Samla din bästa familj och vänner och koppla av tillsammans vid sjön med hela familjen, inklusive familjen husdjur (endast på nedervåningen). Kanske en golfrunda på lördag. Stor skärm Smart TV i vardagsrummet. TV i alla rum. Fiska av piren medan du grillar din favoritmat. Finns alla årstider. Tie din båt eller hyra på bryggan bara några steg utanför condo uteplatsen. A&M vs t.u. Thanksgiving weekend

Our family came in from out of state to celebrate Thanksgiving and attend the A&M vs t.u.game. The condo was great and perfect for what we needed. It was our first time staying in the Montgomery area on Lake Conroe and it was fantastic. Condo is in a gated community, easy to get in and out. A few of us went on a walk and a few went on a run around the community. Location for driving back and forth to College Station was convenient and will come back in the future as an alternative to staying in CS. Imagine it will be even better staying here in summer months. The owner is terrific, very accommodating, and the condo had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Had a great experience

Loved this home and location. Was in for a memorial and had friends and family with us. The kids loved the water and is adults enjoyed BBQ and watching them have so much fun. Great place, great host, great experience.

Great stay!

Super accommodating and the perfect location for young kids because it's in its own quiet, wake free, alcove. We spent all day floating. We were here during Hurricane Berryl and the just was amazing in helping us with another night due to flights being cancelled. Will be coming back next time!

Great neighborhood location!

Located in a great (safe) neighborhood with parks and easy drivable access to lots of restaurants and things to do around the lake. Owner was easy to communicate with. Plus the view was beautiful!

property is in a great location. near by resturants and grocery store. Coffee option were great. Fishing in the lake directly behind the property was a blast. caught plenty of catfish!

Great Lake condo

Clean and full of amenities. Great location fronting the lake. Terry was kind enough to refund some rental cost since the main TV wasn’t working! Would definitely stay here again!

Lakefront Townhome w/View

Our family gathered and had a wonderful time. The townhome was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (Bring your own food of course). The lake is right beyond the back patio and the area offers great restaurants, shopping, jet skiing, boat rentals, fishing, & even a boat launch in the neighborhood, captained lake tours, and swimming. This rental makes a perfect getaway spot.

The hurricane changed our beach house plans and we had to stay locally. Terry was instrumental in procuring this location due to the issues with a widespread power outage. The condo setup was perfect for my visiting family.

Great little stay on the water

We stayed here over Easter weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. Cute little condo fully stocked and well furnished with a nice patio overlooking the water. Terry is super attentive and really makes sure that you enjoy your stay, as we did!

The best host / location

wow! Terry was incredible from booking to check out. We were displaced from our home leaking during the recent storm and accommodating is an understatement! We ended up not even needing to stay an extra night but would have paid even more for this adorable place. The location was phenomenal and safe! Definitely booking again this summer!!

Family Trip

I had family coming from Dallas, San Antonio and Houston for a family gathering. The condo worked fabulously. Terry was great to work with and has everything (instructions) written out and labeled. I would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing!

We relocated to April Sound Conroe area in April of 2015 because of a job transfer to The Woodlands. We liked it so much we decided to build our retirement home here in the forest. Located on the south shore of Lake Conroe, 30 minutes north of The Woodlands (and The Cynthia Woods-Mitchel Pavillion), and 15 miles south of the Sam Houston National Forest, the location is a perfect place to "get away from it all", but not too far to enjoy the lake and forest in the country one day and the city the next. The fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a perfect location to spend time with friends or get the family and grand-kids together. April Sound is a guarded community where you can enjoy lake life, swimming, golf, and tennis too.

Lake Conroe is located and hour north of Houston and 200 miles south of Dallas on I-45. It is convenient for drive trips coming from Texas and Louisiana. We would love to share our great lake life with you. We are also close to Sam Houston National Forest., Davy Crockett National Forest ust north of us , and not far from Angelina National Forest. Come enjoy the lakes and forest of Texas. We are 30 minutes from The Woodlands =, Texas with all of its entertainment and shopping venues. We are on the west side of Lake Conroe, where all the restaurant and entertainment venues nearby. Enjoy water craft activities on the lake, forest activities, or stay at a peaceful waterfront and tenure 30 minutes to The Woodlands for Cynthia Woods Pavilion, premiere shop pint. Business travel? Enjoy coming home to the lake after your business meetings...GB fiber optic internet if you can work remotely. Spend a week working here at the lake.
