Condo was perfect for a beach getaway with children. Easy access to the beach, clean, lots of amenities. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

Solid place at Phoenix 5 for a long weekend.

Was a solid place to stay for me, my wife, and 2 teenage daughters for a 4 day weekend. It was well appointed with kitchenwares and comfortable furniture, inside and outside. Only issues were that one toilet paper roll holder fell apart, and 2 outlets by beds weren't working. Be advised beds are very firm (great for me, but the females in my fam were no fans.) Also was surprised by the 55 parking fee but technically it was in the description, I just didn't catch it. Phoenix V has lots of other amenities we didn't use also (just focused on beach and eating out). Would stay there again for the right price.

Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. We liked the setup and the owner was very responsive if needed. We liked that we had an assigned parking spot in the parking garage. We will be back.

Perfect family friendly condo!

We had the most wonderful stay. The condo was very homey feeling and the hosts included a lot of little touches that made us feel at home. They provided dish soap, a sponge!, paper towels and enough laundry detergent pods for one load which we appreciated! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

First Time to Orange Beach

The Host was amazing and her condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed having a view of the beach from the balcony. Check in was easy we were able to check in early and get our amenities bracelet. We just were not able to go to the room until closer to check in time which was 4. That was fine with us we just enjoyed the beach until check in time. However the Phoenix need a better process for the elevators when everyone checking in or when they are checking out. We were in the basement and people checking in on the 1st floor would pack the elevator and then come down to the basement at which it would be full so I felt like it took longer for the people down at the basement longer to get an elevator even though there are 3 elevators going. Truly that was really the only struggle we faced. It was nice having an option for my kids to either swim at the outdoor pool, indoor pool, splash place and of course the beach. Highly recommend this place!

Just as described

The condo was just as described. Beautiful view. Well equipped kitchen. The splash pad is a huge hit for younger children. Only feedback for improvements are the faucets in the tubs and the TV remotes. The faucets were complicated to figure out. There about 4 remotes, none of which actually worked fully on all TVs. Otherwise, everything was perfect and j would definitely recommend and stay again.

We love the Orange Beach area and this is our 4th condo unit. We enjoy getting to know the guests from all over the country. We live in Tennessee but come down as often as we can. Our property manager, Tara will be happy to assist you anyway she can.
