Otroligt hörnet på Oceanfront med en oöverträffad utsikt över havet och solnedgångarna. Njut av 700 "tropiskt utomhusliv på din L-formade Lanai. Ljudet från vågorna kommer att få dig att sova eftersom du bara är 30 'från havet.

Bekväm tropisk inredning finns i detta 2 sovrum 2 badrum ~ 1200 kvadratmeter lägenhet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Ett komplett kök, takfläktar och luftkonditionering i hela är bara några av bekvämligheterna på denna härliga lägenhet. Simma i en salt- eller sötvattenpool; koppla av på en sandstrand. Gratis WI-FI finns i enheten !! Det finns gott om plats för 4 personer.

Casa de Emdeko är ett lägenhetskomplex vid havet som ligger 1 mil från den pittoreska byn Kailua-Kona där du hittar restauranger och shopping. Casa har en privat strand och 2 pooler - salt & sötvatten. En cabana vid havet har gas-grill, bord och stolar. Tiki ficklampor lyser på kvällen i de vackra trädgårdarna.

The host was very amenable and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier due to an early flight from Maui. Location was 10 minutes to some of the best snorkeling in Kona and 10 minutes to a lot of nice restaurants. However, on more than one occasion we ordered takeout for breakfast or lunch and ate on the large balcony with a gorgeous ocean view.

The condo definitely has a view wow factor! It was a comfortable and clean space. It was great having both the salt water and fresh water pools. The kids loved it! We would return in a heartbeat!

Quiet and Comfy with the best views!!!

We have just stayed at this place for the last 6 nights. This is the best room at this property as far as location goes. The views over the ocean are incredible and the sunset views each day are the best. The room is very quiet which leads to a relaxing stay. The room has everything needed for a great stay. The pools are nice and the location is central to the Kona coast. The room is comfortable but well worn. It was very clean on arrival. Communication with the owner was fast and effective. Thanks for having us.

Amazing best lanai experience.

Clean. Beautiful views and the best L shaped lanai where we had all meals. Fully equipped kitchen. Common yard had grills we used often. They blow conch shells at sunset every night. We were here for scuba diving but this place was our favorite place to be that wasnt under water. We'll definitely come back.

Incredible views!!!

This condo is FANTASTIC!! You can see and hear the ocean from almost every room. The wrap around lanai, the well-stocked kitchen and the well-appointed rooms make this place a must stay. (And you can’t beat the location and having 2 pools on the property!!!) Don’t hesitate. We will be back!

Suite met and exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, comfort & how well equipped it was, especially the kitchen. We (happily) cooked way more than we anticipated because everything we needed or wanted was available. The common areas, beach & pool were pushing 5 star compared to any resort property. The ocean and wildlife views from the lanai alone- 6 stars -makes it worth staying on the water especially when you consider how much you save in time and money NOT driving to a beach every day & paying for scenic tours.

Beautiful view and delightful place

Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect home base to see all the Kona coast highlights, and the ‘private’ sunsets’ from deck were absolutely spectacular. Highly recommended all around!

Amazing!!

The views are incredible!!! The pools, the location, did I mention the views?! The wraparound lanai is everything and you will be left wanting nothing. Check in was easy and the condo was very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back.

Best condo in the complex!

We loved our stay here! This condo has the best location of the entire complex--right in front of the beach with good shade overhead. Beautiful views and a huge lanai to enjoy. The complex is quiet and never seemed crowded. We appreciated that the entire complex is non-smoking. The 2 pools were heated & enjoyable. There is a free Kona Shuttle that stops right outside the complex, but be warned that it isn't reliable. It was often 15 minutes early or 30 minutes late. We used the coin laundry (located under the main reception area) once. Bring quarters or you can download the app (signs are next to the machines). It cost $3.25 to wash and dry a load. Bring your own laundry soap as it is not provided. Also be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Dish soap is provided. The cooling system in the condo worked well. We don't like things super cold, so we kept the temp around 76. We also appreciated the ceiling fans throughout the condo. The beds, pillows, and furniture were comfortable. We appreciated the new sponge in the kitchen, too. We rated this 4 stars instead of 5 because we were given the wrong code upon check-in so we had to wait (after a long day of travel) to enter into the complex, there was no informational binder/documents about the condo/area/etc (so helpful when visiting a new place), and the ceiling fans & air vents need cleaning. That being said, we would stay here every time. It's absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful views!

This unit has views that don't stop! With large patio door/windows on 2 sides, along with Lani on 2 sides there are endless views of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets! One can spend the day watching fishing charters and parasailers from the comfortable breezes on the Lani. Comfortably furnished as well. The unit does need some maintenance work. The salt spray from being so close to the water has corroded the slide and or wheels on the patio door facing the ocean making it very difficult to open and close. In general the doors and windows may need new seals as we experienced a large amount of fruit flies inside the unit. It is a tropical location and we realize insects come with that. However, this was our sixth trip to the Big Island and have stayed in other Kona locations and have not had the tiny flies inside as we did here. It did not ruin our stay, but was annoying, especially at night. A little maintenance would make this one of the best locations in Kona to stay! Even without it is still pretty nice!

Lovely

Loved the property. The lanai that wraps around is not done justice in the photos. During our stay we observed the tropical fish and crabs right from the lanai. On our last day we even got to see spinner dolphins just feet from us. It's spacious and was so nice we decided to stay an entire day enjoying the amenities on the property versus loading everything up and heading to the beach. Will be back next time we're in Kona. Mahalo.

Casa never disappoints!

We have stayed in various units in this complex over the years and it is timeless. This condo is nicely appointed providing everything one could need for a vacation. The only downside is that there is no in-unit laundry facilities as many others have. The complex laundry room was available but none of the dryers were working. Onsite complex manager was not overly concerned! For a very relaxing time in Hawaii we highly recommend this complex especially any of the 6 end units next to the water. The large L shaped Lanai provides great views and plenty of space too be "alone". The grounds are beautiful and of course the large round seaside saltwater pool is a real treat.

A great place to stay with amazing views. Only wish would have been for the temp to be cooler as stayed at 78. The condo itself could use some updates—especially silly dishwasher. Had an easy pay app for laundry so didn’t need quarters. New grills on campus were nice as well. The view outweighed the cons. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Terrific location

We spent three nights in this condo and would definitely stay there again if we travel to Kona. Very quiet water front location with beautiful sunsets. Nice accommodations and very comfortable for 4 quests. Highly recommended.
