Detta hem har en underbar, stor oceanfront pool och spa med gott om sittplatser för besÀttningen. Poolen och spaet kan vÀrmas Ärligen mot en extra avgift, ring vÄrt kontor i förvÀg för att schemalÀgga. Njut av gasgrillen och laga en mÄltid ute medan du underhÄller din gruppspjÀllsplash i poolen!

1: a vÄningen:

NÀr du kommer in i hemmet hÀlsas du med ett stort och öppet vardagsrum med plattskÀrms-tv. Precis utanför vardagsrummet finns en perfekt lounge med extra sittplatser. Det finns ett pulver rum som ligger i nÀrheten ocksÄ.

Bredvid vardagsrummet Àr en av de bÀsta förmÄnerna i hemmet, den gourmet uppdaterade GORGEOUS köket! I köket kommer du att vilja Àta varje mÄltid i hemmet. Det Àr verkligen en kock dröm. Det finns gott om sittplatser för hela gruppen precis utanför köket.

Den första master sviten ligger vid havet pÄ första vÄningen och har direkt tillgÄng till poolomrÄdet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng med en plattskÀrms-TV och stor klÀdkammare. Det har ocksÄ en liten sittgrupp i sovrummet. Den privata master badrummet har en dubbel fÄfÀnga, stor badkar och separat duschkabin.

Strax över salen Àr sovrum nummer tvÄ som har en king size-sÀng och en platt-TV. Detta sovrum har ett privat badrum med dubbelt fÄfÀnga och duschkabin.

Det tredje sovrummet har tvÄ tvillingar och ligger nÀrmare köket. Det har en plattskÀrms-TV och privat badrum med dusch / badkar combo.

Den andra master sviten ligger pÄ andra vÄningen. Den har en king size-sÀng, utsikt över havet och en sittgrupp med plattskÀrms-TV. Det har direkt tillgÄng till en andra vÄningen balkong. Det uppdaterade badrummet ligger strax utanför sovrummet med dubbelt fÄfÀnga och stor duschkabin. Detta badrum delas med tvÄbÀddsrummet.

A Beautiful Place for a Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the hottest week of summer, but this property had a wonderful pool. It saved our vacation!! The house was great and we had plenty of room. We were able to put a crib in the Master closet and pack and play in the master bath and a crib and a pack and play in the room with twin beds. The rest of us slept in king size beds! One wonderful surprise was a mini fridge and ice maker at the bar! The location of this house gave us a beach that was not crowded, and when we had a breeze, we were able to put our Shibumi right where we wanted it to go. One morning we found a lost sea turtle in the sand dunes and were able to take it in a bucket to the beach where we all cheered it on into the ocean. The house came with 10 beach towels which was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay there!

Overview of stay.

This property was misrepresented in innumerable ways. The parking lot was grossly inadequate, advertised for 6 but afforded 3. Ingress and Egress was quite cumbersome and dangerous. Upon entry, there was a very strong gas smell inside and outside the house. After an extensive search, we found that the propane tank was open along with a burner on the outside grill. Which created an obvious hazard. The pool was not functioning properly until Monday. The sand shower from the beach was not working properly and never repaired even after observed by coastal staff. Closet door in one bedroom was falling off hinges, Towel rack upstairs was not secured. Kitchen sink faucet would not retract. Stove light was not working properly. Stove top burners functioned poorly. There was mold on the ceiling upstairs in the hall. Upstairs smelled of mildew. There were huge wasps nests on the upstairs porch so it could not be used. There was an obvious past leak in the ceiling above one of the couches. This list could go on and on. In conclusion, we believe that a partial refund would be appropriate due to the substantial misrepresentation and the safety and health hazards and endless inconveniences of not being able to fully use this property as advertised. Finally, as you are aware misrepresentation of amenities and services, failure to disclose known hazards and defects and failure to maintain habitable rentals are serious violations of the SC rental statues. Please respond.

Another great week on Hilton Head Island!!

This was our 2nd stay in the home - it never disappoints. It's got the best pool deck in Sea Pines - large pool and short boardwalk to the beach. The kitchen is large with plenty of space to cook family meals or simply graze on snacks. Looking forward to next year!

Mixed Review

The first 18 hours were a nightmare because the houses needs some TLC. The patio door was broke and quickly bounced back when we tried to open it pinching our 3 yr old granddaughters fingers. The refrigerator freezer door wouldn't close properly. A toilet over flowed the first time it was flushed because cleaners flushed bars of soap. The property management team was very responsive and quickly fixed everything. The rest of our stay was great. We loved the size and layout of the house for our family gathering and the location was great for beach, golf, restaurants and shopping. It is a bit expensive for the condition of the property, it definitely needs some updating.

The lay out of the house was perfect for all 14 of us. The staff was very professional when a TV didn't work. They replaced it that day! My only issue was walking the distant to the beach. It is not easy for older people with bad knees. We would also recommend adding another outdoor trash can. Ours became full very quickly and we had to deal with racoons getting into them. We definitely will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed at this home for our family vacation for many years. Love the house for it is so family friendly. Since it is three generations together for the week everyone loves how close the beach is. Also love having a pool & outside cooking. All enjoy riding bikes. So much you can do so never are board. We saw a sunset one evening that was unbelievable.

Perfect family get away

The house was perfect for a family get away. The Kitchen was great for a large group. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The check in and check out was seamless. Thanks so much for a stress free stay.
