Välkommen till vår lyxvilla i Windsor Hills, med en riktigt söderläge privat pool och badtunna, utan bakre grannar. Vi är ett av de närmaste husen till det fantastiska klubbhuset Windsor Hills - cirka 2 minuters promenad bort.

Den viktigaste funktionen i vår familjeret är att vi erbjuder ett av de få söderläge poolhusen i Windsor Hills som inte har några bakre grannar. Spendera ett ögonblick när du tittar på Windsor Hills-utvecklingen på Google Maps. De flesta av de söderläge husen tillbaka till en annan fastighet. De flesta av de andra hemmen utan bakgrannar vetter mot norr, öster eller väster - vilket begränsar mängden sol som poolområdet får. Om du väljer ett söderläge hem som har bakre grannar, grannens pool kommer att vara cirka 10 meter från din pool - inte min idé att koppla av! Titta på utsikten från vårt poolområde så ser du skillnaden.

Den näst viktigaste funktionen är vår närhet till klubbhuset Windsor Hills i världsklass, vattenrutschbana, biograf, diverse butik, fitnesscenter och andra bekvämligheter. Vi är precis nere på gatan från klubbhuset, ungefär en 2 minuters promenad. Många av husen i Windsor Hills ligger 10-15 minuters promenad från klubbhuset. Om du har barn, och du är en 15 minuters promenad bort, måste du nästan köra dit för att utnyttja bekvämligheterna på denna härliga utväg. Vår närhet till klubbhuset och vattenrutschbanan gör vårt hem perfekt för alla åldrar. Vi är också tvärs över gatan från den fantastiska lekplatsen "slott"!

Vårt hem har fem sovrum, alla med eget badrum. Till skillnad från vissa bostäder erbjuder vi tre sovrum på första våningen, vilket gör vårt hem till det perfekta valet för de resenärer som föredrar bo på första våningen.

Windsor Hills är den främsta lyxsemesterorten nära Disney, med de bästa bekvämligheterna i området.

Windsor Hills ligger mindre än 3 miles från Disneys huvudportar.

Varje sovrum i vårt hem har en helt ny platt-TV, komplett med sitt eget DVD-system och eget badrum.

Varje sovrum har en platt-TV med HD-TV, komplett med sin egen DVD-spelare.

Både "Star Wars" -rummet och "Minion's" -rummet har två enkelsängar vardera, samt en rullande säng i vardera, för totalt tre sovplatser i varje tvåbäddsrum.

Vi har två master sviter, en på varje nivå i hemmet, med helt nya möbler, King sängar, ultra-plysch madrasser från Sealy och privata badrum.

Vår drottningssvit, även på första våningen, ligger i ett privat hörn av hemmet, med en ultra-plyschmadrass från Sealy och ett privat badrum - perfekt för morföräldrar.

Vårt hem har en diskmaskin, samt två tvättmaskiner och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet.

En av de bästa funktionerna är att vårt hem har två separata luftkonditioneringsenheter och två separata varmvattenberedare, en för varje våning. Våra sovrum har också takfläktar.

Vårt hem går tillbaka till öppet utrymme och ger extra integritet medan du och din familj kopplar av och njuter av poolen och spa / badtunna.

Detta är ett rökfritt hem, fylld med alla sängkläder, redskap etc. Vi erbjuder även ett "startpaket" med pappershanddukar, toalettpapper, tvättmedel, tvättmedel, etc.

För de familjer som reser med små barn erbjuder vi en helt ny dubbelvagn, barnstol, pack-n-play och sängkläder.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The host was helpful with any questions. House was clean and in a great location to walk to the clubhouse and the playground. Not far from food or any of the parks. Overall it was a very nice home and we would stay again

Great location for Disney trip. Great layout amenities for the house itself. We comfortably fit 2 families. Loved having the pool and neighborhood attractions on our rest days from the park. House was well stocked with things like laundry baskets and pool floats other rentals don't always include. Great hosts were very communicative and easy to reach. They provide lots of information about the house and local recommendations for things to do and restaurants.

Great stay

This is our second stay with one of Bill and Dona's properties. You will not find better hosts. The house is in a great location and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend and would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

Amazing home in a perfect location!

We were a family of five that stayed at this wonderful home during a trip to Disney and Universal. Firstly, the communication with the owners was top notch. Bill and Donna were super responsive and provided us with plenty of information to make our stay great. The home is large and incredibly clean. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy, including the game room. Furniture was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. There was also plenty of towels provided. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and there was nothing like sitting out on the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee enjoying the sunrise. The community amenities were great. We have stayed in Windsor Hills many times, usually staying in one of the townhomes. However, after enjoying Bill and Donna's place, it will be hard to not want to come back here instead. Thanks for a wonderful vacation experience.

Perfect

We had the pleasure of visiting the gated Windsor Hill's community again for 14 days in April having stayed there several times before. Frequently renting one of Bill and Donna properties. This time the Windsor Fantasy. Wonderful property with all amenities. Bill responds quickly to any inquiry and is very helpful. In addition to his comprehensive and detailed information email he provides access to a helpful app with information about the house, restaurants, shopping etc. The Wifi in the house is fast and it is convenient to have a charging box for phone, tablet etc. on every nightstand. Bill's houses are within short walking distance to the community pool but as the house has ample space for loungers at the south facing pool we spent our "free" time on the patio. Bill's houses borders a small valley with no houses on the pool side so there is ample privacy.

Incredible villa located in a stunning community, with the most amazing hosts!

From the moment Bill and Donna connected with us after we made an enquiry about their villa, we just knew our stay was going to be amazing. They were the perfect hosts — so attentive and always ready to help. No question was ever too much trouble, and they responded to our enquiries quickly. The Windsor Fantasy villa is stunning and ideally located for easy access to all the parks. Plus, it was just a short 2-minute walk to the lovely communal pool, which was perfect for relaxing on our rest days. The villa was spotless, and we had everything we could possibly need. We also had access to an app with all the information we needed about the villa. We ate at the villa most nights courtesy of the lovely kitchen and huge Walmart close by, but managed to visit 3 restaurants whilst we were there and they were all really close by. Our favourite was the Olive Garden Italian. Beautiful and really good value for money!!! Thank you so much, Bill and Donna! xx

Great Experience

House was perfect for our 2 families. Pool at the house was refreshing everyday and community pool was only a 2 minute walk down road. All theme parks were just minutes away. Bill and Donna were great with communications and info from the moment we booked it. If we decide to go back would definitely book one if their homes again.

Great Home Better Hosts

Immediately after booking the home Bill and Donna engaged with me outlining all the pertinent steps needed prior to arrival. They continued to follow up in advance of our arrival to provide all the necessary information surrounding accessing the neighborhood, getting into the home, and the necessary house rules. The house was extremely cleaned, organized, and positioned for our arrival. The entire experience was very pleasant and Bill and Donna should be your first call when in Orlando!

Fantastic Location!

Our family of five (with three young adults) recently enjoyed a weeklong stay at the Windsor Fantasy. First of all, this house is in a great location in the neighborhood. It's just a short walk to the clubhouse down the street where you'll find frozen drinks and pizzas. Its location is also very convenient to the parks, shopping and many, many restaurants. Bill & Donna are excellent hosts! Their attention to detail is second to none. Every morning we got an email with new suggestions for activities and restaurant ideas that was much appreciated. Any little issue we had (e.g. lightbulbs) was handled before the day was over. My kids and husband enjoyed the video game console and especially the private pool & spa. We highly recommend this house or any house managed by Bill & Donna-you can believe the 5 star reviews are genuine!

Perfect Spring Break

We stayed at the Windsor Fantasy for spring break 2024. It was a great property in a great location to do all the things Orlando has to offer —Disney, Universal, sightseeing, and golf. We had a great time and would highly recommend the home and our Hosts, Bill and Donna. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

The Windsor Fantasy home was the perfect spot for our group. Location is very convenient to Disney Springs and all the parks. Nice amenities also located within the community. We’d definitely stay in this house again in the future.

Amazing house for Disney vacay

We had an amazing time at this house during our trip to Disney. The location was incredibly convenient to the parks (we were able to Uber every day for the same price as driving and parking) and the hot tub was a much needed treat after hours of walking at Disney. My son had a blast swimming in the heated pool each evening as well. Bill was always super prompt with his responses to any of my inquiries. Amazing house, amazing location, and amazing hosts. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful home!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Windsor fantasy! The owners (Bill and Donna) clearly want to make sure that renters are happy and have a wonderful stay. Bill checked in on us via email and made sure that we were settled and everything was ok. The house has a fantastic pool and hot tub and it's great not having any neighbors behind you or on one side! The couches in the living room are super comfortable as are the beds and the kitchen is well equipped- they even had two kinds of coffee makers, two toasters snd a pitcher for making lemonade (very few houses we've rented have that!). We also had a great time using the pool table and arcade machine. You will get an information "booklet" that you can add to your phone that has all of the information you need for the house and recommendations of things to do. We took Bill's advice and shopped at Target and ate at Rock-n-Brews. The house is close to the waterpark too and not far from the entry gate, which was nice. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Property

My Family decided to do a vacation for Christmas in Florida.. there were a lot of homes to choose from and for some reason I kept landing back to this house while deciding on a property to book! Well let me tell you that this property did not disappoint! The home is absolutely beautiful and Clean! Everything you need is in this home! The owners are very great to work with! They kept me well informed on everything that my family may need during our stay. The check in process was very easy! I plan on booking again at their property in the future! Absolutely wonder vacation!

Host BILL & Donna were the best to work with. Very responsive and in a timely manner! The location is so convenient minutes from everything! The beds so comfortably amazing! Bathrooms located conveniently. Seating areas and dining table accommodated us all for a great family dinner we catered in from Carrabas. The pool and hot tub was loved by all, just right temp and pool alarm worked perfectly, thank you! The kids liked the game room. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The resort was beautiful the kids enjoyed the slides/splash pad although water was very cold. Pool Lil warmer. This being our 6th time renting a house in the area, Over all we were very happy here, would definitely consider your rentals in the future trips we make! Sincerely Margaret Day & family

Great vacation home for families and awesome host!

Overall we had a great experience with the property. However even a better experience with the host. I can really see why they have great reviews. We have stayed in other properties over the years in Windsor Hills. Bill and Donna’s attention to detail and communication with us was incredible. Even when we had an issue with the AC it was fixed promptly and we received a message from Bill and Donna acknowledging the issue and made sure it was fixed. Overall great experience all the kids enjoyed the pool and the home.

Our Florida Vacation

Bill and Donna's house is beautiful. It's clean, has plenty of towels, and lots of space. The children's rooms are neatly decorated and they have a coffee pot and Keurig for different coffee drinkers. It's a very quiet spot which is nice when you are trying to sleep after Universal or Disney. The house is very close to the resort complex. They are quick to address your needs and are so sweet! Thank you Bill and Donna.

Wonderful home, superb hosts

My husband and I, along with three of our adult children and five grandchildren had the good fortune to book the Windsor Fantasy for our vacation. From the time we booked our stay until we departed, Bill and Donna couldn’t have been more responsive. We received timely emails leading up to our stay with all the details about the property. During our stay we received emails with helpful information about the area, including non theme park attractions. On the day of our departure, we received a lovely email wishing us safe travels and thanks for staying at their home. The home itself is well represented by the description and pictures. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was furnished with everything we could’ve possibly needed during our stay and was extremely clean. The pool and lanai area was a favorite spot for all. The pool itself was well taken care of and we had no issues using the hot tub after reading the instructions provided to us. The Windsor Hills resort is well maintained and secure and is close to shopping, attractions, and restaurants. We didn’t have any noise complaints and felt very safe. We have rented many properties over the years and Bill and Donna’s Windsor Fantasy is one of the very best. Next time we’re in the Orlando area, we’ll definitely book another stay.

Donna and I have been married for 30 years, and we have been blessed with 5 children, so we have many years left to enjoy the magic of Disney!

We fell in love with Windsor Hills since we are only 2.5 miles away from Disney, and very close to Universal Studios too. We also take time to travel to either coast to swim in the ocean as a day trip (just 1-2 hours away). We just love our location.

We rented many homes in Windsor Hills before purchasing our home. Our home backs up to the green conservation area, where no new homes can be built. This means when we are relaxing in our private pool, there are no other families behind us looking into our pool area. If you look at photos of other homes, you will see how close together the homes are - all back-to-back. In addition, since our home is on the end of our "row", the neighbors to the side are also a greater distance away. In our opinion our home is one of the most private villas in all of Windsor Hills.

Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on an aerial map. Most of the homes face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. When you view the aerial map, you'll see many of those pool areas covered in shade - even during the middle of the day. With our south-facing pool, the sun is always on our pool area.
