Kings Beach Oceanfront Condominium Unit 12A. Vackert inredda, nybyggnad bekvämt beläget bara några mil söder om Kralendijk vid Punt Vierkant. Denna 2 sovrum, 2 1/2 badrum radhuslägenhet är fullt möblerad och utrustad med ett modernt kök, luftkonditionering i hela, takfläktar, telefon, TV, WIFI internet och en tvättmaskin. Master svit balkongen vetter mot havet för att njuta av solnedgångar och underbar utsikt. Sovrummet på andra våningen har också havsutsikt och balkong. Vardagsrummet och matplatsen har utsikt över havet och en uteplats för att sola och underhålla. Gå ut 150 meter från uteplatsen, över en sandstrand till palmer och en palapa. Vår strand är perfekt för att sola, simma, snorkla och dykning.

Beautiful Beach Stay - Clean, Well-Stocked kitchen and hoe, and Perfect Location!

This was our third time staying at this wonderful beach property, and each time has been just as nice as the last. The place is always extremely clean. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with great views of the sun sets and short distance to our favorite dives. One of the highlights for us is the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking sunsets. It’s the perfect spot for relaxation, and the small details in the property really make it feel like a home away from home. The house is well-stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils, so preparing meals was easy and convenient. We can't wait to come back again for another stay—it’s truly our go-to spot for a relaxing beach getaway!

Nice location, unit could use better maintenance and lupgrade air conditioning.

To start off I’m not writing for this to be published to the public. I’m writing because you asked and the info is more a comment to the owner of what I feel should be improved The unit has a good location and is on the water. However as a vacation rental unit owner myself I expect units to be maintained well. Disappointing that had to call for repairs to be made upon arriving. Toilets that took too way to long to refill, showers that pooled soapy water, shower temp luke warm, not hot, bedroom door that had to be slammed to get closed, ants in kitchen ( I realize it’s an island and there are ants but to have a significant problem on arrival, and throughout stay, shows lack of attention on unit prep). Air conditioning unit in kitchen/living room is undersized and is not able to cool area comfortably. Shades on west windows would help significantly. The dinning table area is uncomfortable in the evening as the room is too hot. Some ceiling fans either didn’t work or needed repair. I don’t feel I should have to do the owner/manager job of getting basic things in order for an enjoyable stay. The only way I found to light the BBQ grill was to remove both layers of grates and light burner directly. The neighborhood barking dog is annoying. I admit I’m picky, just want a vacation where I don’t have to deal with basic maintenance issues.

Great vacation on Bonaire

Excellent property, clean and very well stocked with all necessities. The location is perfect, right on the beach with an amazing house reef. Everything provided for dives, wash buckets racks etc A special mention for Francey, the manager. She was always available and dealt with any issues immediately and was always very friendly and helpful, advising about things to do to make the vacation very special. I would rent again and highly recommend this property.

I am a US citizen. I have owned this property since 2010. My wife and I stay here ourselves for 4 months January through April. Our kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook in or just enjoy life in Bonaire.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This unique ocean front property is located in the serene southern area of the island. The diving and snorkeling on site is astounding. There are over 20 dive and snorkel sites within a short ride. Town, dining, shopping and airport are minutes away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Kite Beach is a few miles down the road. Windy Lac Bay is about 6 miles away for windsurfing. The property is on a private beach with beautiful sunset views. You can snorkel or dive right from our backyard. The two bedroom suites face the water with spectacular views.
