Clean and comfortable

I want to start this review addressing issues brought up by others. The apartment was extremely clean. The dominant color is white - white walls and clean, white sheets. No bugs except a couple of flies that came in when we left the door open. The tiny dipping pool was clean. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is a mix with houses and commercial properties, even a school so the area is not quiet. Delivery van doors in the early am, happy children etc. The property is not really close to anything except a great grocery. It is a hike to the metro to go downtown but the pool is a delight at night for tired feet and sipping wine after a long day. This worked out for us because we spent every day out doing something and came back only for the evening meal and sleep. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The dishwasher operation defeated us but the washer and dryer were an asset with luggage restrictions. Overall, this was a great place for us!

Run Away

This apartment is horrible. one cannot stay there in any form. it smells terrible and is a mess. hairs and cockroaches on the bed, don't even think you can enter the bathroom. I contacted the host to somehow resolve the situation, he didn't even respond phone. he didn't make the slightest effort to straighten anything out. we only stayed an hour in this apartment to find another place to go to sleep. it was not possible to stay there. besides the fact that everything was very dirty and smelled terrible, I also found bedbugs on the bed. I'm not sending you any pictures because I only stayed in the apartment for 1 hour. I honestly don't think you did it right. you should have come to us to discuss, to try to fix the situation somehow.

Chillen nach dem Abitur

Mein Sohn war mit seinen Freunden nach dem Abitur für 10 Tage im blauen Haus. Sie fanden die Unterkunft super und haben sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Besitzer war sehr entgegenkommend. Bei einem kleinen Problem mit dem Wasser beim Pool reagierte er sofort und behob das Problem. Sie würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren.

Zufriedenheit

Unsere Jugendgruppe (Alter 21-24) fanden die Unterkunft super geeignet. Die Lage war in Ordnung und die Unterkunft hat eine gute Aufteilung von ihren Räumen sowie eine gemütliche Einrichtung. Man darf keine Luxusunterkunft erwarten, aber man kann’s dort sehr gut aushalten.

Cool place to stay with a few nuisances

We were staying here for the Primavera Sound festival and enjoyed the proximity to the Parc del Forum. The neighborhood itself isn't spectacular, with little to no things to do, but we knew that beforehand and chose this location for the short walk to the festival. The appartment is big enough for groups of 7-8 people, with three separate double bedrooms and a single person sofa bed downstairs, and a double sofa bed upstairs in the living room. The airconditioning is very performant and easy to use. The bathrooms are okay, not spectacular but they are good enough. Disadvantages: The dishwasher is old and does not clean the dishes well, and the kitchen sink did not have warm water. We also saw some bugs in the kitchen, which is of course not the nicest thing. The wi-fi connection is unstable and slow (certainly for bigger groups). Also: the pool/jacuzzi is not the cleanest so we did not use it (despite the hot weather). We enjoyed the stay cause of the terrace and the spacious living room. The appartment is perfect for groups of friends going to Primavera Sound, but is a bit too far of the city center for regular Barcelona visits. The communication with the owner was good and direct. Thanks for the stay!

The house is too wet and nothing arrond ..

The first floor of the house is acceptable but the bottom floor is too wet . The 2 bathroom are really not clean . There are a lot of dust in some places. There are not a lot of dishes, stove, pan .. I was with my child, 5 years old, and the stairs are difficult. It's perhaps a good place for students bt not for family !

Parfait

Appartement sans vis à vis, literie impeccable, dans une rue calme, idéalement placé à 5 minutes à pied d' un centre commercial, de la mer et des transports ( bus metro station de taxi ) si on ne souhaite pas prendre la voiture pour aller dans le centre de barcelone, une ville magnifique !!! Je recommande!!!!

Très joli deco mais très vieille maison

Les salles de bains très vieille beaucoup de calcaire et grosse odeur de renfermer, d humidité. Très belle deco. Les chambres sans fenêtres et pas d intimité pour les parents, les matelas sont posés au sol, mais bon matelas. La maison est propre et les salles de bains devraient être refaite

Really Good!

We were 8 friends french aged of 19 years old, and the house was really perfect. There is a big malls near the house and the beach was in 15 minutes at walk, it's a plus for the house. I would like to thank the owner for the trustfull because we were young and thank you for all informations you giving and for your welcome. Again thank you and we have passed a perfect house with my friend By 8 Students French
