Detta hem Àr byggt för underhÄllande med en rymlig öppen planlösning. Kockens kök med gasspis öppnas till ett vÀlvt stort rum med gott om bekvÀma sittplatser. Matbordet har sex platser och har ett blad för att rymma mer. Njut av att sitta lÀngs den expansiva granitön med din grupp. Det stora sovrummet ligger ivÀg frÄn resten av sovrummen med en bekvÀm California King-sÀng, klÀdkammare och TV. Master-sviten har en dusch och ett badkar för avkoppling. Det finns tvÄ andra sovrum som ligger bredvid det extra badrummet. BÄda har bekvÀma queen size-sÀngar. I motsatt Ànde av huset har vi ett kontor med en soffa som kan omvandlas till en full storlek vara för extra sovplats. Det finns ocksÄ en liten tv, skrivbord och trÄdlös skrivare i detta rum.
Titta pÄ soluppgÄngen med en kopp hawaiisk kaffe frÄn den tÀckta verandan. PÄ en klar dag kan du ocksÄ se Mt Hood och Mt Jefferson nÀr hemmet sitter pÄ kullen ovanför Dundee. PÄ baksidan har vi ett annat stort dÀck att koppla av pÄ sÄvÀl som takskÀrmar som kan anvÀndas pÄ eftermiddagen. Mycket Àr nÀstan en fjÀrdedel tunnland, och Àven om det ligger i ett kvarter bara kvarter frÄn smakrum, kÀnns det ganska privat.

High quality everything

Great house, lovely for dinner

Check in process was a little wonky but was resolved within 15 minutes. The garage was great to have and so was the back porch/yard. Extremely clean. It’s on a hillside above Dundee. Close to the couple restaurants in town and wine tasting rooms. Would rent again!

Best home ever!

We rented this home for three days while attending a wedding at Heiser Farms. You cannot go wrong with the beautiful home in Dundee. Home is equipped with everything a family could need. Kitchen is completely stocked and had an abundance of cookware, mixing bowls, and utensils. Three comfortable bedrooms plus a den in a terrific layout. Home is walking distance to the Dundee Bistro, Red Hills Market, Argyle Winery, and more. We will be back.

This is a nice home!! There was nothing missing here! Very clean, nice layout, good location. Kitchen very well equipped, bedrooms, bathrooms all well stocked. Nice deck out back and a firepit out in the yard. Ond of the better properties I've rented. Highly recommend!!

Overall our stay was good. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay. The house was stocked well with everything we needed and it was clean. There were some things that could be improved though. There was a dead spider smashed on the TV wall In the living room that was a bit gross. The battery’s in the remote in the master were dead but we switched them with the batteries from the remote in the office. Some of the bathroom towels smelled like mildew as well. Overall a good stay.

Gale and Jeff Eckerd were born and raised (for the most part - Gale was an Army brat in her early years) on Oahu in the beautiful State of Hawaii. Both of them are now retired from the State's Department of Health - Jeff as a Program Manager for the Indoor and Radiological Health Branch and Gale as a Human Resources Specialist. They love traveling to new places, experiencing local cuisine, and enjoying fine wine.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

In 2005, they first visited the area on a wine vacation, and Jeff fell in love with the Willamette Valley. Now fully retired, Dundee is the perfect place to spend their golden years. After scouring the area for some time, this home "fell" into their laps in May 2016, and they couldn't be happier. They would love to have you stay and experience all that Oregon has to offer!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

What made Dundee so appealing to Jeff and Gale was the location and community. Who wouldn't want to live in the heart of wine country? And a quiet, small-town setting with wonderful, friendly people....PERFECT! Not to mention the plethora of outdoor activities available nearby. Away from the hustle and bustle of Portland, but close enough to visit. Plus we are only an hour and a half or so from the beautiful Oregon Coast. Wineries, fine dining, breweries, fishing, hiking, golfing, shopping.....HEAVEN!
