The condo was clean, and the location was quiet. We enjoyed the view, pool and saw several dolphins and a manatee. We will definitely stay again hopefully for longer next time. Mary was very prompt with responding to questions.

This condo is located close to Madeira Beach as well as downtown St Pete. We love having a view from the balcony and enjoyed peaceful mornings watching the boats and dolphins. The restaurant located across the parking lot (Doc Ford’s) was great and offered daily live music. We will definitely be back to this condo when we return to the area.

Wonderful place!

We loved our stay here! The view is just beautiful, and the condo was very clean, and cozy! The location is also great. Many restaurants close by, and the beach is a quick drive down the street!

Great Views!

Enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping. The condo is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Would highly recommend!

Spring Training

We stayed here because it was located conveniently to spring training baseball games and the beaches.We loved Doc Fords Rum Restaurant. We got to see dolphins swim in the bay. Target is close by for groceries or other items.

Spring fun!

What a fantastic condo! I loved the location, view, decor and the price. I had coffee on the balcony each morning and had pelicans and dolphins waiting to great me! The owner was a great communicator and made everything so simple. Doc Ford’s was right across the parking lot with great outdoor seating and live music! We’d definitely book again!

“Great place to stay during our vacation”

The place was very clean and neat, beautiful view Everything we needed was available. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem we experienced was the water pressure from the shower was very weak.. other than that we had a blast.

Oustanding View

Stayed 4 nights, enjoyed the condo greatly and the view from the large balcony was outstanding. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything that we needed. The traffic trying to get out of the condo was very busy just as everywhere else in the area. Restaurant was next door and several others very close by. Also a Walmart was right over the bridge for convience. Our host was easy to reach and reponded quickly to any questions we had. The favorite part was the balcony and view!

Even better than expected

This place is terrific! Mary has done an amazing job maximizing every square inch of space, and the decor is wonderful...even better than in the photos. The views are spectacular, too. We loved watching the boats go by, pelicans hunting for their breakfast, and gorgeous sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo!

The condo was perfect for 2 people. Beautiful view of the bay. The unit was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you would need...just like your own home. The owner was readily available and very pleasant. Would love to come back.

Breathtaking, we didn't want to leave

My husband and I stayed at Mary's place for 2 weeks in celebration of our 10 year wedding anniversary. I have to say, we didn't want to leave. Summer Vacation

We stayed in this place from August 10th to August 24th. It is exactly as described if it's not even better.We had a wonderful relaxing view from the balcony. We watched the dolphins every morning and enjoyed the pool every day. The went to clearwater beach few times and the beach was amazing. There's so many places that you can go to but amost nothing a

Wow! Better than expected!

This place is a gem! It was much better than we expected! Mary is great to work with. She answered each one of my questions ASAP. The place is very clean, very comfortable for us and very cozy. Nothing beats the balcony and the view! That was the highlight of our day; sitting in the balcony watching the sunset and the dolphins! And at the end of the day, walk to the Doc Ford's Rest. :). The pool and rest of the facilities were great. Will stay again and again!

A true gem

The unit was exactly as pictured and described only better. The host has done an amazing job of providing just about everything you could want or need for a "home away from home". The bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and the deck furniture was perfect. We loved the high top table for meals and watching the sunset and the comfortable chaise chairs for reading and relaxing. We normally stay on the beach but we found the view over the bay to be every bit as enjoyable watching the boats pass by. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in - spotless. Kudos to Mary for providing everything we needed and to her cleaning crew for their great work. We loved our week there and will definitely return

The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. We had coffee on the balcony every morning and enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings. The pool is very nice and clean as well. We had dinner at Doc Fords next door, absolutely delicious and the service was top notch. Mary answered any questions I had very promptly. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Paradise at Boca Ciega!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this condo. We needed a place in St. Pete to stay and work while our son attended a summer camp at USF. I could not have asked for more. Mary is an amazing host. She would respond immediately to emails or texts. The condo is very clean and a fantastic location. On the bay, incredible views and sunsets, short drive to the beach, close to several great places to eat (Doc Fords, Wicked Cantina, Slyce), and has the perfect pool and hot tub to relax at the end of the day. It had everything we needed for the week.
