Denna klassiska 3 sovrum och 3. 5 bad stadsbostad ligger bara några steg från torget och en kort promenad till Ole Miss Campus.

Stugan har ett stort granitkök, två vardagsrum, halv badrum, täckt uteplats och privat innergård på första våningen. Med tre sovrum, tre badrum och en täckt uteplats på andra våningen.

Köket har en matplats, stor ö, sonic ismaskin och Viking apparater. Strax utanför köket finns en våt bar och tillgång till den privata gården med grill och uteservering. Köket öppnar till vardagsrummet och bibliotek med sittgrupp. Vardagsrummet har en sektions soffa, gaspis, stor platt-TV och tillgång till en täckt uteplats.

Strax utanför trappan hittar du det första sovrummet. Detta rum har en king size-säng, byrå, skrivbord, eget badrum och tillgång till andra våningen täckt uteplats. Det egna badrummet har dubbla handfat och stor dusch. Det andra rummet har en king size-säng, byrå, TV och eget badrum med badkar / dusch kombination. I det tredje sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng och en tvilling över hela våningssängen. Rummet har även ett eget badrum med dusch.

Det finns två reserverade parkeringsplatser precis bakom stadsbostaden. Om extra parkering behövs finns det ett säkert gratis offentligt parti som ligger strax bakom hotellet.

This townhouse exceeded our expectations. Absolutely beautiful! The house was so spacious, the perfect location to everything. The square was a 3 minute walk. I would highly recommend this home.

Terrific place to stay steps from the Square

We were in Oxford for our son's Ole Miss freshman orientation and wanted to stay close to campus. The house was wonderful: tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, lots of space for everybody, and a well-stocked kitchen. It truly felt like a home more than a rental property. It's a two minute walk to the square and approximately 15 minute walk to the heart of campus. You can't do better than this!

Great Location

This place was great...Such a cozy house in the best neighborhood. We were easily and safely able to walk to dinner and to grab a drink during watch March Madness. It might be a good idea to let the guests know where the downstairs thermostat is in the check-in information. It took us a while to find it b/c it is tucked away in a bookshelf. No big deal at all. Just a suggestion.

Amazing Location!

We have stayed at many rentals in Oxford, MS and this one was hands down the best location! A short walk to the Square. Plenty of room for two couples and a couple teenage kids. We will definitely be seeking this property in the future.

Beautiful condo

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed! It is steps from the square and an easy walk to campus. We did have a college party across the street, but with a sound machine it was fine and did not bother our sleep.... it is a college town after all! I will definitely book again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Girls weekend

My friends and I went to Oxford for shopping and fun. This was the perfect accommodation. It is walkable to the square and all of its activities. I highly recommend this rental.

Ole Miss on Game Day

Drop off at Ole Miss

As they say, Location, Location, Location!!! Throw in what feels like 15 foot ceilings and Viking appliances, great spaces, and you have a winner. Sipping coffee on the porch for early risers or relaxing in the evening this is an relic set up.

Move in Week

Fantastic townhome and the perfect distance from Oxford’s historic square. The interior and exterior are meticulously maintained with plenty of amenities to make the stay comfortable. We plan to book this property in the future and have already passed the link to family and friends. If you book this property you will not regret it…Hotty Toddy!

Perfect location

What a beautiful home right in the middle of town. We were in town for admitted student day at Ole Miss and LOVED our stay at this house. It was perfectly centrally located, spacious, and very clean. I would definitely not hesitate to book this place again!

Parents Weekend

This is a very nice home just off the square, we loved our stay! We bought supplies on the way into town and never had to use our car, as we were able to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a 5 star Oxford experience.
