Detta är en lägenhet med ett sovrum som också erbjuder en sovande klyfta och dra ut soffan. Det erbjuder också 2 fulla badrum så ingen kämpar över ett badrum! Sovrummet har en queen size-säng och badrum. Soffan drar ut i en queen size-säng och sovkroken har en bekväm futon som viker ut till en full size-säng. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga mat hemma. Det erbjuder också en Keurig och en vanlig kaffebryggare! Nice upgraded condo with comfortable bed! Host was very responsive and accommodating.Will stay again when I’m back in Mammoth.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon walking in, the unit smelled cleaned, but once we started to try to do simple things like turn on the bedside lamp that is when I quickly realized this unit may not be as well-maintained as I initially thought. The left lamp on the master bedroom was just an exposed wire, not a plug and it was not attached to anything. The unit was very hot and uncomfortable. I could not close the blinds as the strings were just a giant knot. One my kids walked by the sliding door and the screen toppled outward, luckily it was out and not in on top of my child. As a result bugs kept getting in. We proceeded to try to cook and the trash can would not open by stepping on it as a part of it had broken off completely. Then I tried to turn on the water and wash something and the sink started to back up. Worse, we had curry for dinner so when I turned out the garbage disposal to see if that would help, it would gurgle and go down a few inches only to bubble back up on both sides of the sink. There was no food in the sink, and it still clogged and the disposal would not work. Basically if I ran the sink for longer than 2 to 3 minutes it would just start to back up. I later tried to reach for a glass cup from the cupboard and the glass just split into two pieces and put a hole in my finger. Luckily it was a minor cut. I did send a complaint email to management but it seemed to have gone unnoticed. Every time I turned on the sink it smelled like stale moth balls too. Pretty terrible experience here. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

Great location!

Awesome location about. 15 min walk to the village. Parking is awesome and in a covered garage and the stairs up to the condo are incredibly convenient. A few of the lights didn’t work but other than that it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Don’t let the pictures fool you

This is an incredibly poorly maintained unit with terrible management. The Jacuzzi is barely 3 feet deep and has no workable jets. The carpets are stained, lamps don’t work, the property management company is unavailable, and when they are available they are not responsive and have a terrible attitude. Do yourself a favor and move onto another rental property

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fairly close to Mammoth ski resort. Not able to use the hot tub since it was a hike to get to, and completely exposed to the elements. Carpet in Crestview cabin in the woods is dirty/stained. Small bed in master, uncomfortable futon. One burner of stove not working. Wall patched, and not repainted.

Cozy and convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great. Close enough to the village about an 8 minute walk downhill, or convenient bus blue line pickup right in front of condo. Only thing is the blue line stops at dark time, so you have to walk back up from village but its close enough. The space inside was perfect, our son slept on the extra bed in loft area and had his own bathroom. We were able to cook breakfast, had all the necessities needed to cook. Our truck was really high so we couldnt park in underground parking lot however there was parking available near the manager office. The heating system could use some updating, it sometimes got to hot. Overall a great experience

Good condo near the village

Good condo near the village. Comfortable for a few nights in mammoth. Condo and building a bit dated, but seems most were at this price point, so for the price, I would say decent option. Bus to village or base couldn’t be more convenient. Right outside!

Nice base camp

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing at mammoth while we were here. The condo made for a great little home base. It’s close enough to the village but also very quiet. The kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook most of our meals there but the appliances are dated and might be on their last legs. The garbage disposal didn’t work at all and upon further inspection under the kitchen sink there was a large bowl collecting water from a leak! The dishwasher is very noisy and also leaked a small puddle on to the kitchen floor. I reached out to the property managers about this but didn’t hear back from them. Before arrival, the property management encouraged us to download an app that was very informative about the property. There were a couple surprises though. Our vehicle would not fit in the garage as it is over 6.5 feet. On the weekend the overflow parking was full and challenging to park in as the spots were very small. The second surprise was that the condo doesn’t have a thermostat. Instead there is a gas fireplace that works on a timer or a variety of space heaters and fans.

Decent Place.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close proximity to slopes. Comfortable bed. Easy access from garage to unit. The unit itself doesn't get too much natural lighting - it is awfully dim and dark inside as the lighting isn't bright at all (not at all what you see in the photos). Heating is ancient. It appears that the wood burning fireplace has been replaced with a gas-operated heat blower that works when it wants to. Luckily, it was spring-like temps, otherwise, it may have been uncomfortably cold inside. Unit is very dated - maybe it just felt that way b/c of how dark/dim it was inside. Covered parking a plus. A quiet stay.

Great location

Great location for a low key stay. The only issues were some of the amenities in the apartment are old/dated. WiFi was off when we got there, clock was dead, one space heater was broken (once we got the fire going and the other space heater it was good. Blinds are broken and it looks like someone may have broken in the front door because the lock has been replaced and the trim around the door was definitely cracked replaced.

Okay Stay, good location

The condo was located about 11 min walk from village and at a bus stop which was easy to jump on to hit slopes. The only issue is the cleanliness: the entire place was carpet and it was dirty stains everywhere and just gives it that dirty feel. The second sleep area isn’t ideal for another couple but good for kids as it was a futon. The fireplace was disappointing...it wasn’t wood burning which is something you look forward to in the winter and mountains! The fake fire pit was just too much heat that hit directly in your face when sitting on the couch. There is no central heat but many space heaters which made it super claustrophobic! The place needs TLC for sure but good location. The property management was nice and helpful.

Came up short

The condo we stayed in was to have the Internet, but we could not log on. We reported this to management who said they would tell the owner. It was not corrected, and after we spent time on the phone with the Internet provider, it was decided that a new router was needed. The service was to come but did not show up. I was leading a Zoom meeting scheduled for the next day and because the meeting was important and I had no Internet, we vacated two days early and came home. It felt like we were on our own to solve a problem that we couldn't solve.

Convenient location

Pros: - Parking spot is directly across the lot entrance to the building and apartment is directly up the stairs from that entrance - Short walk from the The Village - Easy check in process as long as you download the Hospitality app - Plenty of towels and blankets Cons: - Apartment is on ground floor, there are thin walls and creaky floorboards. Parties on upper floor are extremely obvious; would suggest bringing some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. - Apartment is dim at night/not enough lighting Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property management was attentive and responsive.

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect condo for our stay! I loved the location as we walked to the village each night. This place was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space. We hope to come back and stay here again!
