Great stay

Great stay - great property located south of 30A for those that it matters to. House had everything we needed and nothing we didnt. Cocktail pool was great to have on site.

Just OK

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we were excited to once again be back in Rosemary Beach, the Abaco Pearl Cottage was a bit of a let down for the cost. Cleanliness was an issue upon arrival, the bikes were not secured (only found out when one of them went missing within a day or two after checking in), and very little privacy with the bedrooms on the first floor and clear glass doors in the front and back of the house giving full view of the hallway between bedrooms. Laundry room layout made it near impossible to use but we managed anyway. Location was great, parking was a challenge since our vehicle was too big for the garage space. Good location though. Management company worked with us on most issues and sent out cleaning people to reclean the house for us. Will be back to Rosemary Beach, just not to the Abaco Pearl Cottage.

Beach getaway

The pool was not working until the last morning of our stay and was frankly disgusting; there was a nasty film on top of the water that actually had a foul odor until the cleaning was done Sunday morning as we were getting ready to leave. The grill was very cheap and hardly worked making our Saturday night grilling plans impossible. Finally, there was a massive construction project happening in back of our unit with workers looking into our unit even over the weekend making things uncomfortable. While the beach was beautiful these accommodations were not at all as advertised.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, features, and condition as previewed, and a relatively quiet location. All living/dining on 2nd flr with lots of natural light and two useable porches - a really good space. The kitchen is a bit odd in the details - more show than function, but fine for a week. One glitch: the shower in the kids bedroom is essentially not functional; it’s really small with the door swinging inward and hinged on the wrong side; so the adult can barely, if at all, reach the controls. Prop. management was responsive with good attitude.

Rosemary Getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had what we needed. Overall parking at Rosemary was difficult. We had no idea that the house we rented had a cottage connected to the property and the tenants parked their car blocking the driveway as their SUV was too big to fit in the garage. Their unit directly overlooked our pool and they also used it. I believed the pool to be private when we rented this house at high season prices. The 9am checkout and 5pm check in feels unreasonable but it was understood this was their policy.

The Panhandle

Reviewer Comments: This February we decided to step outside of our habit of visiting the southern Florida Beaches to discover some of the places along Florida’s Panhandle. We took our daughter and two grandchildren along. We were enormously grateful that we decided to explore someplace new and our rental house in Rosemary Beach was truly exceptional. Entering the beautifully designed planned community of Rosemary Beach told us that we were in for a treat. The house itself was amazing, located close to the beach and within short walks to pools, shops, and restaurants. It was beautifully designed and furnished. The upstairs was one large, open and light filled space for the living and dining areas and a kitchen with huge counter space and a separate enclosed space for a washer & dryer. We spent most of our time there. The bedrooms on the lower level had beautiful duvets and linens. There was lots of closet space and TVs in every bedroom. Each bedroom (3) had its own lovely bathroom. The beaches along this stretch of Florida are truly memorable for their calm aquamarine water and fine white sand that squeaks like cornstarch when you walk on it. Those days when it was a little too cool for the beach, we enjoyed the heated indoor pool or the heated outdoor pool that were quick walks away.This was one of the most beautiful homes and beaches that we have visited in all of our travels and we will definitely return in the near future.

The location is the reason we chose this place! It did not disappoint, we were one minute from our toes in the sand. We always go to 30A to close out summer and this was our favorite trip due to having an easy stay at this home! We will definitely be returning.

Perfect Spring Break Get A Way!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and made for the perfect getaway. The property management team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service—we accidentally left behind some personal items, and they went above and beyond to recover them and ship them back to us! That level of care and attention is rare, and we are so grateful.We can’t wait to visit again and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and well-managed stay!

The living/kitchen area is very large and comfortable. The location of the house is perfect to the beach and town, we enjoyed being able to walk to both. We used the bikes for a long bike ride up the coast. The only drawback is the bedroom with the bunk beds is very small and really only fits one adult. The shower in this room does not accommodate an adult well. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this property, and the management company was wonderful and very easy to work with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we've rented this home. It is generally speaking clean and well maintained. We had a lot of knatts flying around in the house this year. The downstairs grill is a wreck! It should be replaced. All in all we like this house. Renter beware, the bunk room is tiny and that bathroom is very, very small. That shower is really too small even for a child.

Great Family Getaway

Beautifully designed home within a 3 minute walk to town. Fully stocked kitchen (really!) with grill and private pool. We will definitely return to 16 Abaco:)

Well appointed and convenient

Overall the property is great. It’s super cute and well appointed kitchen. It’s technically a 3 bedroom but beware that the bunk room and bathroom is super tight. Difficult to have an adult over 6 foot comfortable in the bed or shower. Would function better for smaller people. Walk to downtown and out to 98 for restaurants is super convenient. Nicely located within the community and easy to get to pool or beach. Kind of nice that the property is just before all the traffic starts to back up.

Small bit mighty!

Great House, Great location. Bedrooms are VERY small. Upstairs family area is perfect. Carriage house is separate rental and is very close and uses main house pool area to enter which is also where bedrooms are. With that said would recommend.

A beautiful property !

Everything about this property was fantastic! It had been newly remodeled and was absolutely gorgeous. Every amenity imaginable was at your fingertips …. Especially in the kitchen. Location was private and quiet. The garage was tight fit with old furniture on the sides . It made pulling in/ out and getting out of car a challenge due to minimal space. We will definitely be back to 16 Abaco Lane !
