Vi har precis köpt denna lägenhet över vintern så det är nytt för VRBO. För att se recensioner av oss som värdar, kolla vår andra egendom på http: // vrbo. com / 466.331

När du går i dörren så kommer du se att detta inte bara är en strandpromenad. Det är också vår familj strand hem och du kommer att hitta det så mycket mer av ett hem än din standard strand hyra! Jag har bott i Atlantic Beach under de senaste 30 åren så var snäll och fråga dig om enheten eller områdets attraktioner. Före och under din vistelse kommer jag också att vara tillgänglig via telefon, text och email för att svara på eventuella frågor.

När du anländer till lägenheten hittar du bagagevagnar och matkorgar samt en hiss för att flytta in i lägenheten enkelt och snabbt. Det finns en skärmad sittgrupp i fronten och ett separat tvättstuga som har en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Lägenheten själv har lyxig vinylplank golv hela med 3 sovrum, 2 1/2 bad, fullt utrustat kök, separat våt bar, oceanfront skärmen veranda utanför vardagsrummet och en separat oceanfront balkong utanför sovrummet. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng med en queen size-säng i 2: a sovrummet tillsammans med en privat halv badrum. Det 3: e sovrummet har en tvilling våningssäng och en full size-säng. Soffan i vardagsrummet drar också ut i en full size-säng. Det finns en stor TV och DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet och TV i alla 3 sovrum samt kök bar området. Alla tv-apparater har kabel samt Roku-pinnar. WIFI ingår. I vardagsrummet hittar du också brädspel, spelkort, pussel, DVD, böcker etc.

Från vårt hem är du bokstavligen steg från grillen och picknickområdet, poolen och viktigast stranden !!

Under lägenheten finns ett förråd som du har tillgång till som har två cyklar, solstolar, paraply, strand och poolleksaker, utomhusspel för barnen (och de vuxna barnen) och fiskestänger och tackla.

Direkt tvärs över gatan har du tillgång till bryggan och båtslipparna för att hålla båten på Bogue Sound samt parkera din släpvagn. Om du tar med din båt, finns en offentlig båt lansering en mil bort.

Nice place.

The property was very clean and a great location. Plenty of room. Each balcony is private. I was able to sleep in master bedroom with the outside sliding door open to hear the waves all night. Area was quiet and very little people. It was 2 weeks into the off season. TV in every room plus kitchen. Water pressure good. Cant say anything bad about it. Oh. Washer and dryer are in closet st vestibule and beach gear is in storage building under the buolding. Just a fyi. Will plan to stay again.

Clean, well maintained condo just steps from the beach. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive during our stay. Location and property are beautiful. Condo was stocked with every essential from cooking to going out on the beach. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to come back!

Close to a wide variety of restaurant's. Short walk to the beach. Access to carts and elevator, made getting luggage to your condo convenient. Would stay again.

Just got home from our trip and it was wonderful! The condo was exceptionally nice! I had a question when we arrived and texted the owner. He responded immediately and was very helpful. You can tell the owner takes pride in this rental! We will definitely be back!

Great but could be excellent

We had a great stay. Super easy beach access and plenty of restaurants and stores around. As mentioned in prior reviews, it needs a few small fixes and updates, like towel bars and a new outdoor rug. While the inside was clean, the balcony was gross, unfortunately, though per the owner it should have been cleaned. Everything was well stocked, and we appreciated the easy checkout (no requirements to wash all the towels etc like some other rentals). We would return.

AMAZING HOLIDAY

We had a spectacular Holiday at this property. Oceanfront as advertised, with two balconies, easy access to the pool and the ocean; swam in the pool twice a. day, on the beach in stages from sunup to sunset and night time strolls along the ahore. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots pans and other necessities. The property is clean, with updated features, well maintained with easy access to the owner. Check in was a breeze, with detailed instructions and directions received ahead of time. We had a party of six adults, a four year old and an infant. There was ample room with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We moved to N.C. 15 years ago and have spent every 4th of July at the beach because the 4th is my birthday. We have finally found a VRBO that meets and exceeds our expectations. We will make this an annual holiday at this wonderful oceanfront facility. Thanks Daniel!!!!

Right on the beach!!

If you want a beach vacation, this is the place! The view from the back balconies was absolute perfection. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Communication with owner was super fast replies with helpful information.

Overall nice place.

Nice place just couple issues that need attention. The shower and bath tub were not clean but we took care of that. Also, with this unit (not sure about others there), the walls are just too thin. We could hear TVs and talking at various times from the adjoining units, really only an issue late night when you were trying to sleep. Thanks!

Ask a lot of questions up front or be disappointed

The location was beautiful with nice beach access and, first floor walk up with luggage carts. The rooms were clean and tidy. The surrounding areas are great with amazing food and lots to do. However, there were several issues. The listing showed sound, but that’s if you travel to another location if you want to fish, boat, etc. There is no wet bar as pictured, just a wine fridge with a countertop. We were sent parking passes when already traveling, told they had to be printed in color and to contact maintenance on arrival for assistance. Our check in was on a Sunday and there was no response from maintenance, I contacted the property owner and was told the maintenance people don’t work Sunday. We were then promptly confronted and belittled by the security officer who blew smoke in our faces and told me she would overlook it, but tomorrow we would be towed. The property owner claimed he would come by with passes the following day but never came around. I got passes from maintenance myself. Within the property, there are cosmetic issues expected with a rental, however the linens provided were 4 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes and a few pieces for the kitchen for a 9 guest, 6 night stay. We were told that if we used the additional towels or bedding it wasn’t included and would need to be laundered and replaced. The pictures show a nice pool and what you might think from the aerial is a hot tub. It is not. It is a shallow kiddie pool. we were provided a code to access the pool area, but when we couldn’t get in, I spoke to maintenance and was told that the pool wasn’t open for the season. We couldn’t even sit by it let alone use it. When I contacted the PO, I was told “I wish you would have asked” and that they just aren’t open that early. With the temps of the ocean it would have been nice to have information on the lack of a pool. I had no issue with tidy and sweep on exit rules, but the cleaning fee was hefty for very limited linens, 2 1/2 small baths, and a less than spacious common area. There are a lot of TVs and rokus attached. The internet was reliable, but struggled with multiple streams. The screen porch was damaged and let bugs in and out. Finally, we had a pest control worker stop by one day, the microwave didn’t heat and emitted a melting or electric smell. We had to accommodate and electrician, luckily we were safe but there was no microwave or hood. I was asked by PO to set the unit aside. All in all, just ok.

Great beachfront condo

We enjoyed our stay in this great beachfront condo. The location was perfect and the views of the ocean were nice. We had plenty of room for 2 families with small children in the condo. Walking distance (about 1 mi) to the park. Perfect for our fall beach trip.

Varför värden valde detta boende

You simply can't beat the view and access to the ocean. It's a family beach area so no huge crowds even during the summer months. And just across the street with pier, place to launch your kayaks and day slips to keep your boat. When we found this place for sale, we just knew it was for us!
