Loved this charming place!

This has been one of the best vacation rentals for my family! We loved this cute place and the bonus room for our son was perfect. Great decor, super clean, comfy beds and spacious layout. We only wished it had more natural light. Overall, we highly recommend for your next stay on Seabrook Island!

Enjoyed the stay!

Nice cozy place. We enjoyed our stay. Vacasa communicated all the details in a timely fashion and we did not encounter any issues.

COURTSIDE 1641 CONDO

Very convenient location to surrounding islands and 40 minute drive to Charleston and the airport. The size of the condo is just the right size for a couple.

Just what I needed

It had been some time since I traveled and was looking for another spot to "work from home" and found the ideal location. Situation just past the entrance provided convenient access for my several trips around the island and smooth rides into Charleston. Appreciated the long and wide beaches with dolphins viewed feet from the inlet.

Cute. Clean. Cozy.

The unit is cute and clean but there’s a musty/stale smell in the office space where the Murphy bed is. The unit is nicely decorated - beach themed. Comfy bed. Uncomfortable couch. The unit has had some use. Read the reviews ahead of time and have a hard time giving this 5 stars. Seabrook Island is owners and members only so to use the pool must pay extra for access cards. The area is quiet and lovely.m but if you plan to visit Charleston be prepared to drive about 40-45 minutes each way.

Perfect!

Beautiful home with everything we could have wanted. Clean. Nice neighborhood. Perhaps a little out of the way to the main touristy venues, but we didn't mind the drive as I didn't want to stay in the city. We stayed a week and a half and loved every minute.

Relaxing in Paradise

Lovely residence. Just as pictured. Comfortable bed.. Nice area. Close to Lake House Pool. Does not have a Keurig as stated. No TV in bedroom as shown. No instructions for TV. All and all a wonderful place. Would stay there again!!

Country club style vacay

This was our first time in seabrook island. We wanted somewhere less crowded as some of our family is not vaccinated yet. The beach itself is so nice. Sand is smooth and not rough from seashells. I will note that when you are visiting, it is important to know that near by restaurants do not accept takeout orders for dinner-only dine in. It was difficult to load up the kids and go in to a restaurant to eat as we weren’t prepared or desired to do that. The island feels like a country club vacay. Extremely swanky. One thing to note is you have to purchase an amenity card separately if you’d like access to the pools and fitness venter. This was an additional $200 for the week. We enjoyed the shaded sidewalks or bike rides for walks! The condo has been updated since photos. There are new beautiful quartz countertops. The condo is beautifully decorated as well. I give it four stars because the floors have areas that are unlevel as well as molding that is falling apart. There isn’t really any nice views and not a lot of natural lighting. At times I felt really closed in because of this. The pool is really close and my kids enjoyed this! Overall a good stay, a better fit for 2-3 guest maximum.

Seabrook Summer Vacation

My wife booked the vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our week there, I would have given it a 5 star rating if the Keurig worked and we had a fab to get into the pool on the Courtside Condo property. There are other pools to access with the amenity card though so all in all a very nice unit and clean and great location to the front gate.

Beautiful Place

The place was very beautifully decorated with neutral and calming decor. The kitchen has new quartz countertops, backsplash and refrigerator that is not updated on the photos. It was approximately a 10 minute drive to North beach and you have beautiful views along the way. The Murphy bed was a little tricky to figure out. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again!

Peaceful and Clean

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was the peaceful retreat we needed. The condo was immaculately clean and Vacasa was responsive when we had a question. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is the place for you.

Good Clean place!

In the times of Covid, there is a concern about the cleanliness of the house. This house was very well cleaned. No carpet was an added advantage. Very cozy and comfortable! Has everything that a family of 4 needed.
