Samla din bästa familj och vänner och koppla av tillsammans vid sjön med hela familjen, inklusive familjen husdjur (endast på nedervåningen). Kanske en golfrunda på lördag. Stor skärm Smart TV i vardagsrummet. TV i alla rum. Fiska av piren medan du grillar din favoritmat. Finns alla årstider. Tie din båt eller hyra på bryggan bara några steg utanför condo uteplatsen. Titta på spelorten stil och gör det till en helg. Country Club passerar ingår i hyran. Nära till Sam Houston National Forest spår.

The condo was perfect! Perfect location on the water and perfect place to tie up our boat in front of the condo. Very clean upon arrival and accommodations were excellent. Host is very attentive. I will definitely come back.

We stayed there to attend a granddaughter's graduation and there was plenty of room for all three granddaughters to stay with us as well as my son and his significant other. Absolutely totally equipped kitchen. Very comfortable. Exactly as presented on website. Plan to rent again.

Sweet 16 weekend celebration for my son. This Condo was amazing, super clean, everything you could want for a wonderful getaway, a true gem. This fishing was amazing. The host was wonderful and very attentive to every need. I highly recommend if you want to have a relaxing getaway, full of good fishing and relaxation this is the place. Will definitely be back very soon.

Great host! She was kind and helpful and very easy to work with. We had some issues with breakers being flipped but the host was very responsive and the problem was resolved quickly. The condo was in the process of being renovated, which we did not expect. I was in town for my daughter’s wedding and was hoping for a perfectly beautiful location for my family to enjoy. I was disappointed to find half painted walls, missing trim, etc. That is the only reason I gave it a reduced rating on value for your money. I’m sure it will be amazing once completed! The location was fabulous. We all enjoyed the outdoor space and the views.

Thank you for the review. I was not expecting the contractor to leave the primer noticeable down the adjacent wall. That was a big surprise and at last minute! Had the primer been been confined only to the new sheet rocked area, it would have only looked white and not noticeable. Also, there were delays and the the trim was supposed to be done but was not completed on time for this reservation. Otherwise the condo was clean and ready. I will compensate with a free future night. My sincere apologies.

Weekend Stay

Terry was incredibly accommodating and communicative during our stay. The property is easy to find, parking is close, and the view of the lake is beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

We stayed here during my son's fishing tournament on the lake. Being able to dock the boat right at the back door was awesome. Communication with the host was excellent and addressed our issue with work being done next door right away. The views were great, and we overall enjoyed our stay here. We will be back.

We relocated to April Sound Conroe area in April of 2015 because of a job transfer to The Woodlands. We liked it so much we decided to build our retirement home here in the forest. We decided to rent our lakefront condo. We hope that you will consider our property for your travel. I am also a local realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Montgomery. I love the Lake Conroe area. I am local and available to you during your stay.

Located on the south shore of Lake Conroe, 30 minutes north of The Woodlands (and The Cynthia Woods-Mitchel Pavillion), and 15 miles south of the Sam Houston National Forest, the location is a perfect place to "get away from it all", but not too far to enjoy the lake and forest in the country one day and the city the next. The fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a perfect location to spend time with friends or get the family and grand-kids together. April Sound is a guarded community where you can enjoy lake life, swimming, golf, and tennis too.

Lake Conroe is located and hour north of Houston and 200 miles south of Dallas on I-45. It is convenient for drive trips coming from Texas and Louisiana. We would love to share our great lake life with you. We are also close to Sam Houston National Forest., Davy Crockett National Forest ust north of us , and not far from Angelina National Forest. Come enjoy the lakes and forest of Texas. We are 30 minutes from The Woodlands =, Texas with all of its entertainment and shopping venues. We are on the west side of Lake Conroe, where all the restaurant and entertainment venues nearby. Enjoy water craft activities on the lake, forest activities, or stay at a peaceful waterfront and tenure 30 minutes to The Woodlands for Cynthia Woods Pavilion, premiere shop pint. Business travel? Enjoy coming home to the lake after your business meetings...GB fiber optic internet if you can work remotely. Spend a week working here at the lake.
