Rio Blessings är ett nybyggt (2017) hem i Tierra Linda-underavdelningen, som ligger några minuter från House Pasture-musikplatsen, The ConCan Country Club & Golf Course och Frio River. Denna rymliga 3300 kvadratmeter hem erbjuder en öppen planlösning kök, matsal och vardagsrum med välvda tak. 5 sovrum, alla med takfläktar och privata badrum, rymmer 27 gäster. Det fullt utrustade köket har kvartsbänkskivor, rostfria vitvaror (inklusive mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, fransk dörrkylskåp med ismaskin och intervall). Kaffekrukor, mixer, brödrost, stor elektrisk grill, långkokare, stor te dispenser, kastruller, kokkärl, tallrikar och redskap är alla där! En tvättmaskin och torktumlare, 3 stora plattskärms-TV med satellit och WiFi lägg till din njutning och komfort.

Utanför kommer du att njuta av SE Breeze och utsikt över bergen från en stor täckt veranda och cabana område med utsikt över den privata poolen och uppvärmd spa. Detta område är inhägnad och väl upplyst för säkerhet och nattliv. Uteköket har ett kylskåp i full storlek, gott om diskutrymme, handfat, bar med avföring, 2 rundbord med stolar för mat och spel och en stor platt-TV (satellit). Också tillhandahålls i detta område är en grillplats med rökare, en eldstaden och ett halvt bad. Tether-boll, hästsko och bricka grovar lägger till det roliga.

A wonderful place of rest.

We had a difficult time finding this place. The address we were given was for the main office and not the property. But, even though we came after the office was closed, we were able to find a very helpful lady and gentleman who were working late. They gave us a map to the property. We were so grateful for this house. It was well appointed. There were plenty of dishes for all meals.

Escape to Rio Blessings

We floated the river by day and enjoyed the beautiful pool and outdoor area by night. We truly couldn't have asked for a better property to meet our needs. The layout was amazing for adults and kids. Very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the horseshoes and washers as well. We didn't play tether ball, but had we had younger ones, I am sure it would have been put to good use!

Amazing property and great communication

We were very impressed by the layout and cleanliness of the house. Even though the front desk was closed for New Years the answering service worked very efficiently.

Relaxation Getaway

Perfect, exactly what we were looking for. The only negative experience was the mattress on all beds are very firm, except the twin in the master bedroom.

Great house with everything you need

The outside pool area was awesome and where we spent our time when not at the river. Lots of parking was also a plus. The house is furnished VERY well with plenty of dishes, utensils, and everything you need to cook. Proximity to the house pasture was nice also.

What A Blessing !!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was amazing !!! Absolutely loved the kitchen an all that it was equipped with we lacked nothing . The home was clean and ready for us . The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was the best !!! We enjoyed eating , dancing, playing games , and the hot tub . Having a second refrigerator outside truly helped with the 20 individuals we had in our group. If there was anything I would change is the temperature . We really could not find a medium . It was either too warm or too cold. It would’ve been nice not having to change the temperature every other hour. Overall I soy al recommend this home . Rio Blessings was a BLESSING on our 4 day stay.
