Grand time w/Parents, Children, Grandchildren

Our second year at this family friendly, wonderful location was magical. This space is layed out so well, with grandchildren in the middle bedroom. We began our days watching the sun rise on our east facing balcony overlooking the inner/coastal canal. The majority of the was spent going back and forth from beach to pool. We would wind down around 4pm with frozen smoothies, showers and dinner (at home or at one of the many casual local restaurants. We would conclude our days watching the sun set on the west facing balcony. Excellent food nearby at a 1/2 dozen restaurants.We also spent one morning visiting a free nature park, feeding turtles and at their playground that had a modified zip line. We also viewed their owls, falcons, an eagle, and snakes.Lots of time spent memory making in our very comfortable condo that is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of bath and beach towels, and extra bedroom linen.We hope to return next year!

Great family vacation

Our family stayed a week here! We had a great time! Watching the sunrise then the sunset from each side was super nice! Peter the host replied to our messages right away when needed! At first the pool wasn’t heated and was very cold but he sent someone to fix it and the second half of our vacation the kids swam in it and had a great time! We came for the beach so we spent a lot of time on the beach! The condo was spacious and had all the supplies needed. My son fished a lot across street and caught some fish! Would go back again!

Great Location

Enjoyable stay with excellent views

The condo is large and situated in the "narrows" between IRB and Indian Shores. The property is quiet but not convenient walking distance to restaurants etc. There are front and back lanais which provide excellent views of sunset and sunrise. The owner is very responsive to try to resolve issues. Unfortunately there were issues, most notably the elevator malfunction for an entire day and the pool heater not heating for 6 days. In fairness these may be lingering problems from the Fall hurricanes. The unit is well stocked with paper products and coffee pods. The smart TVs afford access to wide variety of entertainment. The unit needs freshening of furniture and some appliances. Some of bed mattresses need to be replaced. With a few updates the unit can again be excellent.

Great stay

Lovely property. Enjoyed having balconies on both the gulf and intercoastal sides. Saw dolphins on both sides. New pool, deck, and chairs. Fenced sandy area for littles to play that also has furniture for caregivers to sit on in that area. Very responsive owner. All appliances worked great. Kitchen was well-stocked for us to do meal-prep in disposable pans for a family member in the area. The area is recovering from the hurricanes and many businesses have reopened or are working hard to reopen. We had no problems finding grocery stores, restaurants and activities that were open. Hope to stay here again someday

Great for family vacay

Great condo with convenient location without being in the high traffic areas and the beach was never crowded! Felt very local and laid back. Condo has TWO balconies where you can watch the sunRISE & sunSET! We loved that everyday. Great access to the pool and beach. Also loved no stairs and having plenty of space in the condo.

Beachfront Beauty

Our stay was fantastic. We were so happy with the views from both balconies. The condo itself is well maintained and stocked with just about everything we needed. We added a few extra beach chairs since there was 6 of us staying. Check in was smooth once we found the elevator access keys and figured out which elevator to take. It is spelled out in the check-in notes what elevator to take, but being unfamiliar with the building, it took us a minute to figure it out. Parking is a little tight, but that's the case for most condos there with underneath parking like that. I would recommend this condo and look forward to coming back again.

Good place for comfortable beach stay

This place was as advertised. Best things - well stocked with kitchenware, towels, etc. & owners communicated & took care of issues quickly (the hall toilet was running when we got there & it was fixed in a couple days). Also, beds were comfortable & A/C worked great - important after all day on the beach. We liked that there was a balcony facing the Gulf & facing the Intracoastal Waterway & beach access is great. Beach stuff is hit or miss so you may need to go to Walmart or Beach Zone & get supplies. And wifi not great (couldn't pick up on beach balcony) but good enough to watch streaming services on all TVs & worked fine inside. Bottom line - we recommend & would stay again.

Vacation by the Sea

The location is definitely a positive aspect. On one side, there's the sea with its beautiful beach, and on the other side, the equally fascinating hinterland. Unfortunately, the apartment doesn't reflect this almost perfect ambiance. For the price paid, one would expect more. Everything seems a bit run-down and worn-out. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. After we complained, the cleaning lady came immediately, but even this additional visit wasn't enough to clean the apartment to a standard worthy of the price. We would seek accommodation in this area again, but will likely avoid this apartment.

A Little Slice of Heaven

PERFECT! AMAZING! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! WONDERFUL CONDO! My husband and I travel a lot and have visited many beaches and stayed in many condos. The simplicity of this place was better than expected. 2 balconies, perfect size, stocked amazingly! The owners go above and beyond. I feel like some people nitpick this place on other reviews but I guess everyone’s opinion is different. We had the best little vacation and a huge part is because of this place. Close to everything, not crowded! Already looking for dates to come down during fall break! I’d give this place and its owners more stars if I could!

Turquoise Twin Peaks

Indian Rocks Beach is one of the best! The Condo was exactly as pictured, beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. We loved the layout, grandparents at one end, parents at the other end and grandchildren in the middle bedroom. The east and west facing balconies provided spectacular sunrises and sunsets every day. The pool provided wonderful entertainment for our grandchildren each afternoon. Our stay was amazing for our entire family!

Sunsets and Dolphins

Pros: - Amazing views from the large balcony on the Gulf side - Sunrises over the intercoastal - Great location close to restaurants - Living room furniture asnd beds are good - Small complex is quiet and relaxing Cons: - New dining room chairs and balcony furniture is uncomfortable - Low water pressure in the showers - Be aware it's an older complex, tiles were loose in the pool area, the overall building needs some maintenance

Beautiful views

The views are the star of this condo. The location is perfect. The condo has two balconies with a view of the gulf and a view of the intracoastal waterway. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. Pros: The owner is great to work with and responded to us right away. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with dish soap, hand soap and coffee pods for the Keurig. The pool is heated and the chairs for relaxing around the pool are comfortable. Parking is good with private elevator access to the condo. Cons: The unit was not clean in places. There was popcorn under the sofa cushions and the cushions were dirty. The floor in the hallway bathroom was not clean. However the owner sent out the cleaning crew the next day and they washed the sofa cushions and cleaned the bathroom. The hallway bathroom needs to have the very old tub replaced and the shower water pressure is very low. . The furniture on the balconies needs to be replaced. The condo is old and needs to be remolded. The condo association needs to fix the chipped tiles and concrete around the pool. Corrosion on the balcony hand rail brackets isa safety issue.
