Bella Blue är en nybyggd, 4 sovrum, 3. 5 + badrum, underbar semester för stora familjer och grupper som rymmer upp till 12 personer. Uppvärmd pool nyligen färdig och är snyggt utformad med bra däck och landskapsarkitektur och är ett utmärkt komplement till din semesterupplevelse.
Plats, Läge, Plats: 100 meter från den söta, vita sand och smaragdgulfen i Pensacola Beach. Kort promenad till shopping, restauranger och barer. Vårt hem ligger i det första bostadsblocket öster om stadsdelen. Parkera din bil eller RV och gå överallt. Massor av parkering finns på en vackert anlagd mycket.

Hiss för speciella behov och handikappbad med stor öppen planlösning gör denna spektakulära hem tillgänglig för alla åldrar.

Den stora matsalen är perfekt för familjen middagar och fester. Dra nytta av den stora 60 tums HD flatskärms-tv och surroundljud för den speciella samlingen.

På övervåningen "Sunset Lounge" är det perfekta stället att njuta av en daglig tradition för att rosta dagen med en komplett våt bar och nöjescentrum. Det stora sovrummet har egen balkong och spektakulär utsikt. Nedre lounge område med Mini kylskåp. Inkl. Varmt och kallt vatten utomhusdusch.

Fantastic Home

We had a great time at this house! The private heated pool was so much fun and the kids (7 & 12) loved spending part of the day swimming in the pool or taking the very short walk to the beach. Beach access was so convenient and the house was set up beautifully. Outdoor shower was nice for rinsing out sand. We spent most of our time in the outdoor pool and patio are which always nicely appointed with tables and chairs for gaming or puzzles and had a very nice privacy fence. It was a perfect stay. Two of us are disabled so the elevator was a real bonus! The managing company and the owner were very responsive to questions we had.

Very enjoyable from the first night to the last. We would have loved to stay forever. Very clean and decorated well. Rooms are very spacious. Good location as restaurants and bars are within walkable distance. Beautiful white sand beach was just steps away. Everything was top notch. Couldn’t ask for anything else!

Great Location

This home was perfect! We had 12 people in our group and we all fit comfortably. Very short walk to an almost private beach! Will definitely try to stay here again.

Fabulous!!

We loved Bella Blue! It was perfect for our family that was in Pensacola for a wedding. The house is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Backyard was great and we loved having the pool. Only one thing we weren’t aware is that there were no beach towels available. Be sure to pack some if you’re going to the beach. We dealt directly with the owner who was super helpful and answered all of our questions very quickly. We would definitely recommend Bella Blue!!

Family trip

Great house steps from beach. Enjoyed the large downstairs pool area with heated pool! Checking in and out at rental office is uncommon these days but it is very close and convenient to property.

A memory made

Our family took a first vacation together to Florida and decided on this amazing property as our home away from home. Joe was amazing in communication and ensuring everything was great during the trip. Very close to the water and beach and a wonderful heated pool to enjoy during the day. Would very much recommend.

Family Vacay

Bella Blue was exactly as advertised and as beautiful as the pictures! Our family of 11 ranged in age from 5 months to let’s say 60+ and this home offered something for each of us from the pool to the elevator and so much more. The closeness to the beach and the shopping was perfect. The owner always responded quickly to our questions and provided helpful info regarding local restaurants. Our family enjoyed the week in Pensacola Beach and at Bella Blue.

We had a great time during our week at the beach. 2 adults, 2 teens. We had perfect weather, which helped. The house and pool were lovely. Very convenient to beach and nearby shops/restaurants. As advertised. We would stay here again.

Christmas Getaway

With older kids now married, and not living near home - this was a great place to gather and enjoy christmas together (away from wisconsin cold). The pool was GREAT and warm. and when the heater stopped working - the property management company responded very quickly to resolve. Location is GREAT and house is in good shape. Speakers in the bathroom lights were a bonus (teenage son thought it was a hoot). Definitely recommend this property. To many things to list that were right for us.

Bella Blue perfect getaway!!!

I booked this house for a family trip and was not disappointed. The pictures are accurate: house is clean, great appliances in the kitchen, clean pool and cute decorations throughout the home. The owners did not skimp on anything. Beds are super comfy too! This house is a very short walk to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola. Added bonus was experiencing the Blue Angels fly by as we swam! The only issues we had were a little confusion about checking in; there is a lock box on the front door, but we actually had to pick up the keys at a local realty place. We also had to fill the propane take for the grill as it was left empty, but thankfully there is a gas station less than a block away. The owner was very responsive when we had some pool heating issues and it was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beach getaway. It would be great for young kids as well, and we did feel guilty leaving the kids behind (school already in session), but it was nice to go out on the town to the local bars and not worry about whose getting up early with them. This area is a great mix of older and newer beach town. Plenty of great restaurants and souvenir shops. We will definitely be back and would love to rent Bella Blue again!

Beautiful home

The house was immaculate. Loved the decor. Had a beach vacation vibe throughout. Everyone enjoyed the pool too as the weather did not allow swimming or playing at the ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house great layout

This house accommodates so many people and the layout gives a lot of room to space out. Furnishings are beautiful and comfortable and the pool area is such a bonus. It’s a quick walk to the beach in one direction and shops and restaurants in the other.

Perfect!!

The location of this house is perfect. A short 3min walk to the beach and right on the main road with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance too. The elevator was perfect for our family member with mobility issues and two of the bathrooms have walk in showers with a bench. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults. It was chilly a few days of our stay but the pool automatically heats to a nice temperature which was so nice. The owner was very responsive and friendly. It was the perfect spring break stay.

Amazing!!!!!

Bella Blue is fantastic! Pictures do not do it justice! Spotless and kitchen well stocked, so close to shops and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool is a huge plus! Bunk beds were a great addition! Joe is wonderful to work with and super quick to respond to any questions we had. Our stay was absolutely amazing, and we cannot wait to book again!

Had a great time!!!

Would definitely stay here again. Lots of room in the house...short walk to beach and short drive to all restaurants. The pool was fabulous for the kids when they needed a break from the beach. You may want to check out the washer... it makes very loud noises when in use.

Fabulous Bella Blue Beach House!

This was an awesome experience! The Beach House was beautiful, very clean and well maintained! Pool was great and proximity to the beach made it very easy to enjoy sunrises and sun sets! The elevator for my handicapped husband was a God send! Bedrooms/bathrooms well located for our family of 9. Highly recommend! We loved it!!

Best beach stay ever!!

This is the ONLY place to stay on Pensacola Beach! The house is beyond beautiful. The decor is amazing and quite honestly, my group all agreed the pictures do not do it justice but maybe a video would. It is way better in person. It was such a wonderful atmosphere that we didn’t want to leave. The location is the best on the island. It is in the first residential block on the ocean side and was very walkable to restaurants, shops, bars and of course the beach. The owner is so friendly and called to make sure we knew how to use everything. He was very easy to work with. As you can tell, I just don’t have enough nice things to say about Bella Blue and my group can’t wait to come back year after year. If you rent any other beach house, you are missing out!

Bella Blue Paradise

This house is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice!! Beach access was very convenient, super short walk behind the house. The heated pool was our favorite spot, especially since we came in March, the ocean was pretty cold still. Our kids loved it. Upon arrival, the house was very clean and welcoming. The decor and layout of the house is perfect. The master suite upstairs is HUGE with a balcony that overlooked to the ocean. We shared the house with two other families and there was plenty of room. The property manager was super helpful and gave us a few recommendations on where to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Great!

We had a wonderful time staying at Bella Blue! Really cannot beat the only two minutes from the beach and five min walk to shopping/restaurants. Loved the pool area and outdoor shower was perfect for getting the sand and pool water off. Plenty of space to kick back and relax. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook as much or little as we wanted and beds were very comfortable. Decor is a cute beach theme and loved the bright colors. The rental was undergoing renovations and Joe did a great job communicating with us about the issues. We did get to enjoy the new master bed carpet, loft beds and other renovations that had been completed. Also appreciated how fast the pool heater got repaired...a necessity in February. Overall a super vacation and we would definitely consider renting this property again. Two things the property management company could’ve done that would’ve made it a better experience. Even though a pool heating fee is standard when renting, it should be part of the pool contract and the renter made aware of the cost given that it’s significant. Also, a folder with information on where to find things and how to use them would’ve been helpful ie pool lights, stereo ect. They could’ve also included in the folder fun activities, sights, shopping and restaurants. Just my two cents.
