Hemmet är två nivåer med kök, vardagsrum och halv bad på huvudnivån, och tre sovrum och ytterligare två badrum på den lägre nivån. Du går in i hemmet genom ytterdörren eller garaget på huvudnivån. Spring Break Skiing

Great location next to peak 8 where most of the group had ski lessons. Beautiful view, clean home and lots of games for the kiddos!

Wonderful home in a great location

The home (a duplex) is in a great location just a short walk to the municipal bus that takes you to the mountain and around town. The home was spacious and clean with terrific amenities. Our only quibble was that the heat (which is generated through the floors) could be tricky to regulate, as the home is well insulated and traps the heat. The master bedroom, which is on ground level overlooking the nordic ski trail, doesn't have a window, so to get fresh air we needed to use the sliding door. But besides that issue everything was great, and Jason was easy to reach and always helpful.

Perfect Family Getaway in Breckenridge

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for our spring break vacation in Breckenridge, and it was truly a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail in this property. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The amenities were perfect – plenty of towels, extra bedding, and a kitchen stocked with all the utensils and tools necessary for cooking family meals. We never felt like we were missing anything!The extra touches really stood out too. It felt like the owners had thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible, from the cozy living areas to the lovely décor and fireplaces!!The customer service was exceptional. The agent who helped with our booking and stay was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed throughout our trip. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay that much more enjoyable.Overall, this home provided the perfect base for our spring break adventure in Breckenridge. We’ll definitely be returning!

Cozy clean home in central location

They had everything you needed and more including a baby gate which is very much appreciated with our youngest being 1 years old. The home was clean and very close to peak 8 and the free ride shuttle. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!

Amazing rental

We absolutely loved this rental! It was spacious, clean, well stocked with things we needed. The location to the Nordic center and bus made getting around so easy. We never even needed to use our car. We stay in the area every year and this was our favorite rental. The master bathroom is beautiful and the hot tub was perfect from a long day boarding. Jason was great at communicating and made our check in and check out so easy. 100% recommend this property!

Stayed here just after Christmas and into the New Year. The property is impeccably maintained, and has a great view of the cross country trail. Very comfortable! We loved our stay.

Nice home at the Nordic Center

The space is as shown and is nice. The home is right by the Nordic center making it easy to get into town and to the mountain. The house is a bit of a hike from the base of the mountain but there’s a shuttle bus within a five minute walk. Property manager was very communicative and always available.

Lovely unit in our favorite Breck neighborhood

This house is perfect for families -very well equipped - and convenient for both our Nordic and downhill skiers. Lovely view of X-country Nordic trails from large livingroom windows leading to deck. We'll be back!

Nice amenities

We stayed for a week and skied everyday. The house was great. Loved the boot dryers in the garage and the hooks for gear and the ski racks. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was very well equipped and many food storage containers for leftovers!!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better rental. We travelled with three couples and had more than enough room. The home was extremely clean, in a perfect location close to downtown and the ski resort, and the host was extremely helpful. 10/10 recommend. We will be back for sure.

One of the best in Breck!

We stayed here in early January 2024 for about a week and absolutely loved it! The details about the property were spot on, and we enjoyed the many amenities it had to offer. The boot and glove dryer in the garage definitely came in handy, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. We loved the location and convenience, as well. Additionally, our property manager, Jason, was fantastic and was always quick to respond to our concerns. The driveway was a bit slippery due to the snow/ice, but Jason immediately took action to resolve the issue. We truly appreciate his attentiveness during our stay. For those visiting here in the winter, I highly suggest you have a 4x4 vehicle to travel around in - we were so glad we did. Lastly, this property was built air tight to hold in the heat, so if it gets a little warm or stuffy use the many fans and humidifiers provided throughout the house.

Fabulous Resory-Like Getaway

Amenities decors & luxury living! A short, getaway for my wife's birthday, was fantastic in Breckenridge. Convently away from Hussle/bustle normally associated with ski towns but conveniently close to town and recreation opportunities as well. Wonderful. The amenities and decor of the home were outstanding and communication coordination with the owner was a breeze making overall resort like experience. We utlized most of the amenities during our trip but be clear that there are more available catering to the larger family/groups and ski season visitor. Particularly lovely is the location the setting hot tub soaking bath fireplaces decor and small thoughtful touches throughout the home. Especially unique and pleasantly surprising our small touches more apt to see at resorts Plenty of kitchen supplies to be immediately comfortable upon arrival thus eliminating the cost & inconvenience to go grocery shopping for certain bascs. Overall 5-star in all aspects and 5+ stars for communication and responsiveness by the owner/manager - this is a can't miss property to enjoy your next stay in Breckenridge.

Awesome Breck Property

My husband and have stayed in many VRBO properties, this Breck townhome is wonderful. Clean, well appointed, short walk to town (included an uphill to the property-which helped after a hearty dinner), and very responsive property manager. He responded to promptly to questions and requests. We felt well taken care of and will be returning to this place if Breck is in our vacation plans for the future. This place helped make our vacation comfortable, stress free and memorable!

Absolutely Perfect Vacation Home!

Our family always rents a home when we travel - 3 to 6 times a year. This home is far and above the best we have ever stayed in!!! For dining-in, it has everything you could imagine needing and more! The kitchen is amazingly well appointed (cabinet filled with seasonings and gas BBQ on the deck), the beds in all three bedrooms are very comfortable with a surplus of bedding and towels, an oxygen station and humidifiers are provided, highchair and booster seats for little ones, and there is a boot and glove warming station for skiers. It is close to Peak 8 for skiing and close to the shuttle for town shopping/dining. All of this is provided in a beautifully decorated home! If we ever return to Breckenridge, this will be our go-to home to rent for Grandma, 2 parents, and 3 grandchildren. It was perfect!!!

Great family vacation home, nestled in the woods but near all

Loved the property. I knew we would and given the communication with Jason, the rental manager, we knew it we would be taken care of as well. The property backs up to the Nordic Center ski tracks and offers nice views of the skiers, woods and through the windows the trees and even one of the peaks! The neighborhood was very quiet and we barely saw people and it was a holiday weekend! We were just steps to the Nordic Center which we didn’t think would be a bonus, but we rented snow shoes one day and had a blast and they have a nice little bar for drinks at the end of the day and even live music. The shuttle was just 7-10 minute walk and was easy to hit Peak 7 or 8 each day. The kitchen was well equipped, easy to make meals a couple nights. Went to dinner and it was only 10 minutes to drive into town. The living room was cozy, and bedrooms did the trick for good sleep. Loved it and would stay again.

Ski Trip

We had an amazing stay! Everything was as advertised. The property was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. We were just a short 3 or 4 minute walk to the free shuttle to the slopes. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on at the ski resort. The boot and glove dryers in the garage were a nice touch.

Amazing place near Peak 8

My three sons (in there 20s) and I stayed here the first week of January. Beautiful weather, walked to shuttle to get to mountain, used free shuttle to Breckenridge Distillery. The duplex is decorated beautifully with great thought to what you need while vacationing. I'd highly recommend this property if you're headed to Breck.
