Great stay!

We have stayed at Bridges Bay so we knew what to expect. The property was just as it stated and we had a great time. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts is I think the condo is in need to a deep clean. If you didn’t have shoes on your feet or socks would turn black. I think all the tile especially the kitchen could use a good scrub.

Great stay for the family!

Great condo - room for our family of adults and kids! Clean and comfortable. Very close to tons of fun stuff - Bridges Bay, Arnold’s Park, and more. Enjoyed having our own kitchen to prepare meals, etc. I’d stay here again and recommend to friends.

Fun place to stay!

Clean property that is tastefully decorated. We especially liked being able to park under the building as it was raining during our stay. The water park was fun for our 8 year olds birthday. We'll stay here again!

Nice place with all the comforts of home

My only complaint was with Bridges Bay - actual hours of water park were not what was posted. But the unit was perfect for our needs. Loved the underground parking, particularly with the heat and crowds.

Family Reunion

Great place to stay. Kids love the water park & access to the lake. The two restaurants on the property are very good. 2 small suggestions: kitchen knives need sharpened and sofa bed needs a new mattress.

Wonderful Unit

We had a wonderful stay here. It was a short 3 day stay. For our family that is familiar with Okoboji this was our fist time staying at the Boji Bay condos. This unit was a nice size for us. We picked this unit on the bottom floor with access to a grassy area so our granddaughter would have a space to play outside (weather permitting). We also wanted and had access to the water park for our granddaughter. For our weekend the condo had everything we needed. With the weather turning out extremely nice for Memorial Day weekend (rare) we did not need to use the assortment of games that are in the condo. The games are a nice plus for this unit. I would like to suggest that you possibly add a few plastic dish ware and glass ware for sitting outside. There was a nice off citronella candle on the patio table but no lighter anywhere. Next time we’ll bring a lighter just in case there is a citronella candle. Thank you for the use of your lovely unit. We would definitely book with you again.

Amazing condo

This condo was clean, comfortable and spacious! It has an amazing lake view and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The water park and pool were great! We fished, golfed and boated. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed the ground floor and it was well stocked with some basic items (paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.). That’s not a big deal but have rented other poorly stocked and it’s sort of a pain.

Good location pools not always open

enjoyed our stay with family. disappointing the main outdoor pool was only open 1 day we were there resulting in being over crowded due to short staffing and the condo pool was also closed and drained our entire stay. we stayed in mid august.

Good stay

Property was great! Very clean and accommodating. Indoor water park was so crowded and little mask adherence so we ended up a pond it all together. Not a reflection on the property but just wanted to mention if anyone is going on the coming month or 2 and expect a quieter place to swim inside. Property manager was very helpful ! Had a great time I’ve skating at the fish shack.

Great location! Everything you need!

Spacious for the 6 of us. 2 adults, 4 kids (ages 11-16). Kids loved tossing a football on the green space and sitting on the deck and docks. Checkin was a breeze even at 10pm when we arrived. Loved the communal shopping cart in the garage to help carry our bags. Great underground parking. Nice TVs and amenities. Comfortable beds. Fully stocked with bath towels, beach towels, games (even lawn bags), cards and some toys for kids. Everything from garbage bags, laundry supplies and a ton of pots and pans. Small crockpot and great fridge with water/ice maker. Plenty of seating space to enjoy your own momemade meals. We made all our meals and had everything we needed...just bring the food :) The outdoor water park was fun and a nice break from the lake. The amusement park and Central Emporium for shopping was a quick drive. Thanks for a nice place to relax for our short weekend stay...the perfect getaway.
