Denna vackra och rymliga, mer än 5600 kvadratfot hem är direkt på stranden. Gå ut bakvägen och på stranden på några sekunder! Detta är den perfekta fly för familjer. Idealiskt beläget mellan Ponte Vedra Inn & Club och The Lodge - bara några minuters promenad. Promenera till tennis, golf och Ponte Vedra Inn och Club. Det finns 100 hål golf och en professionell tenniscenter inom 3 miles från huset, inklusive TPC, ATP, Sawgrass, Marsh Landing, och Pablo Creek! Även en enkel 10 minuters bilresa till Mayo Clinic.

Var och en av de sex sovrummen har eget badrum. Övervåningen och nedervåningen sovrummen har en kung säng och en privat veranda, och på övervåningen befälhavaren badrummet finns dusch, klädkammare, och dubbla fåfänga med toalettbord. Den nedre sovrummet och den kan förvandlas till en två sovrum svit och nedervåningen master badrum har jacuzzi, separat dusch, klädkammare, dubbla fåfänga med toalettbord och privat innergård med utomhus varm / kall dusch. Den helt nya den soffa drar ut till en helt påhittad Sealy Posturepedic queen size-säng. The Den har ett komplett badrum bifogas och så kan användas som ett privat sovrum.

En två våningar vardagsrummet har fönster från golv till tak för massor av dagsljus och tre uppsättningar av franska dörrar att ta in havsbrisen. Köket har två diskmaskiner, två kylskåp, ugn, mikrovågsugn / varmluftsugn och allt du behöver för att spara, hälsosamma måltider. Att njuta av måltider, välja mellan frukost, full matsal (med plats för 10 plus 4 vid ett mindre bord) och utanför bord och stolar.

En stor tillbaka uteplats är en idealisk plats att sitta och lyssna på havet när som helst dag eller natt. En av våra favoritaktiviteter är kamning stranden för snäckskal och hajar tänder. Du har också tillgång till strandhanddukar, stolar, leksaker och styrelser boogie. Allt du behöver för att njuta av den perfekta stranden.

Excellent Ponte Vedra Weekend

The house was perfect for our group of 12 with ample bed and bathrooms and comfortable gathering spaces. Outstanding location with direct access to the beach and nearby to shopping and restaurants, and easy drive into St Augustine. The owner and team were very responsive

The perfect vacation rental

We had the best time! The home was big and spacious which was perfect for our group of 6 plus two kids. Every bedroom has its own bathroom! The home is right on the beach and close to many restaurants. We are already wanting to make plans to rent again.

The property and setting are exceptional. The home is centrally located to anything you may desire. The morning sunrise over the ocean is worth the rental alone. The hosts were most engaged and proactively sought any need we may have. We’d absolutely rent again.

Beach Bliss

Property gave all in our group, ages 8 to 80, ability to retreat for personal space and gather as a whole to celebrate the summer. Awesome location with private feel on beach front and proximity to all the action needed. Will be looking forward to next year

Great Family Home

We stayed here with our 2 young kids. Mia was very responsive and the house was awesome for us. Right on the beach with tons of beachtoys for the kids. Also we really appreciated the cable package and having disney channel for the kids! Double dish washer and washer/dryers was a huge plus as well.

Absolutely a fabulous home and week at the beach

Our family so enjoyed this beautiful oceanfront home. The kitchen and family room were so conducive to cooking and interacting as a family at the same time. The bedrooms were perfect. The walk down to the beach was so easy over the small dune (no steps to navigate with chairs and umbrellas). We loved finding sharks teeth and comparing our treasures. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family.

Great week

We had a wonderful family vacation at 341 PV Blvd. Perfect weather; and the house served as a wonderful gathering spot. The large well equipped kitchen and the back porch were well utilized for our crowd from age 2 to 68. This was our second year and appreciate the upgrades the owners made. Hope to return in 2020!

Great beach setting

Large house, plenty of room for all to stay including a family dog. It was a great place for a family reunion. Beautiful spot on the beach. The furniture and rugs were worn and in some cases dirty. I had to put my "camper" hat on to feel comfortable. Others might be less comfortable in that setting.

We got there in the end.

A little mix up at the beginning but this property and location are fantastic. The house accommodates a large group easily. The construction next door will be finished soon and rarely did it bother us. This is a beach house- it isn’t brand new or contemporary which is what our family likes. It is lived in. We absolutely love the Ponte Vedra feel. Shops around are fun for a day out. Capps is a great dining spot. Publix and Target are nearby. We would definitely stay again.

Great location!

We had a great stay at this beachfront home - the location is perfect with only a short walk to the Inn & Club. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our large group. The owners graciously allowed access to their personal beach chairs, toys, etc., as well as provided a full list of favorite restaurants and destinations in Ponte Vedra. The home was clean and well kept with beautiful views. The only reason I am not giving it 5 starts is that the kitchen (specifically the appliances) could use an update (although I've heard this is already being planned!). All in all we had a great vacation and would recommend this home to anyone who was looking for a beachfront home in a prime location.

Fantastic Getaway

We spent an outstanding week in this home. The home was just as advertised: very well-maintained, conveniently located, and spacious--our rather large group of 8 adults, 2 small children and several pets was more than comfortably accommodated. We never felt crowded--the house was large enough to allow for quiet reading or relaxing away from housemates, which I found invaluable. My two favorite features of the home were the natural sunlight, which floods into nearly every room, and the ocean views, which you can catch from any bed in the house, the living room sofa, the kitchen stools, the dining room table...you get the point. A few steps out the back door and you're on a secluded stretch of Ponte Vedra beach, with a truly stunning view of the Atlantic. It felt like we'd rented our own section of private beach along with the house. During the week the kids were lucky enough to see dolphins and a whale shark a few yards offshore, and even a pair of bald eagles that had nested on the home's roof! A truly fabulous time. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home

Elegant, spacious. Excellent for 96yo mom with walker & caregiver. Gorgeous views, AD quality neighborhood. Cons: Grimy windows. We cleaned enough the first hour to be happy. Couldn’t open one sliding door. Poor, uneven wifi. Bumped off constantly even when device isn’t moved. Overflowing drawers & closets with household supplies, sheets etc, spices, oils, beach chairs, toys, etc etc etc. That is a big Pro. Finding anything quickly in the overstuffed closets and drawers, that was the Con. Spent a bit for things we later found, “oh, they do have some of this!” Tiny carport for such big house. 3 cars was awkward. “Yo, bro, can you please, please pull all the way in and over when you park.” PROS: quit your nitpicking. The house is comfortable, easy to hang out to eat, chat, gawk at phones. Beach is right there. Best family Christmas in years! (OK, 1 more con. We didn’t see any poisonous black snakes, but they might made the warning more prominent than bottom of p3 in single spaced instructions binder.) Rent it. There was construction going on next door. Quietest, most respectful team of construction workers ever seen. Barely, heard them. Beautiful, elegant, easy. Definitely will rent it again.

Beautiful PV Family home with Spectacular Ocean views

Outstanding airy well-equipped home with spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators, comfortable bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and many other house treasures to include a much appreciated ice machine. Great house, awesome view, and perfect family gathering location.

It is part of our family, and it shows it the way we care for it. Ponte Vedra beaches are quiet, white sands littered with sharks teeth--little treasures for little ones to find! This house is truly a glimpse of heaven here on earth.
