Family Getaway

We loved our family getaway on Ponte Vedra Beach. The condo is very well equipped with a fantastic location on a peaceful stretch of beach. Had a wonderful time.Hope to return.

Golf getaway

Beautiful Ponte Vedra

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in a beautiful oceanfront condo. Everything about our stay was 5 star from our lodging to the nearby restaurants and the golf. Looking forward to booking our next years trip. Thank you Kendra for making the process so easy!

Great Beach Getaway!

Very nice property. Clean and a great location with an uncrowded beach right out front. Well-appointed and decorated unit with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Great kitchen with Dacor double ovens, plenty of storage, and lots of pots and pans. We will definitely be going back!

Best Vrbo Experience Yet!

We stayed with several family members in late April for a nieces's wedding. We can't imagine a single thing that that could have made our stay any better. It was absolute perfection from the beachfront location to the cleanliness to communications with Kendra. You won't regret a stay at this phenomenal property!

Spacius and ideally located

My husband and I and my mother and brother stayed for our niece's wedding week. The unit is spacious and beautiful (even better than the photos) and was the perfect set up for us to be together and also have privacy. Kendra made check in and check out easy. We loved being in the condo and the location made it easy to be out and about. And, of course, the ocean view is stunning and the beach is just steps away. The large, covered lanai makes this home even larger. Beautifully decorated and appointed. We highly recommend!

Everything with this amazing property is perfect. Absolutely stunning and comfortable. The owner always responded and made all our request available. If you could give 10 stars, I would. Never have we stayed at a property more than once because we like to try different ones but this one is definitely a redo!!! Thanks for the best time!

The property is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The location is a plus-beautiful lanai

The cleanliness of the property not what it should have been. Possibly no renters for a while so it had not been freshly cleaned. Especially the master suite. Bathroom vanities and kitchen counters had not been wiped down. We tried to notify the contact person Kendra prior to checking out bc we were not sure of checkout procedure. Never heard from her. We left the keys inside the condo and made sure everything was locked up. Speaking with Kendra prior to leaving would have been a more appropriate way to checkout. The location and decorating of the condo was very nice.

Beautifully decorated, spacious, right on the beach, well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs, excellent check-in and check-out procedure. Definitely will return. A great get-away spot with excellent grocery store and restaurants close by.

Comfort with a view.

Roomy and comfortable accommodations in a great location. Ponte Vedra is a great place to visit. This condo was right on the beach with quick convenient access.

Sister Trip

Property was perfect getaway. Never left the condo. Beach area was clean and not over-crowded great area for walking or playing in the surf. Condo was large and sprawling. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Best part was definitely the HUGE lanai - fully covered in shade and deep enough to sit out and enjoy the afternoon storms while playing cards, games, etc. - with wine of course!!!

Love this condo!

Kendra, the property manager, is great! We have rented from her many times and will do so in the future. The condo is great. As pictured, it has everything you need for a wonderful beach getaway. You can’t go wrong with this rental.
