Great location. Views were beautiful. The communication with the rental company was great. Very updated remodel.Living room furniture is worn out and needs replacing. It was out only complaint. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were taken care of quickly.

Seabreeze was amazing!

Seabreeze was amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and professional, the property was very clean, and they were super responsive and quick to address a few minor issues we had. The accommodations they had were really nice as well! I would recommend them to anyone! 10/10 Stars for us!

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend getaway at Sunset landings #4. This was a rescheduled trip due to a last-minute cancellation for my daughter's surgery 6 wks prior. Seabreeze could not have been more accommodating, understanding, and communicative about our last-minute switch. We thoroughly loved the property and all the amenities. Seabreeze even helped us to secure a golf cart and gave us recommendations for food shopping services, etc. The trip was a much needed getaway and the property with its beautiful views approximately the beach were just what we needed! Would definitely recommend!

Very clean & easy access to beach

The property was very clean and offered easy access to the beach. Very nice for the 4 of us to stay. Look forward to another trip to this location.Had one issue with the door handle coming off and the repair person was on site in less than 1 hour. Very fast and cordial repair person. Thank you!!

This is an outstanding rental home.

This is an outstanding rental home. It is clear that the owner treats it like his personal residence even though it is a full time rental. The management company is terrific as well. The 4 outdoor living spaces provide views of both the bay and the gulf, which is just across the street. 4 all new sliding doors add to the charm and provide gentle cross breezes for ventilation. There is also a new sleeper sofa which a great mattress which came in handy when the grandkids visited.

Ideal Family Getaway

Beautiful condo in the perfect location! Condo is close enough to walk or drive to all main restaurants and activities on the island. Even better was being able to quickly and easily walk right across the street to instant beach access in a beautiful area that was never too busy or crowded! We had a 10, 8, and 6 yo who all loved the accommodations and location. We were lucky to see dolphins and manatees close to the beach while swimming almost every day. The condo had nice furnishings and was a great spot for us to start and end each day. We rented a golf cart which made it fun to cruise around to the island. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Anna Maria Island Condo

Great Location, right across from beach, good accommodations and clean. Would return again. There was some road construction going on. Did not interfere with are stay, some may not like it, for us was no real bother. Great views of beach and sunset, porches on both floors, front and back, which was nice. Kitchen and furniture were adequate. The good thing about the construction it is it limited the parking for beach goers, so the beach was sparsely populated. Would recommend again and stay again.

Convenient Location

The condo was nicely renovated including the decor. It was in walking distance to bridge street which was a huge plus. There was construction around us but we could not hear it inside. Everything we needed they furnished even down to the beach items.

Uninformed!!!!!!

The unit we stayed in was updated and clean, good location, but never informed about the construction 30 ft from our unit, they were in the process of building 2 new condos, and from what I was told by a job Forman that construction had been going on for the last 6-8 months and for another 4-6 months depending on weather conditions. Also in the unit we were staying in right below us they were rebuilding the storage shed's, so between the constant noise from the skill saws, nail guns, compress , heavy equipment guy’s yelling, and the guy downstairs pounding on the wall’s you couldn’t stay in the building we had to leave or ware ear plugs. The construction started Monday through Friday. And if that wasn’t enough the city had the road tore up installing pipes. We were VERY disappointed!!!! in all of this activity. I called the the company we went through to rent the unit and after several calls to speak to management he reluctantly! Spoke to me. Speaking to him was like talking to a machine, after I explained our situation he never apologized for the issue he just kept saying We have no control about what goes on. I asked him if he had been here at this location recently and he said yes he new about all of the construction. So I asked him directly if he would bring his wife to this location now for his 45 anniversary silence!! When he finally answered I got the same response we have no control over what goes on. Getting nowhere with him. We are very disappointed!! Ruind our sta.

Beautiful space, pictures accurately showed property . Loved that we could walk across the street for the beach and everything we would need was there at the property! Easy walk to Bridge st ! Beach was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again !

Fantastic Condo

Nice beach week

Quiet, clean up to date condo. Spacious with everything necessary for the stay and the beach. Cute downtown area with lots of restaurants. Town closes at 10pm. Quiet and not overcrowded.

NOISE AND CONSTRUCTION

Everything would have been great except there was construction beside us and in front the entire time. Constant loud noise from pumps (24/7) kept folks awake. Early morning building shaking and beeping sounds from heavy equipment, drilling and concrete trucks. The company SeaBreeze knew about the construction and noises but gave no warning or any compensation for not having a good view, easy access to the ocean or being able to hear the ocean as advertised. Otherwise would have been a great vacation.

A perfect spot for our vacation!

Sunset Landing Unit 4 was a perfect spot for our birthday vacation to Florida. We could observe sunset views on the main level and also from the master suit balcony. Access to the beach is just across the street to the Gulf coast beach. It was absolutely gorgeous. Had to look through/ around the trees but it just adds character. Access to Bridge Street with all the shops and restaurants is just a short walk. The unit is clean and comfortable. Everything is available that you might need.

Had a blast!

We had a blast. The location was perfect. The place was great. The checkout process was extremely easy and everything was awesome. We came without family this time for a quick trip, but our next trip we will need a bigger place and we will start our search with SeaBreeze.

It was just magical!

Our stay at Sunset Landings was practically perfect, from the time we checked in with incredible ease to the last day, when SeaBreeze was kind enough to allow us a later check out once requested so that we could enjoy two more hours of beach time before hitting the road home. I could not have asked for a better Airbnb experience, as their communication was on a next-level of customer service. I absolutely loved how often they checked in on us (almost every day) while we were there and how quickly they responded when we requested anything (ie. extra blankets, etc). This place is magical! It has two decks, one facing the bayside so that you catch the sunrise and the other faces the Gulf shore, so you can also catch the sunset by the end of the day. Just as easy, the actual beach is just literally steps from this rental. Of course, the sunsets were jaw dropping each night. And I equally loved that we were also conveniently located just a short walk away from all the restaurants and shops off historic Bridget Street (hit the Blue Marlin for fresh grouper and the confections shop for delicious chocolates and ice cream). We are already planning our return next summer and will absolutely be staying here at Sunset Landings. Thank you SeaBreeze for the perfect stay! It really was magical!
