Helt renoverad fyra sovrum / tre bad Gulf Front stadsbostad, med spektakulär utsikt över vita sandar och Mexikanska golfen. Steg av ditt bakdäck efter ditt morgonkaffe och du är på stranden!

Denna vackert inredda semesterbostad har en öppen planlösning med Floridas kustinredning, kakelgolv samt tak till golvfönster. Spara pengar genom att äta i familjen. Njut av det fullt utrustade köket som har alla nya apparater i rostfritt stål och har en fyr-brännare, dubbla ugn, kvarts bänkskivor och nya VVS-armaturer. Matplatsen rymmer 12 totalt med 4 barstolar och ett bord som rymmer 8 med en bänk och 6 stolar. Ut på däck är en propangasgrill, uteservering för 8 och fantastisk utsikt över stranden och bukten.

Din grupp kommer att njuta av 60 "4K plattskärms Smart TV med premium Klipsch soundbar och subwoofer i vardagsrummet. DVD-spelaren är en 4k-spelare, så den kan spela vanliga DVD-skivor, Blu-Ray DVD-skivor eller de nya 4k-DVD-skivorna. Soffbordet har fyra rulla ut pallar för spelkväll eller att använda som fotförstörningar för filmnatt.

11 sovplatser med king size-sängar i tre sovrum och två enkla våningssängar (en w / trille) i 4: e sovrummet. Om du vill sova 12, använd Insta-EZ Queen h��jda luftmadrassen istället för trillan i våningssängen.

Befälhavaren Badrummet har en egen balkong med två schäslongstolar och ett högt bord med 3 stolar. Perfekt att njuta av morgonkaffe eller kallt drink på kvällen. Det egna badrummet har ett badkar, dubbla fåfängligheter och duschkabin. Great condo!

The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family of 10. Beach access was perfect with a very short walk, and the garage allowed easy storage of chairs, umbrellas and toys. We loved that the beach was not overly crowded in this area. This condo will definitely be on our list for a return visit!

Spring Break 2025

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo during our Spring Break 2025 vacation! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with beautiful views and easy access to local restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and made sure we had a smooth check-in experience. We loved relaxing on the balcony and watching the sunset. Definitely a memorable trip—highly recommend this place for a beach getaway!

Beautiful beach townhome

Loved our stay at Calle Bonita

This part of the beach was never crowded. It was quiet and very family friendly. The house was perfect for our big family. We all had plenty of space. The kids loved the garage area with the ping pong table. It was also nice to be able to just drop all our beach stuff in there too. The house was very clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we loved this house and would definitely come back!

Great location

Great location and nice home. The only thing that we did not liked are the beds, they are hard and very uncomfortable. We had a hard time sleeping. Also, they should provide more blankets, bed sheets, etc. Other than that was a nice little vacation.

Great Beach Vacation Experience

We were on fall break with our kids and grandkids and there was plenty of room for all. Kids loved the bunk room. The balconies were perfect views . We saw dolphins everyday and a sea turtle one day. Extra refrigerator came in handy and the kids loved the ping pong table in garage. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental . Clean and very well stocked with all kitchen supplies. Hope to rent this place again next year

Bachelorette Trip

We had an incredible time here. The view was amazing. You can not beat the short walk to the ocean water. The trolley that runs during the summer had a stop very close by which was great. Would definitely stay here again!

There was a lot of beach eqpment in the garage that I suppose past renters have left. Chairs and umbrellas too. Things both children and adults could use. Y only suggestion for improvement would be to have more towels, etc in the house. There was only one set per person. It was a lovely property on the perfect location.

Fantastic!!

This property was everything weve been looking for in a beach vacation home! This was our 3rd year to go to Pensacola Beach and now we have finally found the place we plan to book every year for now on! There was plenty of room for our group of 10. Loved the bedroom with the bunkbeds for the teenagers. And the garage full of beach toys and chairs was great as well. Definitely helps not having to worry about packing things like chairs and boogie boards in the car! We will definitely be booking this house again next year!

Tranquility + Clean + Beachfront + Updated + Private entry

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for peace & quiet without crowds or tourist-like experiences, this is your place! The pics do not do this property justice - it is closer to the water & space feels larger than what is portrayed in still photos. You feel that you are already 'on the beach' while sitting on the sand-free patio with easy access to the bathroom & kitchen. 2 options to wash off the beach - ground floor & off the main deck space. We stayed at this property with 2 additional families & the space was abundant for 12. Extra bonus to have the ping pong & game space in the garage with immediate access to the beach & storage of beach equipment. Another bonus was the additional refrigerator in garage to store the extra beverages! The beach is very clean & the property provides several chairs & beach toys for your convenience.Kitchen could use a few equipment updates - especially when trying to cook for 12. Cooking utensils are flimsy, an electric griddle would be great for additional cooking space. Property was VERY clean & well-maintained. It is newer decor & recently updated. Beds were comfortable.It was frustrating (although I should have read this info ahead of our arrival) that we only had enough dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper & garbage bags for 1 day. There was no liquid hand soap (only small bar), no paper towel, no laundry soap & no kleenex. It makes most sense to bring some of these items from home - if they travel easily (ex: garbage bags). I would pay extra to not have to worry about securing some of these items within the 1st day of your vacation.With a 5pm check-in you may be compelled to order food for delivery - beware. We struggled to find a place to deliver. The location is several miles from businesses & restaurants. Publix is the closest grocery store & will take 15-ish mins one-way. It was great to only have to clean the kitchen prior to departure & not worry about st

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome at 1704 Calle Bonita was very clean, in a wonderful location and a perfect size for our family. The master bedroom and deck was spacious and nicely decorated. The main living area and alternate bedrooms were average sizes, and also very pretty. We found it odd that there were no beach towels provided for use, and the gas in the grill was empty. There were a few other small items we would have appreciated having for our use. Everything considered, it was a great fit for our family of 6, with plenty of room and it was very enjoyable to have 2 decks and direct beach access.
