Never disappoints Kehei Akahi

My husband and I return to this condo building over and over again. Wonderful ocean view from lanai . Great location for great beach walks in and walk to stores too.

Beautiful space and view

A beautiful light filled space with great views of the ocean, sunsets and palm trees. Great location across the street from a lovely beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The bed just needs a new mattress to make it a perfect rental!

Great stay in Maui

Property was very clean and everything we needed was present. Beach is across the street and close to lots of restaurants. Stayed for two weeks with no problems. Building and outside property very well maintained.

Perfect choice!

This condo was perfectly situated in Kihei, a short walk/drive to the beach and great eats nearby. For this specific unit, its balcony had a peaceful view overlooking the pool.

Great location but unit very tired

Stayed at the Kihie Akai 30years ago and this unit has the original furniture needs an update really needs a paint job. Ceiling in bedroom has black ring around the fan. Kitchen equipment all mismatched lots of something’s little of others and all old fry pans all scratched. Blender with no lid no stopper for sink. Manage,ent responded right away to our requests but. We lived with it and ceraintly did not let it ruin our holiday. We enjoyed our stay location and grounds great. Looks clean but spouse had cloth slippers and after two days bottoms were black.

Great location near the beach!

Awesome location just steps from the beach. The host left a notebook with some tips and tricks which was nice. The condo was clean and neat and came with beach chairs and beach towels which was a great perk!

The condo is comfortable and roomy, with full size kitchen appliances. The location is close to food & grocery stores. The beach is a oouple minutes away across the street

Great condo with amazing views!

Wonderful stay!! Great location!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and this condo was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere and had a great view from the balcony. The front door needs to be replaced it is not secure. In the lock position you can still push it open.

Great location across the street from the beach. The sofa bed in the living is not ok to sleep on needs to be replaced. Also the air conditioner is in the living room only. Had a great time though 😎

A nice surprise waiting for you

Once landed .. grabbed rental car.. found the property with ease.. walked into the condo and was very pleased with everything in it. It is exactly what it is in the pictures. Like any other rental it could use a little TLC but overall it was clean and had everything described ! Beautiful property and a beautiful Condo ! I will come back and rent this again on my next trip here and I hope you will enjoy it also ...Mahalo nui loa

great location and staff unit could use some TLC

Air conditioning and light in bedroom were cheap fixes. Never had to dump water in a rental unit for the conditioner before A fresh paint job would help. the staff was great and we appreciated the late check out.

Thanks again for being great hosts! We loved the spot and location. And we really appreciated the option to checkout later. It allowed us to spend one more day at the beach.Just one thing - it seems the coffee maker does not work. The machine turns on, but no coffee brews. Otherwise, everything worked well.

Very nice, comfortable and convenient stay!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!

We had such a fantastic stay!! The apartment was quiet and clean and easy to find with friendly staff. The central location made it that much better of an experience! Just down the driveway to the beach and walking distance to local restaurants made it all worthwhile. We fell in love with Kihei and I guarantee it was because of the place we stayed. We will be back! Thank you for making our honeymoon the experience of a lifetime!

Wonderful getaway for two

We had a wonderful time at the condo for our one week stay. Given that it was just the two of us the location was excellent and the view was amazing. Compared to other properties we have rented we felt this one could use an update with the carpets and perhaps a few of the amenities. The over all condition of the unit and the grounds was fine for our use. We would be happy to stay again. Based on the location we felt it was good value for the time we used the unit.
