Denna utsökta fastighet ligger på åtta hektar med en kvart mil av privat strandfront. Hemmet ligger vid slutet av stranden vid skärningspunkten mellan Atlanten och Sable-floden.
Nyligen byggd 2009 har denna 2300 kvadratmeter fastighet tre våningar med bostadsyta med vacker utsikt över Atlanten i öster och Sable River i väster. Hemmet är omgivet på tre sidor av en stor utomhus däck på första våningen och ett däck av sovrummet på andra nivån.
Strandhuset har fyra sovrum och två badrum. Insidan av hemmet var byggt av naturligt trä av en mästare snickare för att bättre komplettera den vackra naturen utanför. De många bekvämligheter som erbjuds inkluderar Wi-Fi; kabel-tv på två nivåer; gasgrill; tvättmaskin och torktumlare; lakan, handdukar och ett fullt utrustat kök; fiske och clamming leveranser; och ett par kajaker.
Louis Head Beach är en två mil lång sandstrand med både djupare områden bra för fiske och grunda områden som är idealiska för simning, kroppsbränning eller kajakpaddling.
För restauranger, museer och andra aktiviteter ligger den pittoreska kuststaden Shelburne ungefär 30 minuter bort. Ännu närmare, cirka 15 minuter bort är Lockeport, känt för sin vackra Crescent Beach. För en storstadserfarenhet ligger Halifax cirka en timmes bilresa till nordöstra.

Somewhat remote secluded location with a beautiful beach .

A relaxing time in September with the beach to ourselves . Kayaking should be done with care & knowledge of tides. Great wildlife in area. Marshlands very peaceful .

I recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The property is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is ideal, nestled in a peaceful area yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. The views from the property are stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the living areas were spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this VRBO property to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I can't wait to return!

A blissful private retreat

We had 7 people in all (one a toddler) and the house accomodated us perfectly. It was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The only issue we had was poor satlite for the TV ... constant "blips". That was not important to me, but some in my family were disappointed by that. The beach is absolutely incredible, and the location is blissfully quiet and private. David and his wife were helpful and accomodating whenever I had a question. Some days were spent simply enjoying the wonderful beach, on others we made day trips to towns and villages around the south shore, and returned to our sanctuary at night, This vacation was blissful, and I will recommend this location every chance I get!

Louis Head Beach Tranquility

This is a quiet, tranquil setting with a long stretch of pristine, sandy beach right out the front door. Most times we were the only people on what seemed to be our own private beach. The house is extremely clean and we enjoyed sitting in the sun on the deck watching the chipmunks feast on the wild strawberries in the lawn. Totally relaxing and a completely enjoyable east coast experience.

Superb house and property

This is our second time staying at this lovely beach house in Louis Head. It is totally private and just a short walk to the beach. The beach is one of the most beautiful I have seen in NS and most of the time there was nobody on it but us. We had intended to do some exploring of the south shore on this visit but the property was just too beautiful to leave!

Lovely Property

We stayed for 4 nights, and had a wonderful stay. The house has everything we could have wanted and the location is amazing. The beautiful beach rarely had anyone else around and was amazing. Note: bring bug spray, there were a lot of bugs on the beach at the time of year we were there.

Exceptional experience

This is our 2nd time staying at David’s property and it was once again a stellar experience. Immaculate property with everything you would need. The beach is like your own private hideaway. We spent almost every day on the beach and our kids loved it. Can’t wait to go back again next year

Awesome secluded beach, beautiful house

Everything was as advertised, lot's of space for 3 families to come together. The beach is HUGE and we hardly saw a person. Lots of seashells to find, a little walk gets you to a really safe place for the kids to swim. Right as you step onto the beach is a little steep but the walk is short. They have complimentary kayaks and sand toys. Only issue is there's lots of ticks! It's not the problem of the property, just the nature of being located near the bush. Otherwise, a really awesome stay.

Simply the best! Within minutes of our arrival we had begun to plan our next vacation here. The house was immaculate, and very well kept. The views are to die for! Dream location!

This lovely home is located on one end of lovely Louis Head Beach, a two mile long, broad, white sandy beach. Great for long walks, swimming and body surfing. From the upper deck we had beautiful views of the ocean and the full moon as it rose over the horizon. The house was cosy, modern and had all the equipment and toys needed to have a wonderful holiday.

Great stay - very relaxing!

We had a very relaxing unwinding trip! Beach is lovely/breathtaking. The home is well stocked and clean. Master BR is gorgeous. Mattresses are all very comfortable, as per our kids who slept very well! The host is easy to get a hold of. We are coming back next year, was one of our best family vacations, just so relaxing and unwinding!

Beach Vacation

Great property for a great beach vacation. Lots of room for the 8 of us. Only a minute walk to one of the best beaches in Nova Scotia. Weather was wonderful. Lots of friendly people. We will be back again.

Amazing location for getting away!

We had a group of 7 and had plenty of room to spread out. The views from the house were outstanding. The property had everything you need even with a large party. The owner was a phone call away and very helpful. They provided the toys for kayaking, claming, and biking. We did all of them. We had clams for dinner two nights. We watched seals play in the river and the loons flying back and forth down the river. The tide coming in and out was unbelievable. It was a bit of a drive to the more popular areas but honestly besides a grocery run you would never have to leave the property. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking a for a relaxing getaway!
