountains! (Access is through the children's bedroom).
This property is perfect for you, you'll be in holiday mode from the moment you arrive!
The swimming pool is open from 30 April to 30 September! (sometimes until 31 October depending on the weather).
Air-conditioned and Wi-Fi, it is ideal for your holidays but also for teleworking!

After your day at the beach, you can enjoy the swimming pool of the residence!
To access the accommodation, a few steps need to be climbed.
Our concierge service will welcome you on-site to hand over the keys and will be available throughout your stay in case of need.

Dog Sitter,
Delivery of aperitif or breakfast platters
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented through the concierge who will welcome you.

Many water sports activities such as diving, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet-skiing...
The Aqualand park is 2 km away. Finally, the Botanical Garden of Saint Cyprien is magnificent and is also located less than 3 km away!

You can move on foot, by bicycle or by bus with the journey at 1 euro for the entire department!
