Om du letar efter en underbar lägenhet att koppla av i för din strand semester, titta inte längre !!!

Sea Breeze är en vackert dekorerad lägenhet belägen på femte våningen på Sand Dunes Resort längs Golden Mile i Myrtle Beach. Visa hela stranden från denna ändenhet med ett hörn balkong för extra utrymme. Dolphin klocka från balkongen eller bara njut av en sundowner efter en dag på stranden.

Detta ett sovrum, ett badrum rymmer upp till 4 personer i två dubbelsängar. Badrummet har duschkabin.

Med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet, har denna enhet allt du behöver. Det finns ett komplett kök komplett med full storlek spis, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp och kaffebryggare. Den levereras helt med alla köksartiklar, bestick och porslin som behövs. Inkluderat är allt sängkläder, handdukar och startpaket med toalettpapper, pappershanddukar, diskmedel, svamp och diskhanddukar. INTE ingår är badlakan.

Tillsammans med centrala luften har lägenheten två tv-apparater. En i sovrummet och en i vardagsrummet.

För din bekvämlighet finns 2 strandstolar och ett paraply.

Sand Dunes Resort erbjuder en utomhuspool med lat flod och inomhuspool. Det finns två restauranger på plats på orten. Oceanfront 74 och River City Cafe. Det finns många andra restauranger inom ett kvarter eller två av orten, Bonefish Grill, Carrabbas, Outback Steakhouse för att nämna några. Det finns två livsmedelsbutiker inom 2 miles. Det finns också en Starbucks på hörnet.

Inom en kort bilresa från orten finns det många saker att göra. Minigolf, Outlet shopping, brygga fiske eller gå till Broadway på stranden med sin nattliga underhållning och fyrverkeri. Det finns middagshower som Pirates Voyage eller musikspel på Alabama Theatre eller House of Blues. Efter att ha tagit en promenad längs strandpromenaden, ta en tur på Sky Wheel för att se den spektakulära 360-talsutsikten över Myrtle Beach eller helikopterflip för en aria-vy. Eller kanske ett basebollspel på Pelicanernas stadion Valet är oändligt !!!

Small but fabulous!!!

The condo was small but very clean and modern. Great view! Liked that it was an end unit so less noise from other units. Would definitely recommend to a couple or a very small family. Was stocked with everything you would ever need for a five-day stay. Can't wait to come back!!

cozy room with great amenities and amazing beach view

We stayed for four nights with family. Quite cozy and self-contained (you have all you need in a house except a washer and dryer, which is available on the lower level of the building), and there is ample parking. Fantastic beach view with a nice balcony to relax and unwind while enjoying the ocean breeze. Check-in and out is super simple. highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

We had our summer vacation at the resort and really enjoy it. The condor is modern, as all the necessary equipment and was very clean. The resort is well maintained also and offers a great pool. The beach view was amazing also. The July 4th celebration was breathtaking from the room (as a bonus). Only thing is we would have like to have access to the resort waterslides but we could not as a Vrbo client. I recommend!

Comfort Packed with a Great View

Check in was very easy. The condo was outfitted with everything you need. The shower was definitely the highlight of the stay, along with the view. Also, the pizza restaurant and convenience store downstairs was perfect.

Everything was exactly as stated. Corner unit wit unobstructed views of the beach and sunrise. Get up early to watch it rise from your balcony! Convenient to everything.

Great getaway

Sea Breeze was a breeze!

Excellent property. Very clean and well stocked with amenities needed for our stay. Easy check in with keyless entry so no lines or waiting. Great views and enjoyed the end unit. The ice machine was close as well as the location for trash. Easy walk to the beach.

Very Clean

This place was updated and very clean. Essentially a one bedroom suite. Bath was very nice. We had an issue with the a/c and they sent a crew out and corrected it the same day, working late into the evening. Contact was very responsive. Great experience. This is a private unit in the resort. The resort could update and clean hallways better. Definitely recommend this room.

A well-maintained place right in front of the beach

Stayed for 3 nights with my family. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Every day we enjoyed the sunrise and moonrise. The property has quick access to the beach. Good restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was an excellent stay. We loved it.

Great Facility with lots of close by conveniences and activities

Stay was awesome and my children enjoyed the room along with the view. Also the restaurants and arcade down stairs. Within 15 minutes of Broadway at the beach.

Beautiful week at the beach

The condo - awesome location. It was everything that was described in the ad. Loved the kitchen and bathroom especially. Very nicely decorated. Very easy to follow directions for getting into the condo. The beach chairs were an extra bonus. Loved sitting on the anarondeck chairs for morning coffee and a drink in the evening. Sand Dunes - very friendly staff when we interacted with them. We used the indoor jacuzzi one evening. They definitely added to much chemicals and looked like mold mixed in with the foam. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening. Fish tacos were great. However, the burger was definitely a frozen patty with very little taste. My husband asked for everything on the burger, but there was nothing but the bacon jam on it. Disappointing for the price. Overall, a great week at the beach.

Great Rental

Sea Grass Rentals was extraordinary! The accommodation was adequate for a family of four despite the small space. The room was neat and organized and I appreciate the corner location. The apartment is located close to the elevator and ice dispenser. The property provides everything necessary to maintain the home. I also have family members that leased from other RENTALS at the resort and they did not have any of the amenities that Sea Grass Rentals supplied. The view was beautiful and the outdoor furniture was comfortable and inviting. The shower was perfect and the water was extremely hot! I would rent once more. The couch also was a sleeper but we did not utilize that.

April 2023 Stay

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in April 2023. The condo was a perfect size for two people. The view from the balcony was amazing! The little restaurants and amenities within the condo came in handy. My only complaint was that we were unable to use the waterpark area on the premises. It literally is part of the Sea Breez complex, but apparently is designated for certain guests only. This was a bit disheartening. Other than that, everything else about the complex was great.
