Excellent Ponte Vedra Weekend

The house was perfect for our group of 12 with ample bed and bathrooms and comfortable gathering spaces. Outstanding location with direct access to the beach and nearby to shopping and restaurants, and easy drive into St Augustine. The owner and team were very responsive

Beautiful PV Family home with Spectacular Ocean views

Outstanding airy well-equipped home with spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators, comfortable bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and many other house treasures to include a much appreciated ice machine. Great house, awesome view, and perfect family gathering location.

The perfect vacation rental

We had the best time! The home was big and spacious which was perfect for our group of 6 plus two kids. Every bedroom has its own bathroom! The home is right on the beach and close to many restaurants. We are already wanting to make plans to rent again.

Fantastic

The property and setting are exceptional. The home is centrally located to anything you may desire. The morning sunrise over the ocean is worth the rental alone. The hosts were most engaged and proactively sought any need we may have. We’d absolutely rent again.

Beach Bliss

Property gave all in our group, ages 8 to 80, ability to retreat for personal space and gather as a whole to celebrate the summer. Awesome location with private feel on beach front and proximity to all the action needed. Will be looking forward to next year

Absolutely a fabulous home and week at the beach

Our family so enjoyed this beautiful oceanfront home. The kitchen and family room were so conducive to cooking and interacting as a family at the same time. The bedrooms were perfect. The walk down to the beach was so easy over the small dune (no steps to navigate with chairs and umbrellas). We loved finding sharks teeth and comparing our treasures. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family.

Our overall experience

Wonderful home in a great location! Had a fabulous time! Kids enjoyed the sand toys and the beach chairs were great. The doors to the beach were a little hard to open for the little ones but not a big deal. Loved the double refrigerators and the kitchen amenities. Overall experience was perfect. Look forward to coming back!

Family get away

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful oceanfront home. Great location and space for our Easter week. I especially loved the kitchen and family room with its soaring ceiling.

We got there in the end.

A little mix up at the beginning but this property and location are fantastic. The house accommodates a large group easily. The construction next door will be finished soon and rarely did it bother us. This is a beach house- it isn’t brand new or contemporary which is what our family likes. It is lived in. We absolutely love the Ponte Vedra feel. Shops around are fun for a day out. Capps is a great dining spot. Publix and Target are nearby. We would definitely stay again.

Great beach setting

Large house, plenty of room for all to stay including a family dog. It was a great place for a family reunion. Beautiful spot on the beach. The furniture and rugs were worn and in some cases dirty. I had to put my "camper" hat on to feel comfortable. Others might be less comfortable in that setting.

Beautiful home

Elegant, spacious. Excellent for 96yo mom with walker & caregiver. Gorgeous views, AD quality neighborhood. Cons: Grimy windows. We cleaned enough the first hour to be happy. Couldn’t open one sliding door. Poor, uneven wifi. Bumped off constantly even when device isn’t moved. Overflowing drawers & closets with household supplies, sheets etc, spices, oils, beach chairs, toys, etc etc etc. That is a big Pro. Finding anything quickly in the overstuffed closets and drawers, that was the Con. Spent a bit for things we later found, “oh, they do have some of this!” Tiny carport for such big house. 3 cars was awkward. “Yo, bro, can you please, please pull all the way in and over when you park.” PROS: quit your nitpicking. The house is comfortable, easy to hang out to eat, chat, gawk at phones. Beach is right there. Best family Christmas in years! (OK, 1 more con. We didn’t see any poisonous black snakes, but they might made the warning more prominent than bottom of p3 in single spaced instructions binder.) Rent it. There was construction going on next door. Quietest, most respectful team of construction workers ever seen. Barely, heard them. Beautiful, elegant, easy. Definitely will rent it again.

My parents built this house the year I was born. It has been the location of every precious family memory, including my very own wedding. We love this house. It is part of our family, and it shows it the way we care for it. Ponte Vedra beaches are quiet, white sands littered with sharks teeth--little treasures for little ones to find! This house is truly a glimpse of heaven here on earth.
