Can Veler är en fantastisk villa, med flera terrasser, WiFi, luftkonditionering, utmärkt läge och imponerande utsikt till Marina. Det finns ett mycket rymligt vardagsrum och matplats med bekväma vardagsrum / sittgrupp, ett fullt utrustat kök med högkvalitativa elektro-domestics, villan har också 3 sovrum och 2 badrum (1 med dusch och 1 med badkar). Alla 3 sovrum har luftkonditionering (varm / kall - 12 timmar / dag). Bredvid vardagsrummet finns en rymlig terrass med bekväma lounge möbler, att den idealiska platsen koppla av och njuta av den fantastiska utsikten. Från vardagsrummet leder en trappa ner till poolområdet, med solstolar och ett stort paraply. Storleken p�� den privata poolen är 7m x 4. 50m och har romerska steg. Poolområdet är omgivet av gröna växter och färgglada blommor i Medelhavet och bredvid poolen är tegelbyggnaden grill för att njuta av oförglömliga grillkvällar.

Villan har ett utmärkt läge på bara 150 meter från den prestigefyllda hamnen i Cala d'Or "Porto Cari", där du hittar en mängd utmärkta restauranger med nationella och internationella rätter och även den berömda Yacht Club med restaurang, lounge bar, gym och turkiskt bad. Den närmaste sandstranden är den idylliska "Calo d'Es Pou" på mindre än 250 meter promenad. Stranden erbjuder alla faciliteter som solstolar, parasoller och en mysig strandbar. På 150m finns ett litet snabbköp för dagligvaror och färskt bröd på morgonen. Längs Marina kan du enkelt gå till den närbelägna turistorten Cala d'Or och Cala Egos. Cala d'Or är byggt i typisk Ibiza-stil, omgiven av medelhavsplantering och tallar, som ger orten med en vacker pittoresk touch. Här hittar du fler härliga sandiga vikar som "Playa Cala d'Or" och "Cala Gran". På mindre än 1 km finns Cala d'Or Tennis Club och golfälskare hittar Vall d'Or Golf (18 hål) på ca 4. 5km.

The villa has stunning views of the marina, and is just steps away from the bars and restaurants on the marina front. Churchill’s is a must! It’s about a 10 minute walk round to the town side if you fancy a change. The kitchen was well equipped, and the lounge and porch area very comfortable. It could do with more mirrors in the bedrooms though. We were a bit perturbed at finding that the water from the taps was salty, as was the pool. The aircon is only on from 7pm to 7am so if you feel the heat ask for this to be extended. Lovely villa in a brilliant location.

Perfect for mixed age family

Great location. Nearer to Cala Egos than Cala Dor. The aircon was only in the bedrooms which made it a little anti social during the day trying to escape the heat. We had hoped to stay till 11am on check out day but the owner (lives next door) asked us to leave so we sat out on the street in boiling heat waiting for taxi.

Wow just perfect

Stayed here for 1 week, 2 adults and 2 children 15 & 13. The location is perfect, 6 minute walk to Cala Pou which is a gorgeous sandy bay with a lovely beach bar and great spots for jumping off the rocks. 3 minutes to the local spar which for us had everything we needed as we were only doing breakfast in the villa. Although there was enough fresh fruit, veg, meats etc if you do want to cook. The Marina is a 5 minute walk with lots of bars and restaurants and the town is 15 minute walk. You do not need a car unless you want one. The villa was spotless and had everything you need. Towels were fluffy, beds comfy and AC worked well, only thing I would say is they could do with some plastic cups for around the pool but other than that it was perfect.

Hallo, Lage des Hauses sehr gut. Leider ist das Haus voller Armeisen. Küche, Flur Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad. In Schränken der Schlafzimmer usw. Unerträglich. Die Betten sind für diese Preis eine Zumutung. Ebenfalls die alten lauten Klimaanlagen. Zwei von drei ließen sich nicht regeln. Auch das diese nur nachts funktionieren ist bei einer Tagestemperatur von 40 Grad und dem Preis nicht in Ordnung.

Cala d‘or

Das Haus ist zentral am Hafen gelegen. Leider befindet sich direkt vor der Terrasse die Bootswerkstatt. Dadurch kommt es hin und wieder zu Lärmbelästigung. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind in Ordnung aber in die Jahre gekommen. In Schulnoten dargestellt würde ich eine gute 3 vergeben.

Amazing stay

Lovely villa in a perfect location for beach and marina. Villa is exceptionally well appointed with everything you could possibly want. The views are fabulous as is the pool and garden. Eroski supermarket is nearby with a little Spar just down the road. We are regular visitors to Cala D'Or and love the many restsurants there. Ages from 9 to 69 and we all loved it.

Perfect location in a wonderful resort

We’ve done villa holidays many times and this was one of the best, right through from booking to leaving on the last day. Looking at the photos, nothing could prepare for the views from the living room and balcony. The rooms were all clean and modern but it was the terrace, balcony and pool where we spent the most of the time and these were fabulous. There was a little “bustle” from the marina nearby but this added to the experience for us and the 2 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and Spar supermarket made it an ideal location. No car is needed here although we took a taxi to the nearby Mondrago beach and walked another day to the very close Cala d’es Pou beach. Evenings in Cala Egos, the marina and Cala d’Or were all excellent but we still had a pizza night at home one night too which was great fun. Talking practicalities, not much in the way of insects apart from a few bites, bins about 50 meters up the road to drop off your empty bottles (!) and little traffic to worry about.

This villa was in a lovely part of Cala D’Or. Good location for beach and resort shops and restaurants. Fantastic pool and outdoor area with well maintained plants.

Great location, lovely Villa

It's a really nice villa, a nice surprise when we arrived was that all the rooms are on one level, so everyone is close by. The view from the huge window overlooking the marina is amazing and the photos in the listing just don't capture how fabulous that is. The bedrooms all had air-conditioning, available 7pm to 7am, and we asked for that to be changed to 9pm to 9am, which they did for us instantly. (Didn't want to get up early on holiday). It's walkable to the marina, with the restaurants, not many shops there, but loads of bars etc. You can walk into Cala D'Or in about 15-20 mins, it was very crowded, loads of shops, cafes and restaurants there, but we only went in once as I was using a mobility scooter and we could barely move there were so many people. Lots of fun if you like that though. The smaller area along the beach called Pou, that was more our scene and closer, 5 mins walk in the other direction. They had a night craft market one evening, nice places to eat, a couple of supermarkets, some gifts shops, but quieter and not as frantic. A place called Indiana John's have the BEST food, their tandoori chicken was just the best thing ever, we went back a couple of times to eat there. A bit cheaper than the marina too. Back to the villa, the kitchen had everything needed, I didn't actually use the stove or oven, but a huge fridge freezer is great, and there was an electric kettle which had plenty of use. Needed to buy water, the tap water is really horrible, even had to brush teeth using bottled water. The lounge was lovely although we didn't use it much, we tended to sit outside on the patio area overlooking the pool and marina. Needed insect repellent at night though, lots of mosquitos. The pool is lovely and larger than I expected. I hadn't really expected a big set of steps down to the pool, thankfully there was a good sturdy handrail so it was manageable. The pool is a long way from the kitchen if you need a drink, so it's worth taking a couple of teenagers with you so that they can go up and down for stuff.. I would recommend the villa owner get some plastic or melamine plates and glasses though, I didn't like having real glass glasses by the pool, causes a lot of problems if they get broken and glass goes into the pool. Would definitely go back to the villa. People were lovely and the villa was just what we needed.
