Vardagsrum:
Njut av att titta på spelet på den stora HD-TV: n. AT&T Uverse TV och trådlöst internet tillhandahålls. Vardagsrummet har två soffor (en är en bäddsoffa) och tre stolar. Vardagsrummet är öppet till matsalen och har franska dörrar till balkongen.

Kök:
Köket har ugn / spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kylskåp och tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Vi erbjuder också en brödrost, mixer, kaffebryggare och Keurig. Vi har lagrat köket med diskar, köksredskap och några enkla skafferi för att göra din vistelse så bekväm som möjligt.

Matsalen är öppen för vardagsrummet och platser för 6.

Balkong:
Däck utanför vardagsrummet är tillräckligt rymligt för din middagsfest och har utsikt över torget. Det har plats för 14 personer.

Garage:
Vi har gott om parkering för hela din grupp, upp till 5 bilar. Det stora garaget är tillgängligt via en privat uppfart och en parkeringsplats och ligger intill en gratis stadsparkering.

Plats:
Vi är det ENDA 4-sovrums radhuset i centrala affärsdistrikt. Platsen precis bakom stadshuset är utmärkt! Lämna din bil och gå nästan överallt du behöver åka. Vi är också en minuts promenad till en busshållplats.

Vårt familjeföretag:
East Jackson Guest House är ett litet familjedrivet företag. Vi är stolta över att ge våra gäster en bekväm vistelse närmare Court House än något hotell. Vi tycker om att träffa gästerna som bor i vårt radhus och vi är inte nöjda om East Jackson Guest House inte blir deras favoritplats när de besöker Oxford!

Perfect stay

The location is incredible to experience Oxford. Perfect walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Summer was super responsive throughout the entire stay. Would definitely come back and stay here next time I’m in Oxford.

Game Day Weekend

Excellent Stay!!!!

This is an exceptional property! It is less than a one minute walk to the square and the location can accommodate six cars for parking. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The host is very easy to communicate with. A 5 star property!

Perfect location for a perfect weekend with friends!

This property is exactly as advertised and is with walking distance of everything in the Square! Summer is a great host and the condo was stocked with sweet snacks and thoughtful toiletries. We had the best time thanks to the East Jackson Guest House!!

Spacious townhouse with a great location

College Visit

Great Location! Great Trip!

Wonderful property in a premium location. Plenty of room for our party. Snacks and drinks were a nice and appreciated touch. Didn’t really have a need to reach out to Summer during our stay but all the pre arrival communication was timely and helpful. Without question would sign up to stay here again.

Weekend stay

The location was awesome. Was able to walk a block to downtown which was amazing especially since it was such a busy weekend. Place was very nice as well with lots of room. We also appreciated the snacks and coffee that was left for us. Will definitely try to book again soon here.

Absolutely fabulous

We visited Oxford for my the baseball game and Parents’ weekend. The house was beyond wonderful. The location, cleanliness and convenience of the garage made for a spectacular weekend!! I will most definitely stay here again!!!

Great Property

House is in a great location. Walk to square and coffee shops each morning. Parking is great. House very well equipped with everything you need. Easter weekend and house was decorated for Easter. Definitely would rebook. We had 4 adults and 3 teen girls. Communication with Summer was great.

Highly recommend!

14 year old baseball tournament brought us to Oxford. Condo was perfect for our two families. Plenty of room & of course we all loved the proximity to the Square! Summer was super accommodating around our schedule. Highly recommend!

Graduation Weekend

We just stayed for Ole Miss graduation. We had two of our adult children plus my mother-in-law. It was a perfect location as we could just walk one block and we were in the Square. Very spacious with plenty of bathrooms. Two great balconies to enjoy morning coffee or cocktails. Ample parking Host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Charming and overall perfect for our family to be together for a family wedding.

This property is amazing! Summer was so attentive to every detail to make us feel welcomed, unstressed and relaxed. The house was seasonally decorated without being overdone. Every detail was considered to make sure we could walk right in and immediately feel at home. Highly recommend this great location with plenty of parking, every amenity you could possibly need and people who truly take pride in making sure you have a fabulous stay.

Oxford square for Ole Miss football weekend

4 adults and 4 teens fit comfortably in this townhome. Literally steps from the square, and just a 15 minute walk to campus makes this a perfect location. There was some spoiled milk in the fridge which accounts for the 4 stars on cleanliness, but others was perfect. In fact...I appreciated that there was a decent supply of snacks/drinks and am more than happy to accept the spoiled milk in exchange for a headstart. The only other negative is that the city of Oxford's maintenance crews run leaf blowers at 4:30 AM every single morning in the fall. Hard to believe they allow them to do that, but they do. Host was very responsive, it was a great trip - thank you!

Immaculate with GREAT location!!!

My tennis team and I just stayed at this condo. We couldn't stop talking about how fantastic this place was. Absolutely renovated perfectly while keeping a bit of old charm. It was great being able to walk right out of the front door and straight into the square. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings for coffee and hanging out there for drinks in the evening. Excellent for groups or couples wanting to stay together. Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I don't know where to stop...the condo was stocked with anything we could possibly need from bars of soap to coffee creamer. Upon leaving, Summer asked if there was anything that could have made it even more enjoyable for us and none of us could come up with anything. I have stayed at many VRBO's and was hesitant on this one because there were no reviews. I believe the reason for that is because we were not asked to write a review, unlike every other VRBO I have ever stayed in. I just felt compelled to do so because I thought so highly of the condo and Summer's helpfulness. Thank so much to the owners. We will definitely rent from you again every year for this tournament!!

Great Stay in Oxford, Next to Square, Close to Campus

The house was well equippmed with plenty of room for our family and friends. The location was next to the square making it easy to enjoy all the great restaurants and bars. For gameday, we were able to walk to The Grove and have fun at the greatest tailgate in the country. Summer (host) was great. Hotty Toddy!
