Beläget i det privata, gated april Sound Country Club-kvarteret, är detta waterfront hem det perfekta tillflyktsortet från staden med alla bekvämligheter och bekvämligheter i hemmet. Hemmet har ett privat, täckt båthus med hiss och erbjuder en gated yard perfekt för din familj husdjur. Hemmet har totalrenoverats med alla nya apparater, badrum, armaturer och möbler. Det finns två sovrum på övervåningen som sover 6 totalt tillsammans med ett helrenoverat badrum med dubbla handfat och en stor, öppen dusch. Tvättrummet ligger i garaget tillsammans med ett extra kylskåp för extra mat och dryckeslagring. Garage och gata parkering är tillgänglig för gästerna.

När du bokar den här egenskapen utökas bekvämligheterna i vårt Country Club-medlemskap till våra gäster. Du kan njuta av de 3 poolerna, bubbelbadet och den nybyggda cabanaen vid poolen i april. Du kommer också att ha tillgång till Club Fitness Room och April Sound Pheonix Grill (restaurang med utsikt över vattnet, tillgång till restaurang ingår, alla mat och dryck inköp måste betalas av gäst). Gästerna kan betala till gästgolf på Pro Shop. Det finns två stora parker i april Sound, både med ny utrustning och stora öppna utrymmen för fotboll, basket och en baseball diamant.

April Sound är ett gated, privat och mycket säkrade stadsdel. Säkerhet är ett lokalt engagemang, det här är ett bra ställe för barn och familjer att njuta av kvällsvandringar, cykelturer etc. Det finns områden att gå ner i vattnet från skottet för att simma precis framför fastigheten! Njut av att hoppa in och flyta! Det finns ett område till vänster om halvön framför egenskapen som är en oväsen zon - perfekt för simning i lugnare vatten på en hakig dag!

Very Nice Stay

Had a wonderful stay here. The place is so warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed and wanted in a rental. The owner was so very nice and attentive. Would definitely rent again.

False accusations

The property and location wasn’t bad. My room upstairs smelled like someone had vomited on the carpet. I would know, I’m a nurse. The toilet needed to be fixed upstairs buy my husband is a plumber so he fixed it. After we left we were accused of breaking a door and a washing machine. Both were very false, so if you don’t want this to happen to you…I would pick another property.

Fishing Mom's

It was a restful oasis to start from and return to after hanging out at the State Fishing tournament. All the boys stayed at another location with the Dads, so it was just myself and another Mom. We met the neighbors who were very nice, and Elise, the owner of this beautiful property, was very easy to communicate with. It looks just like the pictures, which show what a beautiful place it is, and at a small peninsula on the lake. Great for watching boats go by, and watching the neighbors catch fish while we were enjoying sipping wine while watching the sunsets. Would recommend this place for small groups or families.

Snowbird Getaway

We had a lovely extended stay at the Lake Conroe townhouse in April Sound. My husband and I were the primary tenants with our children and grandchildren visiting periodically. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Lovely views of the lake from the upstairs screened in porch as well as from the downstairs patio off of the primary bedroom. Elise, our hostess, was very efficient, accessible, informative, and responsive. If doing an extended stay, I would recommend purchasing the social membership at the April Sound Club so that you can enjoy the amenities, pool, and restaurants. Rent the golf cart as well. The Montgomery/Conroe area has an extensive variety of restaurants, services, grocery stores, medical, etc. All are within a short drive of the April Sound townhome. We rented Feb and March but were not crowded with spring break tourists. Montgomery/Conroe and April Sound has it down. Some of the best customer service ever. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Family Vacation - 3 Generations

Great property for our family group. Clean, roomy and well-equipped. The small fenced backyard was a huge plus when traveling with our dog, and the huge grassy public area with two (2) large oak trees just off the back porch/deck allowed us to enjoy being outdoors even in the early-July heat. Boathouse was a plus when renting jet skis, but you won't be allowed to trailer anything in with you, so plan on finding a nearby public boat ramp. Gated community with a manned security gate is comforting, but be sure to follow instructions on providing names of guests and visitors in advance or they won't be allowed in.

Great Lake House

From the minute we booked, Elise wanted to make sure that the property was going to be right for our group for Father’s Day weekend. Her response time on any questions we had about the property were immediate. As for the home itself, it was exactly what we were hoping it would be. The screened porch on the second story off the living room was a great place to start and end each day. The kitchen was great; stocked with everything we needed for the meals we cooked. The elevator was very nice to have to bring everything upstairs when we arrived and to bring everything back downstairs when we departed. April sound is a great community and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again, Elise!

Cute Lakefront townhome

This is a very cute townhome that is easy to get to with an amazing view of the lake. It’s situated in a nice, quiet April Sound neighborhood that is very close to great restaurants and a large HEB. The elevator was convenient. We enjoyed watching all the boats and PWC’s go by from the balcony. While we didn’t get a chance to fish, we did see lots of fish jumping close to shore. The only negative was the yard area which was a bit over-grown and needed attention. But, a great place if you have pets.

Amazing place

Home was perfectly suited for a small family or 3 couples. The master bedroom and bathroom is downstairs and two other bedrooms are upstairs plus the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is very well appointed, living room is super comfy and leads out into the patio where you can see the lake. Highly recommended. It is in a gated community and it is a quiet neighborhood.

Christmas Break

This was our annual Christmas tour to Houston (we live in Dallas). We always stay on Lake Conroe and this house/condo was the best yet. It is fully stocked and is an amazing set up, kids up stairs, large private master down. Host was super responsive when we had questions. Great trip, this is a house I would fully recommend. (ps. there is an elevator which was great for the grandmas).

Last minute stay.

While in between a move we found this house. The host was quick to respond and very easy to deal with. Great location overlooking the lake and very quiet. Clean house and had all the essentials. Another plus was that it was pet friendly. We would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Nice lake views and location

I want to start out and say the house was very nice and clean and the host was quick to reply! The screened in porch was nice in the morning, the kitchen was stocked for cooking, and there was plenty of room for my family and our dogs. The back yard is smaller than it appears on the photos which wasn’t a huge deal since we didn’t spend much time there. The reason why I can’t give 5 stars is because of the A/C. I admit we were there on some of the hottest days of summer, but an A/C unit should function well enough to maintain a comfortable temperature. 80 is not comfortable. Even when the A/C cooled down at night, it could not keep up by noon and by 4pm it was 78+ and the temperature didn’t start to come down til after 9pm. We were sweating through dinner and had to retreat to our own rooms in the evening because it was not comfortable to hang out in the living room. There is only 1 A/C unit for the whole house, while the other homes on the street all have at least 2. All that being said, during cooler months I would come back to this property.

Get together with old friends

The house was very nice. Great view. It’s a shame the beautiful trees block some of the view. The only things I would say on it is they didn’t clean too well from the people that stayed right before us, which bothered me, and the line to get into the neighborhood with the guards got old when you were going in and out. But we had a relaxing time with the beautiful lake views. We were very happy with our stay.

Perfect vacay spot on Lake Conroe!

This gorgeous and innovative home was in a prime location on the lake. Close to all the conveniences; we enjoyed luxury living with access to all the water activities to enjoy. Elise was prompt and friendly for any questions we had. The home was thoughtfully stocked and organized. The screened-in deck upstairs was the perfect place to watch gorgeous sunsets or have our morning coffee with an awesome view. We look forward to going back to have more special times at this awesome home!
