Excellent Ponte Vedra Weekend

The house was perfect for our group of 12 with ample bed and bathrooms and comfortable gathering spaces. Outstanding location with direct access to the beach and nearby to shopping and restaurants, and easy drive into St Augustine. The owner and team were very responsive

Beautiful PV Family home with Spectacular Ocean views

Outstanding airy well-equipped home with spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators, comfortable bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and many other house treasures to include a much appreciated ice machine. Great house, awesome view, and perfect family gathering location.

The perfect vacation rental

We had the best time! The home was big and spacious which was perfect for our group of 6 plus two kids. Every bedroom has its own bathroom! The home is right on the beach and close to many restaurants. We are already wanting to make plans to rent again.

Family get away

Beach Bliss

Property gave all in our group, ages 8 to 80, ability to retreat for personal space and gather as a whole to celebrate the summer. Awesome location with private feel on beach front and proximity to all the action needed. Will be looking forward to next year

The property and setting are exceptional. The home is centrally located to anything you may desire. The morning sunrise over the ocean is worth the rental alone. The hosts were most engaged and proactively sought any need we may have. We’d absolutely rent again.

Great Family Home

We stayed here with our 2 young kids. Mia was very responsive and the house was awesome for us. Right on the beach with tons of beachtoys for the kids. Also we really appreciated the cable package and having disney channel for the kids! Double dish washer and washer/dryers was a huge plus as well.

Great week

We had a wonderful family vacation at 341 PV Blvd. Perfect weather; and the house served as a wonderful gathering spot. The large well equipped kitchen and the back porch were well utilized for our crowd from age 2 to 68. This was our second year and appreciate the upgrades the owners made. Hope to return in 2020!

Absolutely a fabulous home and week at the beach

Our family so enjoyed this beautiful oceanfront home. The kitchen and family room were so conducive to cooking and interacting as a family at the same time. The bedrooms were perfect. The walk down to the beach was so easy over the small dune (no steps to navigate with chairs and umbrellas). We loved finding sharks teeth and comparing our treasures. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family.

Our overall experience

Wonderful home in a great location! Had a fabulous time! Kids enjoyed the sand toys and the beach chairs were great. The doors to the beach were a little hard to open for the little ones but not a big deal. Loved the double refrigerators and the kitchen amenities. Overall experience was perfect. Look forward to coming back!

Great beach setting

Large house, plenty of room for all to stay including a family dog. It was a great place for a family reunion. Beautiful spot on the beach. The furniture and rugs were worn and in some cases dirty. I had to put my "camper" hat on to feel comfortable. Others might be less comfortable in that setting.

We got there in the end.

A little mix up at the beginning but this property and location are fantastic. The house accommodates a large group easily. The construction next door will be finished soon and rarely did it bother us. This is a beach house- it isn’t brand new or contemporary which is what our family likes. It is lived in. We absolutely love the Ponte Vedra feel. Shops around are fun for a day out. Capps is a great dining spot. Publix and Target are nearby. We would definitely stay again.

Great location!

We had a great stay at this beachfront home - the location is perfect with only a short walk to the Inn & Club. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our large group. The owners graciously allowed access to their personal beach chairs, toys, etc., as well as provided a full list of favorite restaurants and destinations in Ponte Vedra. The home was clean and well kept with beautiful views. The only reason I am not giving it 5 starts is that the kitchen (specifically the appliances) could use an update (although I've heard this is already being planned!). All in all we had a great vacation and would recommend this home to anyone who was looking for a beachfront home in a prime location.

My parents built this house the year I was born. It has been the location of every precious family memory, including my very own wedding. We love this house. It is part of our family, and it shows it the way we care for it. Ponte Vedra beaches are quiet, white sands littered with sharks teeth--little treasures for little ones to find! This house is truly a glimpse of heaven here on earth.
