Clean and comfortable!

A very clean and comfortable place to stay. Felt just like home. We were pleasantly surprised the location to the park and downtown area was within walking distance as well as the local grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to next year!

Perfect location!

Our little family loved our stay! It is centrally located to city beach, downtown and the park which is a major plus! The house had everything we wanted. The welcome gift left was such a great surprise and started our vacation off with a bang! Thank you for everything!!

Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed our weekend in Clear Lake. The property is great, fantastic location close to downtown restaurants and bars all within a short walk. The property itself was well appointed and exceptionally clean. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a Clear Lake weekend or vacation.

Great vrbo rental in Clear Lake

Excellent property - great location close to downtown. We were a family of 6 adults and the property fit our needs. Very well furnished and clean. We will be back!

Home was decorated perfectly and provided everything we needed. Very centrally located. We loved the property! Owners we very nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend this when staying in Clear Lake!

Fabulous!

Absolute wonderful house! So close to all the fun in Clear Lake - Walk to it all. Had our sibling reunion here, Great grilling, cooking and hang out spaces. We had everything we needed and were So comfortable. Highly recommend.

A Fun Weekend at Winter Dance Party

We had a very enjoyable time in Clear Lake going to the Winter Dance Party. We were very pleased with the VRBO home we stayed in. The home was very nice. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities. The owner responded immediately to a question we had. The home has a full comfortable basement with lots of games and a fun old turntable and records. As we were there for the Buddy Holly reunion, listening to old music was great! :-) The location was good, close to downtown and the lake. We would stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

Our family loved this clean, very nicely decorated home! The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to City Beach and downtown shopping & restaurants. The owners are amazing. Ww left some clothing that they are happily mailing back to us. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Clear Lake Winter Paradise

It was a great house in a great location. The house had everything we needed for home away from home. We enjoyed hanging out in the basement playing games and listening to records. The Winter Dance Party at the Surf Ballroom was awesome. Nice walk to the lake just a little cold for us.

Our names are Lon and Deb Gretillat and we both grew up in North Iowa. We have worked and lived in Clear Lake for the past 20 years and really love all Clear Lake has to offer. We have five grown daughters, three sons-in-law and thoroughly enjoy our four young grandchildren.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have been looking for a vacation rental for several years and finally found what we think is a gem based on its location and features of the house. It's only two blocks from City Beach and Downtown so anyone visiting can enjoy the beach, many events and amenities Clear Lake has to offer. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
