We had an incredible family vacation here! The house was absolutely perfect, with plenty of room for everyone thanks to the five bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved spending time in the movie room and pool, and having a fitness center and market right on the property made our stay feel extra special and convenient. Tom, the host, was easy to work with and readily available. I highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a party of 6, hosting family from overseas. Youngest visitor said it was the most beautiful house he’d ever seen. It was very comfortable for our group, with plenty of space to spread out. The kids enjoyed the pinball machine, and we used the theater sheeting in the garage to watch movies. The beds were very comfortable and the kids were happy with their ability to choose their comforters. The house backs up to a lake, which made the pool private and the kids enjoyed seeing the squirrels, rabbits and small lizards. We had deliveries from Publix, Door Dash and Sam’s Club, which eliminated the need for grocery shopping after a long day at the parks. The owner was very responsive and provided much more than other rentals we have visited. Highly recommended!

TV’s and streaming offered were exceptional. Our questions were responded to quickly. Check in and checkout easy! All that said, we did find that the kitchen and bathrooms could benefit from a deep cleaning and some minor repairs/updates.

Beautiful, updated home!

We had a wonderful time. As somone who has owned a vacation home in Florida and rented one many times, this checked one of my biggest concerns, it is as great as the pictures! If you like what you see, you will like it better in person! I loved the pool area as well, lots of privacy, which isn't a given in Windsor Hills. Owner was very attentive, providing clear direction and made the arrival and departure a breeze. My questions were answered quickly as well. My best compliment - we will be back!

Amazing House!

We rented this house over the holidays for a large family celebration with our adult children and extended family. It was amazing with no detail spared! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of equipment and utensils and towels/pool towels were abundant. It was also incredibly clean. We had plenty of room for everyone and the amenities were fabulous. There was a nightly pinball battle in the high tech game room and the karaoke machine was used more than once followed by many relaxing soaks in the hot tub. Tom, the manager, even had it turned on for us remotely so it was hot for a nice soak after our long drive to Orlando. He also offered to put up a Christmas tree so those of us still needing to exchange gifts could have a tree to put them under. It was a pleasure to work with Tom and his crew and an awesome vacation was had by all. Love, love, love this house!

Absolutely Perfect—Best Florida Rental Yet!

We have been coming to Florida every February for the past 10 years, and this home is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in! Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the tastefully updated décor to the many extras that made our stay so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, including a blender and crockpot—perfect for home-cooked meals. The host even provided essentials like dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, and extra toilet paper, which was a much-appreciated touch. The organized welcome kit made settling in a breeze! The backyard was a dream—beautiful views over the lake, a lovely heated pool (with heat included!), and plenty of space to relax. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable, and there was more than enough room for our whole group to eat outside together. We even had space to host guests, making our stay even more enjoyable! The short walk to the clubhouse was convenient, but honestly, we hardly wanted to leave the house! The home theater with incredibly comfortable recliners was a huge hit, and the kids had a blast with the pinball machine and karaoke.Every piece of furniture, including the beds, was extremely comfortable—we all slept so well. It’s clear that the host goes above and beyond, as they were kind and always willing to help in any way possible. This home is perfect for a family vacation, and we cannot wait to return. Highly, highly recommended!

The house has nice touches. The theater room and karaoke machine were a hit with my family! Everyone, including me, slept so peacefully; every bedroom was nice and comfy. The mattresses are excellent! There were 7 people in my party and there was plenty of room to gather, or have privacy. The Grill at the Clubhouse has great food and there are plenty amenities if you have time to stop by there. The house is in a great location! Everything is close-by; Walmart, Starbucks, Car Wash, Outlets, restaurants, theme parks, and much more! The owner, Tom, is very responsive if you have questions or concerns. We made some great memories in the house and had lots of fun together!

FABULOUS VACATION HOME

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was exactly like it was described and Tom was quick to respond to any questions. We had absolutely no issues. We were a group of parents here for a college golf tournament... but this house would be great for little ones! Loved how everything was clean, updated and decorated! I keep dreaming about the awesome refrigerator...but my husband says there is nothing wrong with our 17 year old one at home :(The BEST PART is there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES!!! The price Tom displays is the price you pay. Period.
