Sequim Lavender Castle

Dina sagor drömmar kan gå i uppfyllelse. Bo i slottet och känn dig som en drottning när du ser ner från ett av rummen genom fönsterluckorna på vardagsrummet som omger den stora eldstaden i mitten. Fantastisk upplevelse mitt i Sequim WA. Ät på 8 fot träplatta bordet placerat i den rundade matsalen eller fortsätt gå och gå upp och upp på den böjda trappan till 2 sovrum och sittgrupp som har en dagssäng med en rulla.

Huset är lika unikt som det kommer. Inuti slottet har rundade väggar med en enorm öppen spis i mitten av huset - vilket ger en sådan atmosfär som du sitter och ser att det spricker och njuter av din tid tillsammans. Huset har dekorerats med rustning och Spears och annan medeltida dekor.
Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng. I det öppna utrymmet på övervåningen har en dubbelsäng bädd. Det tredje sovrummet är nere. Den är utformad för att användas på många sätt med två nedfällbara soffor som görs till 2 bäddar eller kan användas som familjerum för spel, titta på tv eller titta på en av "slott" -filmer eller klä upp sig i många av kostymer. Blås upp drottningsmadrasser kan tillhandahållas och fäll ut mattor på begäran.

Detta är ett fantastiskt hus för fester eller evenemang - eftersom det inte finns någon som bor någonstans nära huset, vänligen be om avgifterna.
Huset är verkligen en magisk upplevelse för att ta dig tillbaka till dina barndomsdrömmar. Det är dekorerat i medeltida inredning och du kan gå in i rollen med kostymer och kronor. Barn kommer att vara i sitt element klädda som prinsessor och prinsar som leker med slottleksaker i slottens tält.
Utanför kan du äta runt ett stort "runt bord" eller sitta runt en lägereld och steka din middag. När lavendeln är i blom kan du promenera genom lavendelfältet. Det är precis nerför gatan från Carrie Blake Park som har en trevlig hundpark och gränsar till Discovery Trail. Du kan gå ett par kvarter till livsmedelsbutiken eller en av de bästa kaffeställen i staden (Adajios). Om du inte har något emot att gå kan du gå en mil till centrum för mat eller shopping. Sequims centrum har ett brett urval av shopping och mat.

Just for the night.

What a great place. We only stayed for a night but we’ll be back. Great kitchen and dining table to play cards. Very very charming. Fireplace is beautiful. Thank you for the presto log we enjoyed it.

Getaway

The Lavender Castle has been fun, cute and qwerky. We decided to stay here because of the novelty of staying in a castle, and it fully lived up to that!

Excellent property and clean!

We did a murder mystery dinner here with friends and had a wonderful time. The property was great and tons of lights and chairs, plus it’s themed as it is so that helped a ton. Absolutely will be staying here again. The host was super nice and there was plenty of items to make it feel like home and be able to cook as needed. Thank you!

Perfect for our small family reunion

Everything was top notch. Very clean, great kitchen area, super comfortable beds, and a very responsive host. The grounds were lovely and kept up nicely. The property was close to shopping, parks and sights. Really, for our small group of mixed ages, it was the perfect spot. Thank you! We'll be back!

Beautiful Stay

Love the location (10 min walk to the Lavender Festival), and the property itself is very charming and fun. Only two minor complaints: there's no A/C upstairs so it got pretty stuffy, and there are no curtains on the half-circle windows, meaning we got blasted by the sun at 6am in the summer. However, we managed to work past those and would absolutely stay again!

Delightful stay

It's a unique house and so much fun. We had a great time. The hot tub was nice. There was a lot of decor that was in-theme. They had dress-ups of various sizes including big enough for our older daughters to try on.

Short and sweet visit

We only had one night at the castle, but it was well worth it. The most memorable aspect for the kids would probably be getting to use all the dress up clothes and pretending to be knights, princesses, and wizards. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to make dinner and breakfast. Location was great, minutes from a grocery store. Communication was quick and easy. Air conditioning in the TV room was very welcome.

Birthday adventures

With all my boys hitting 18 or older, it’s been harder to find something exciting and new to do for all their birthdays that fall within two weeks of each other. We have always loved visiting Sequim and the animal game farm. I was happily surprised to learn of this festive and unique castle that was full of all the fun amenities like costumes, decor, medieval type dishes, furniture, etc. It was really fun. My only regret is not staying longer.

False description

I was excited to travel to this remote, quiet property as the description clearly states "no one living nearby and stroll through the lavender field". There was no field just a front year by a busy street with a daycare next door and other businesses surrounding the house. I did not feel comfortable having my children play outside being right on the busy road. Plus, no one got a good night's sleep because there was a smell of mold in the downstairs room where the children were supposed to sleep. We got up the next morning and left the property. I had to book a hotel room nearby and the owners never gave us a refund for the remainder of the stay. I had to reach out to my credit card company. I have never experienced anything like this and have rented several houses in my travels.

Perfect for a murder mystery!

This was the perfect venue for a small murder mystery gathering. The castle is well furnished with themed decorations. It was the perfect size for an 11 person gathering. It was very clean and comfortable, highly recommend!

Lavender Castle Paradise

My friend and I stopped here for a night on our road trip down the PCH. The town is super cute and surrounding area is beautiful. I will definitely be coming back and staying at this castle again. The property was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and showers were great. Overall, this place was great and we will definitely be back.

Castle!!!

I was very impressed with the enchanting feel of the Lavender Castle. The mattresses are comfortable and the grounds nicely manicured. Proximity to local restaurants and parks is excellent. There is a really nice set of pickle ball courts near the dog park. Lots of nearby places to eat. Checking in and out is very easy. We have so many cool pictures from our stay.

Lovely Stay!

Everything on the property is clean and the home is decorated perfectly- even with several people staying in the home, it never felt crowded or cramped and everyone had space! The property is private, with very few homes around, so it was a nice little getaway and the perfect place for us to elope with some close friends and family. :)

A very unique property that kids will love

This is a really interesting “castle”. We have two young grandchildren who really loved it. The place is quiet and we liked that too. Some details of the construction were not well executed, but this is not a deal breaker. We would strongly recommend this place as a fun get away.

Anniversary in a Castle

We so loved this place and had a wonderful time. Even better being able to have our furry child with us! Some of the pots where dirty but, easy clean. Overall the whole theme of the place was wonderful and in a great location. Close to gas and grocery store. Definitely plan on coming back!

Awesome and unique!

One of the best and the most unique places we have stayed! I’m amazed how creative and thoughtful the owner/builder of the castle is, with so many details that made us feel like we are from the medieval world, yet the important features of the house like heating and kitchen are modern (loved they were powered by the solar panels!). My kids were so excited to play with the treasure chests, and they did not want to leave. The place is super clean and easy to find. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Cozy and fun stay in Sequim!

The castle was great for our Medieval-themed Friendsgiving Feast! The space is comfortable and well decorated. The location isn't very private, so keep this in mind if you want to spend time outside, but we came for the interior so this didn't bother us. Overall, the castle had everything we needed!
