Fabulous, spacious villa with the most amazing views!A lovely, quiet location in a peaceful area, only a 15 minute walk to the marina, with lots of lovely restaurants.The villa was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the pool and outside space was to die for.Hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Also gave us lots of recommendations.Would definitely recommend.

Great villa with a spectacular view

Before our stay we already had contact with the owners, so there was very easy communication. The villa was clean on the inside and is spacious. Bathtowels for the pool were provided. Great pool and a stunning view at the ocean! From the garden (climb a few rocks) you can dive in the ocean. The villa is situated in a quiet street. In the neighbourhood there are lots of holiday apartments, supermarkets and (cheap) restaurants. If you're looking for good restaurants, you can walk to the port of Cala d'or (20 minutes walk) or you can go to Porto Petro (few minutes by car). The owners of the villa are happy to give you information about nice places to visit and good restarants.

Amazing property with amazing view

We experienced a great vacation in amazing property with an amazing view. The villa was really spacious and nicely designed and provided us real comfort. There is also a really comfortable big sofa and a partially smart big TV. You can find in the villa all the equipment and facilities that you need for the vacation. The sea view that you see from the living room on the ground floor and from the hall on the first floor and what you see as the first thing when leaving the main bedroom on the first floor is so astonishing that it is difficult to describe. The owners of the property Maria and her hasbend are really friendly and hospitable and so helpful. They also generously bought the grocery and vine for us as our arrival was planned for the late evening during the weekend. The property is located in the first line on the coast so there is direct access to the sea through the rocks in front of the villa. We did not use the swimming pool as the weather during our stay in winter was around 15°C, but it was nice that it was ready to be used if we choose to do so. The area that the property is located in is very quiet during the winter, so it is perfect for those looking relaxing and quiet place to stay in with amazing sea view. We definitely recommend the place to stay in. We are really grateful to Maria and her husband that we could stay in their villa for a few days. It was heartbreaking to leave such an amazing place.

Ett jÀttefint hus alldeles vid vattnet. Vi var dÀr över jul sÄ poolen var kall, men havet ok för den som vill ha ett uppfriskande bad. Stora fönster med utsikt över havet och soluppgÄngen. Vi ville slappa och göra ingenting i en vacker miljö och det gjorde vi. Fullt utrustat och funktionellt kök, saknade ingenting dÀr. SÄ hÀr Ärs Àr det lite fuktigt och rÄtt nÀra havet, det kÀndes ibland inomhus, under övriga Äret Àr det nog inte sÄ, men med vÀrmeljus blev det bra! Vi blev jÀttebra bemötta av hyresvÀrdarna och hade en toppenvecka. Rekommenderas!!

Beautiful property with stunning view over the sea. Clean and well maintained infinity pool which gets the sun all day long. The villa is light, airy, spacious and cosy. The host is friendly, helpful, full of recommendations, and quick to respond to texts. Back home now but can’t stop thinking about waking up and walking out on to the terrace to feel the sun and revel in the view. We’re not telling anyone else about it because we want to keep it for ourselves

Lovely house

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for two couples too stay comfortably. The location is fabulous, with incredible views. The garage is an added bonus. Gaspar was a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place

Photos don’t do it justice. Outside is beautiful, right on the sea shore, great kitchen, large common areas, garage, very fast WiFi. Host is super responsive and helpful. The worst thing I could say is there isn’t much furniture, and the furniture is somewhat basic. Could do with a desk and a few more chairs. But really overall magnificent.

Most relaxing holiday in quite some time, in the most stunning of homes...

Gaspar & Marilen have made available to rent, their most beautiful home in Es Forti, near to Cala d'Or (walking distance). The 2 bedroom villa on a rocky promintory, with direct access to the sea for swimming (little ladder), is stunning in its location, and the house itself is light-filled, spacious and airy, with every comfort and facility laid on. A very comfortable base to just relax at, or from which to explore the local area. The nearby town of Es Forti is only a 10 minute walk, and has a large Eroski supermarket, ample bars and restaurants, as well as all the usual tourist shops. Porto Petro, Santanyi and S'Alqueria Blanca are all short drives away, with more Spanish style dining and markets, and Mandrago National Park is an absolute must for the beach lovers. Thank you both so so much for such a wonderful stay, and we will certainly be back again soon xx

Super Lage und wunderschönes Haus! Nos ha encantado

Den einwöchigen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca haben wir sehr genossen. Wir hatten leider ein paar Stunden VerspĂ€tung und hatten Bedenken bezĂŒglich des verspĂ€teten Check-in. Der Gastgeber Gaspar hat jedoch umgehend auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und so konnte das Check-in problemlos erfolgen. Wir waren sehr gespannt auf das Haus und ob es den Fotos entspricht. Einen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen - ein Traum. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Bett in der oberen Etage - fĂŒr uns nicht sehr bequem. Das Bett im Erdgeschoss hingegen super. Der Gastgeber Gaspar war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles, Nuria *** Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia de una semana en Mallorca. Desafortunadamente, llegamos unas horas tarde y nos preocupaba el check-in tardĂ­o. Sin embargo, el anfitriĂłn Gaspar respondiĂł a nuestros mensajes de inmediato y por lo que el check-in fue sin problemas. EstĂĄbamos muy ilusionados con la casa y si estaba a la altura de las fotos. SĂłlo podemos recomendar una estancia en esta preciosa casa - un sueño. La Ășnica crĂ­tica es la cama en la planta superior - no muy cĂłmoda para nosotros. En cambio, la cama de la planta baja es estupenda. El anfitriĂłn Gaspar fue muy atento y servicial. Nos dio muy buenos consejos para excursiones y restaurantes. Sin duda volveremos. Sehr schön gelegenes Haus

Perfekte Einweisung vom Haus. Alles wurde vom Vermieter erklĂ€rt und die besten Tipps vom Restaurant und SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten auf WhatsApp eingespielt. Bis auf das Bett im oberen Bereich hat uns alles gut gefallen. Bett steht auf dem Boden. WĂŒrden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wonderful villa with a perfect view

Beautiful spacious villa with the most stunning view of the swimming pool out to the sea beyond. The view is seen from both floors of the villa. As you come out of the master bedroom there are picture windows so you are greeted with the view as soon as you get up! The villa is also very well equipped with a decent kitchen, a very comfortable sofa & dining area. We only used the master bedroom which has a dressing area & ensuite. The pool area is also well furnished with sunbeds & table & chairs shaded by a canopy. Gaspar sent us information about recommended eateries which was a huge help. Cala Egos was a very busy area. On the way to the marina there is a fabulous restaurant called Rincon de Pepe. We walked to the marina & Cala D'or & Porto Petro - all worth a visit. We hired a scooter & went to the market at Santanyi & Cala Figuera. We had an absolutely fabulous week & can't recommend the villa highly enough. Thank you Gaspar & Marilen
