Weekend wedding

If you're looking for an older style home this is perfect. Super cute, loved the old original wood floors. All 3 bedrooms are up stairs and sharing 1 small bathroom. Made it a little tight as we were in town for a wedding. The AC was amazing as it was hot this past weekend. Unfortunately it turned off during the night and got hot around 4 am every night.

Pleasant and comfortable place

Me and my family enjoy this place so much that we have already stayed here three times. This place is close to great food places and good shopping venues. We look forward to coming back next year.

Nice place

Nice clean and conveniently located. A few spiders and ear wigs maybe cause it was warning up. The place kind of had a hint of cats with a couple on the back porch that wanted in. Thankful there wasn't any hair or dander inside and our allergies weren't bothered! We'd stay agin, thanks guys!

House is cozy, neighbor is rude and very nosy!

The house was nice and cozy, only thing it looks as if it was not thoroughly cleaned before my stay as one of the bedrooms pillowcases smelled of urine when I arrived. The dishwasher was also filled with dirty dishes from previous guest. The neighbor is very rude and turned off the WiFi on us a few times during our stay. He was always complaining to the host about us being loud, when she let me know of this I definitely addressed the issue and he continued to complain. He seems very nosy and he made my stay very uncomfortable.

Great Location, Comfortable Mattresses

Nicely remodeled older property in a quiet neighborhood. All the mattresses were what I would call 'goldilocks', not too firm and not too soft. There is only one bathroom which might be a stretch for more than 3 people. Easy walking distance to the Farmer's Market, Howard Amon Park and the Community Center. The Kitchen was nicely equipped. VRBO did not automatically send me check in information, so I had to call the owners the morning we planned to arrive. They quickly resolved the situation. We would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The yard needs some work. But we were grateful to have a comfortable place to cook meals and sleep for our stay.

Classic Historical Richland House!

Very clean, very nice, recently renovated Richland house. Three bedrooms upstairs and a rec room in basement. Washer and dryer available is a nice touch. Owners were great. Could not have asked for better. It's true that it only has one small bathroom upstairs, but that is the way they built them back in the 1940's - when one bathroom was 'normal'. (Extra bathrooms are a creation of the modern age ;-)

Close to good restaurants. Plenty of space and clean comfy beds. The ping pong table was a huge hit!

Great A/C

Stayed here for a few nights with the family. Overall it's fine. It's clearly an older property, small bedrooms, and one very cramped and awkwardly laid out bathroom. Kitchen supplies and tools are not well organized, just stored in random places. Bedroom door upstairs is broken. Neighborhood feels a bit sketchy but we had no issues. No driveway, only street parking.

Softball Weekend

Overall the house was great. Very comfortable. Only drawback was all three bedrooms are upstairs as well as the bathroom. Also fridge and freezer hard to get into as it was tucked in a corner and somewhat blocked by a counter.

Nice home away from home

My sister and I stayed while visiting family in the area and enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located and we found it to have easy access to many of the places we were visiting. Nice cozy older home with many upgrades made it the perfect place for us to call home for the week. The owner was very fast to respond to our messages and very professional.

This was a great place to stay! Clean, safe, cozy. My 2 teens and I enjoyed it and wished we could stay longer! We were in town for the annual Leadership Training for Christ Convention.

House with clean rooms

The place was very clean. Everything worked great except the shower on off handle was loose but no big deal. If you have bad legs it a steep stairway to the bathroom and bedrooms upstairs. Im almost 70 and I made it fine. Ice maker didn't work but they had trays you could fill up so all was good.

Perfect!

We were in the area for our teens to compete in a Speech and Debate Tournament. This house was just right for us! It is very clean and communication with the owners was fantastic. Everything we needed was supplied. We felt very comfortable in the home. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend it to others!

Close to everything, quiet old charm

We had a wonderful time staying here. Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Tons of stuff to do locally. And near by towns are 5-6 miles away, for more things to do. This home is well equipped with all home needs. Newly updated with little touches of the old charm. Fun for kids with the table tennis. Comfortable bed, was truly surprised at the comfort of sleeping all night. Would recommend staying here and hope to stay again on my next visit.

Home away from home!
