# 908 Grand Cove: Detta vackra West Dennis hem, beläget på Grand Cove i Bass River, är det perfekta stället för din nästa lyx semester! Två stora wrap around däck erbjuder spektakulär utsikt över viken och med direkt tillgång till vatten är du bara några steg från att kunna padda, paddleboard eller simma i denna vackra vattenkropp. Efter dina äventyr på viken, gå tillbaka till vår privata inhägnad gård, som har en grundpool med vattenfall, samt en uteplats vid poolen. Inuti hittar du ett äterkök med helt nya apparater och ett stort formellt matsal som öppnar in i ett familjerum (med en stor sektionsskinnsofa och platt-TV) med en skjutregel ut till ett stort däck - perfekt för sommar cookouts. Den översta våningen sviten har en king size-säng under ett v��lvt, furuplankat tak med ljusa takfönster, och en skjutreglage som leder till en annan stor, omsluta däck med panoramautsikt över viken. Det finns ytterligare två sovrum på övervåningen, ett med en queen size-säng och eget badrum och den andra med två fulla sängar, samt ett annat badrum. Det fjärde sovrummet ligger på första våningen och har en queen size-säng, med ett tredje badrum i hallen. Nedervåningen är spelrummet (!) med en fotbollsplan, soffor, plattskärms-TV och skjutreglage som går ut till poolen och den privata gården. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Bedrooms and bathroom are big, pool and hot tub area are great for large families to hang out, and numerous amenities make stay great for kids of all ages. Large kitchen ice machine dining area accommodate meals and community. Highly recommend!

Rivera Family vacation!!

Excellent!! Everyone enjoyed their bedrooms and bathrooms!! Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool and outdoor fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows!! Kitchen and washer dryer excellent. Netflix worked by using our home account. No problem. Really enjoyed all the outdoor furniture great for early morning family gatherings, drinking coffee and planning the day. West Dennis is a small community but did some shopping there and then more a short distance away in Hyannis. Enjoyed all the beautiful Beaches. Perfect weather. Will return again sometime soon. Love all we saw of Cape Cod!

Loved the house and the amenities. The pool was great! The house was perfect. My grandkids ages 9 mos and 4 1/2 yrs did well with the room setups The kitchen was great. We did some meals. Highly recommend!!!

Huge beach house in great location

The house is beautiful with decks available from all floors. However there are alot of stairs and this would be difficult for elderly people.also note i felt the mattresses were very firm and not the most comfortable, but i know that is a personal preference.

A great vacation house for the kids

Great location and house to stay with kids. Tons of outdoor seating to include shaded and unshaded. Pool was great and included toys for the kids. Neighborhood was quiet. Coffee, ice cream, donuts, and pizza places all within a mile of the house. House is very renovated and updated.

Perfect home for our weekend getaway!

This home was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location for our soccer tournament weekend on the Cape! Home came furnished with everything imaginable and everything was super clean! More than enough space for our party of 10! Property manger was super helpful with questions. Wish we could afford this rental in the summertime. My kids would love the pool!

We enjoyed this property very much. It was a great size, clean and very updated throughout. Good area of Dennis. Three full bathrooms are a huge plus and the additional outdoor shower is great. The pool is wonderful and the two wraparound decks are tremendous. We had one minor issue that was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction by ownership.

Dennis Summer Getaway

Beautiful, comfortable & well equipped home. Loved the wrap around decks-we spent most of our time on the lower deck which provided lots of shade & great views of the pool & Bass River. The pool was great & lots of pool toys, tubes were provided. Excellent communication with DelMar -they responded quickly when we had a problem with the Keurig coffee maker. We would have liked more yard space for the kids to run around & play games such as badminton ,etc.

House in West Dennis

Wonderful house a short and easy drive to the West Dennis beach. Backyard pool was very well maintained and popular gathering spot for the entire family. Management service very helpful and very responsive. One of our favorite family vacations. Highly recommend this house.

Family vacation West Dennis

The house was all everything that was pictured. We had 7 adults and 1 toddler. Lots of fun in the pool and great space in the house. The furniture was high quality (not what we are use to for a vacation rental). The kitchen was fabulous. There were quite a few bunnies all over the place eating the clovers. So adorable! There were a couple of draw backs. We got there and there are padlocks on the gates. We had to call for the codes to unlock them, the alarm was chirping had to call again for that. Trash pickup is only one time a week and only two small barrels to hold it. Had to call for a pick up during the week. The animals kept getting into it. The key pad battery dies and someone was suppose to com fix it on Tuesday and nobody ever showed up. ***. Last July we booked this house for July 2019 with a different agency and that reservation was canceled in March w/ out warning. It was $2k cheaper. Then we found the house again and more expensive. I mentioned that situation to the agent through email and he said that there was nothing he could do with the price. We really did have any choice but to pay the higher price due to the fact that plane tickets we already bought. I was told that there would be a wonderful welcome basket upon arrival. There was nothing there. Just a little let down!
