Bara uppför kullen från Carillon Point, är denna lägre nivå, privat lägenhet i ett hus i high end grannskapet i Houghton i South Kirkland. Det är ett kvarter från en 6 mils spår. Du kommer att älska platsen med dess lugna läge och vackra trädgårdsingången. Lägenheten är 1200 kvadratmeter 2 sovrum, 3/4 badrum med stort vardagsrum / matplats, plus en 200 sf privat, täckt uteplats med vacker utsikt över Lake Washington, Olympiska bergen och Seattle skyline i fjärran. Den har en liten men söt och funktionell pentry med nya kompakta apparater (ingen diskmaskin, bortskaffning). Det finns en strikt policy för tyst timmar från 22.00 till 06.00.

Jag har två hundar som har noll åtkomst till enheten, men har fri tid för den inhägnade trädgården. De är ibland aktiva från 06:30, men tysta timmar gäller också för dem. De kommer att skälla när jag kommer hem via garaget och när någon bankar på min ytterdörr, men i bottenvåningen ignoreras gästerna mestadels.

Great stay, prime locale. Quick walk to nice shopping and eating, very centrally located for greater seattle. Very quiet neighboorhood and the front porch was quite nice with the views.

We love it! The house and grounds were so well kept, just like in the pictures. The owner was great, we had all the information we needed before we needed it. The whole area is just beautiful! Great sunset views, comfortable beds, what else can you ask for. We would definitely encourage anyone to stay in this great house!

Everything is listing is accurate. If you want to be close to everything but be in a family house setting, this is the perfect place. Sunsets are amazing watch from the porch with also a view of a beautiful garden.

Nice stay in Kirkland

Great location in a quiet neighborhood in Kirkland. Easy to walk to waterfront, downtown, etc. Apartment is comfortable and would be an especially nice stay in warm weather as there is a large patio with lots of furniture facing the garden. The apartment is a bit cold and heat is controlled from upstairs so you cannot adjust it. There was one space heater, and we moved it around.

Beautiful Garden View

Looking out from the patio you see Lake Washington framed by the owner's garden. Sitting on the patio in the evening, it is quiet and peaceful. If you want to read a book or work on your own novel, this is the perfect setting.The living room is spacious and comfortable with a large flat-screen TV. In the TV cabinet, there is an electronic fireplace that warms the room on chilly Northwest nights. A large dining table and chairs can accommodate a family. While the kitchen may seem small, there are several electric cooking appliances to prepare a meal at home. The washer and dryer in the kitchen help keep up with the laundry.The host provides a coffee maker and Starbucks coffee, plus a selection of snack bars. The bedrooms are quiet and the main bedroom is huge with a big closet. There are supposed to be dogs and chickens but we never heard them.The neighborhood is quite nice with some amazing houses and landscaping. A wide trail is just a few minutes from the property and it is a short walk down to the shore of Lake Washington. We didn't walk to Kirkland village but it's not far. Lots of great restaurants there with a waterfront vibe when walking around.Across the freeway is Bridle Trails State Park with pathways through forest and ferns. A few miles South brings you to the edge of Bellevue. Less than 15 minutes North on the freeway and you are in the wine mecca of Woodinville. Plenty of microbreweries and distilleries are there too.Great place to stay!

Wonderful house and location

Really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting local family and appreciated being able to walk into downtown Kirkland along the waterfront. We hope to stay here again in the summer!

Great place in Kirkland

We loved our stay at Karen’s place. Very comfortable place with everything you need. The view from the spacious patio is awesome. Location is very convenient to both Seattle and the east side communities. We would definitely stay there again.

Brother week in Kirkland and Seattle

My brothers and I very much enjoyed the home. It is a clean space in an excellent location and the beds are comfortable. Karen was very friendly and accomodating. The view is incredible, with a western sunset exposure. Close to all that Kirkland and Bellevue have to offer.

Our stay and this property was delightful! The space was immaculate and spacious - exactly as advertised. The patio was comfortable and peaceful with a fantastic view of a beautiful garden and Lake Washington! The owner lives upstairs but we barely heard her or her dog. Our stay was fantastic!

Great Experience

This was a terrific apartment and our timing couldn’t have been better for enjoying the blooming garden of our host, Karen. She was a delight… kind and responsive, yet not intrusive. The views from the property of the skyline and water were spectacular.the apartment is well supplied and convenient, and Kirkland made for a centralized location to the sites we visited. We’d certainly stay there again!
