Om boendet

Helt nytt hus till hyresmarknaden för 2019. På nästan 3000 sft. Detta är ett mycket stort hus med utsikt över vattnet från alla rum. 5 minuter från South Village och West Dennis Beach

Hela huset var tarm renoverat 2017.

Swan River är mycket populär för Kayakers och SUP. Det finns en hyreshop på toppen av gatan där du kan få allt du behöver för en dag eller till och med varje vecka. Det finns ett par öar du kan segla ut till och njuta av en trevlig picknick. Om du åker däremot leder det dig till havet. Jag har tagit med en video på kajakuthyrningens hemsida så att du kan se hur Swan River ser ut.

Den främre nedre våningen är extremt stor och innehåller ett utökat matbord med restaureringsmateriel med plats för 10 personer. En gasgrill finns tillgänglig. Detta område kommer också att innehålla en Pier One sektions- och gungstolar runt en helt ny propangontrollerad eldgrop. En helt ny badtunna med utsikt över vattnet med plats för 6 och en solstol för en fullständig kroppsmassage. Inkluderar också en väg ut till en privat landning för att starta din kajaker och SUP.

Köket: Alla helt nya apparater och rätter. Keurig kaffebryggare. Innehåller en stor äta i ö med plats för 4 personer. Stora fönster som möjliggör en expansiv utsikt över Swan River.

Vardagsrum 1: Öppet i köket med en stor sektion med sittplatser för 6. 55 tums smarta TV med 70 Plus-kanaler, Youtube TV, Netflix och Amazon Prime Video.

Vardagsrum 2: En annan sektion och extra sittplatser för 6. En 65 tums smart TV hängde över eldstaden på en nyinstallerad shiplap-vägg. Visa val inkluderar även 70 Plus-kanaler, Youtube TV, Netflix och Amazon Prime Video tillgängliga. Detta stora vardagsrum innehåller också ett helt nytt poolbord, Fooseball och bordtennisbord.

Sovrum: Gå ut veranda med utsikt över Swan River från ditt rum. Dubbelsäng. Smart TV med 70 Plus-kanaler, Youtube TV, Netflix och Amazon Prime Video finns tillgängliga. Blackout nyanser för en lugn nätter vila.

Master Bath: Full privat master bad.

Amazing Stay!

I stayed at the Swan River House for NYE of 2024! It was a wonderful experience for me and my friends. We had a blast with the foosball and billiards table and using the hot tub. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect size. The host was responsive and consistently checking in online to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional property

We loved our week at Swan River house. The house was very clean, well stocked and a lot of fun for all ages. We were super happy with communication - there was some planks missing at the end of the dock which we communicated to the property manger which made us nervous given we had kids and they fixed them immediately. We will be returning!

Great stay great host and great views

No complaints and would recommend the bed room images are a little confusing but in person it wasn’t bad. There is a double sofa bed that is its own room that’s listed as a 2 twin size beds and a sofa couch in the master bed room. That’s what gave me a little hard time understanding the photos, but outside of that lovely stay hot tub works great and have no complaints.

Excellent Family House on the Cape

The Swan River House was exactly as described and made for an excellent family getaway on the Cape. The home comfortably accommodated our group of 10 (five adults and five kids aged 10-17), with plenty of bedroom space. The deck was a perfect gathering spot for meals, and the space heater and fire pit added a cozy touch. The backyard, which included a dock, was ideal for our dogs. Although the hot tub water wasn’t in great condition upon arrival due to the previous guests, the issue was promptly addressed. The kitchen was well-equipped for all our meal preparations, and the pool table and foosball games were a delightful bonus.

Nice for a short stay

The house was pretty much as described, although the patio heaters were put away for the season, which was a bummer. Lots of space to play, plenty of TVs and games. The kitchen had everything we needed. One downside was that we hoped to be able to utilize all the bedrooms but with younger kids and the massive separation between wings of the bedrooms it made bunking up necessary which wasn’t ideal. Probably a great set up for a family with older kids! Things are definitely falling apart a bit- showers hanging from wall and towel rods not secured into wall, but overall it’s a nice house with lots of space and everything you could need. Those with allergies note that you can smell that dogs have been there - my son and I suffered a bit from that but it did say pet friendly so just good to be aware!

Celebrating 40 during Covid

Small group of family enjoyed the weekend. Great views of the river off the deck. Relaxed in the hot tub. My son and his friend (18 & 20) enjoyed the large tv's, pool table and foosball. With covid making celebrating this milestone birthday more difficult than usual, this house was a perfect getaway.

Great Location

We travel to Cape Cod just about every year. Of course Covid made it more difficult this year but the property owner worked with us and we had a great time. House was very nice and location was perfect for us. I will definitely stay here again!

Clean & Convenient!

Our family enjoyed a great relaxing week at this home! The house was clean and well-equipped. Enjoyed the convenience of the Swan River for kayaking, short ride to the rail trail for biking, and short drive to the beach. Quiet side street is super close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Large, clean home. Swan River view, televisions and pool table a plus!

The owner was quick to respond. We were happy that the linens and towels were included. The home is clean, plenty of beds, and the appliances are new. The 2 large screen televisions satisfied the movie watcher and video gamers in the family. We enjoyed Cape Cod, the shoreline, and the seafood. Took us 75 minutes to drive into Boston for a day trip. Thank you.

You are on the water yet still close to local shops and restaurants. The house was a converted duplex. So for multiple families renting this at once, it allows you to share all the main living spaces while giving you separation of the bedrooms at night.
