The house itself was wonderful. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. We loved the location and can’t give enough praises to Sue. So easy to communicate with and helpful with places to go for shopping, restaurants and wineries.

Quick Family Trip to Willamette Valley

Quick pre-holiday trip with the family to the Willamette Valley. This place was perfect! Great location, well appointed, super clean, walking distance to restaurants and tasting rooms and plenty of wine glasses to enjoy some of the purchases you make along the way. Thanksgiving & Wine

Beautiful and comfortable home conveniently located to restaurants and wineries. It was a great space to relax before/after wine tastings. The owners provide lots of information about wineries and their favorite restaurants. The home also has all the amenities - just like home!!

Most fabulous Dundee location!!!

Not the first time here. This house is the best located place in Dundee--I hate to share this secret since it will be more in demand when we come int the future. It is directly across the street from the Red Hills Market (coffee, breakfast and all manner of snacks), and within a 100 yards of Annie's and the Dundee Bistro for dinner. No drinking and driving after dinner. The house itself is great too, always the perfect place for our wine tasting/buying group of four friends.

Perfect location and a perfect stay

Great Time in the Oregon Wine Country

We stayed for three nights, and the place was absolutely wonderful! Everything was first class - comfortable beds, great living space, huge kitchen and an insanely cool dining room table!! Close to many wineries and restaurants, we spent all the evenings at the house, cooking meals and enjoying some Oregon wine. Highly suggest this place for any trip to the Oregon Wine Country.

The house was great but Sue and Steve were even better! The hosts were extremely knowledgeable about the wineries and restaurants and were happy to share their insights. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Favorite VRBO host in the past 20 years of renting. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed this beautiful home so much! It was spotlessly clean, stylish, and well-stocked. The beds are comfy. Quiet location very close to restaurants, wineries and markets. Sweet outdoor areas for lounging and conversation. The homeowners left us a welcome bottle of wine as well as a wine-themed cloth bag. There were also some guides to local wineries and a few free tasting offers. Our girls’ weekend was lovely and relaxing.

Graduation getaway

This was my first experience with VRBO, so we weren't exactly sure what to expect. Our daughter wanted to have a family brunch and get together after her graduation and this was the perfect place. Could not have done that at a hotel.

The BEST time!

We cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. Pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the home is—I am still drooling over the dining room light fixture! The location makes for an easy walk to restaurants and tasting rooms. The thoughtful touches to help celebrate a 40th bday were icing on the cake of a beautiful trip. We will be back!

Perfect weekend getaway

The house is located perfectly for walking to several destinations and close enough to other wineries if driving is an option. Clean, great outdoor space, and well stocked kitchen supplies. I would definitely stay here again. The host was great with communication and insights into the area. 10/10!

I love Pinot-Noir and Oregon! I am a native Oregonian and love the Pacific Northwest. There is so much to do and see here. And, I love sharing our home with guests who are interested in world-class wines and restaurants. Dundee is one of my favorite places to be.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I love Oregon Wine County and we had a lot of fun creating a home that is very warm and inviting in this amazing environment. It is designed as a modern, farmhouse that is relaxing and comfortable while enjoying some of the best wine and food in Oregon Wine Country. Also, once you leave the house, there is so much to do. Tasting fees are reasonable, wonderful views and the countryside is spread out enough that it never feels crowded and no long lines. What's not to love?

This particular property is walking distance (less than 2 blocks) to many wonderful things. Here are a few wineries that are less than a five minute walk; Alit, Argyle, Fox Farms, The Hideway at Dobbes Family Winery, Four Graces, Methven, Zebra, Cathedral Ridge and Antica Terra. Additional, we're walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Dundee; Tina's, The Dundee Bistro, Red Hills Market and we're a short drive to Field + Stream and Trellis. Some night life can be found at Methvan; live music from Wednesday to Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon. Lumpy's a local and historice dive bar is also walking distance. And, if you love beer, the micro-brewery in town, Barn Door Brewing, owned by Red Hills Market, is just down the street!

This is the perfect place to relax with friends and family after a day of activity or a day of wine tasting. There are so many amazing things to do in our little wine country. Besides having world-class wines, champagnes, distilleries and local brewers, we also have amazing restaurants and loads of activities. Many restaurants specialize in fresh food from local farms and markets. Additionally, we have many art galleries, hot-air ballooning, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing and equestrian centers. The fall is a great time to visit with pumpkin patches and corn mazes. Additionally, the winter is full of truffle hunting and sparkling wine events including Bubbles Fest. The valley hosts two open-houses each year; Memorial Day and Thanksgiving Day weekend were many wineries that are closed to the public, are open and available these weekends. The Willamette Valley has so much to offer. We hope you come and visit and create memories that will last a lifetime.
