Dolphins and the bay

Had a great time, saw dolphins in the bay. I would definitely recommend replacing the mattress as it was worn out and uncomfortable and replacing or fixing the seal on the entry door as it allows air and noise from the adjacent road inside the unit!

Wonderful condo

I can't say enough good things about our stay here! The condo was perfect! The views are beautiful including the best sunsets and every morning dolphin shows! The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and was so comfortable!!! The owner went out of his way with communications and even provided great restaurant recommendations which were close by! Great location!

Enchanting

What an enchanting view of the bay from the living room! It was a magical experience too see the dolphins playing in the early hours of the morning, and the sunsets were breathtaking. The condo was equipped with every convenience, making it feel like home, and the location was perfect. 5 stars!

Boca Ciega Resort

We always love staying at the Boca Ciega Resort and come here a couple of times a year! Earl was extremely accommodating and hospitable and was a pleasure to rent from.

Couldn’t have been a more perfect vacay!

Thank you so much for allowing me to stay in your home this week. It was a much needed restful and relaxing week. The mattress was more firm than mine at home and WHO KNEW it’s exactly what I needed! I slept like a baby! Very comfortable and I will be changing mine out soon! The condo was well appointed, close to all the places I wanted to visit, and had everything I needed. The view is amazing and I even saw dolphins a couple of days! The sunsets were beyond beautiful. I did everything I wanted to do while here and even enjoyed the pool and hot tub one day. Thank you again! I’ll definitely be returning for a visit!

Excellent place

Loved the place. Very clean. Easy access. The only bad side was that i was expecting to use the hot tub, but last minute I was notified of being closed due to storm damage. I will stay there any time.

Lovely property with gorgeous views

Delightful condominium with everything I needed- washer/dryer, king bed, couch, chairs, plenty of lighting, fans, TV in both living room and bedroom, lovely decor and a balcony with a table & plenty of chairs with gorgeous views. Everything was clean and new. Communication with the owner was phenomenal. The owner responded immediately to all my questions. I highly recommend staying at this property and look forward to having the chance to stay again. Irecommend staying

Incredible Views!

We loved our stay here! Earl was a great host and he wasn’t kidding when he told us to be on the lookout for dolphins. It was a dolphin party every morning! We thoroughly enjoyed watching the afternoon storms roll in from the expansive balcony. We hated to leave and can’t wait for an excuse to return!

Very nice Condo

The condo is set up very nicely.Just enough room for the two of us And our two little fur babies. The balcony is very nice and overlooks the water. It was nice sitting out there watching the boats and jet skis go by, Very calming There’s a rum bar right in the parking lot. So that was very nice to be able to walk over there . I would recommend Staying there

Great Location and views

The place was clean and well-provided. The balcony had great views for morning coffee and beautiful sunsets. A dolphin put on a show one morning with five jumps! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The road noise from the highway nearby was not a problem on this side of the building. This was a great stay to explore St. Petersburg.

The condo was a bit smaller than we expected and needs some updating, e.g., cabinets covering is pealing. Whoever cleans does not do a very good job. On the high side, beautiful view and great pool, and good location.

Perfect hosts that went beyond for me

UNIT 213

Generally it was acceptable but trouble the first day with inadequate functioning lock was a concern. The owner did act after a few days to have a lock smith replace it. The bath tub did not meet a clean standard a ring around was evident. The kitchen was poor functioning setup with less than suitable cupboards for the anyone wanting to prepare meals. A suggestion to install a small pot hanger from the ceiling over the counter might help the poorly designed kitchen. The cupboard doors need replacing the covering is lifting off which tends to be annoying in the opening and closing. If your not into meal prep you may be satisfied. It is located close to shopping and the beach less than 5 minutes.Suggest maybe to leave mop for those who would like to wash up the floors from time to time. A side from the negatives we did enjoy our two week stay, the view of the bay and weather we had was exceptional.

Can’t beat the view!

Watching boats and dolphins was a great way to start off our day! The view from the balcony and living area is spectacular! We had a lovely stay for a month. Owner very responsive. Kitchen is small but when on vacation, eating out is way more fun than cooking. On busy street but set back enough that once you are in the unit or on the balcony, you can’t hear the noise. Being on Bay Pines blvd isn’t conducive to walking (other than the parking lot and one marina). But there are parks, gyms and beaches nearby.
