Mitt hem är 3 miles till Clear water downtown, 4. 9 miles till Clear water beach och 6 miles till Sand Key beach. Ett stort antal livsmedelsbutiker i närheten. Ett kvarter från Pinellas trail. Bra storlek rum med en queen size-säng och garderob att hänga saker. Gatan är tyst och du kan få en god natts sömn. Parkeringsplats precis framför huset.

Awesome cozy stay

We really enjoyed our stay and close to the beach and all the restaurants . The hot water was amazing it took care of my family of 4 the neighborhood wasn’t the best but nobody bothered us

Overall good place

It is a good place in general and we did not have any complaints on anythings inside it. The communication with the host was great. The only thing that really bothered us was joyfull neighbors who could shout, sing and laugh till early morning near our window.

Great location! Great Host!

For less than a 100 a night you get a small house all to yourself with the host living right next door if anything should arise. Nothing was needed from our host but she was quick to respond to every message I had before our stay! The house is in a typical Florida neighborhood.

Easy and clean and convenient

Casa Lola was very clean and an easy check in. Everything there we needed . Close to beach and Blue jay spring training field. Will definitely keep it in mind for another year .

Underwhelming

Sketchy neighborhood on poorly lit dead end street. Every night a group of men sat outside duplex units that backed up to our duplex’s bedroom window. They were loud; smoking, drinking and cursing until 10:30 or 11 pm. I had to turn on a sound machine to drown them out.No dishwasher or garbage disposal. Very dirty AC filter and no coffee filters as specified in house manual. The owner was very responsive to us and changed filter right away.Both mattresses were comfortable.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war für unseren Kurzaufenthalt optimal. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in und Check-out war völlig unkompliziert, da komplett ohne persönlichen Kontakt möglich.

Wonderful place to stay!

Casa Lola was a wonderful! Adriana is a wonderful host! Quick to respond to questions, has a clean and tidy rental and she has directions for use of appliances and everything! We would definitely stay again in the future!

Was a little nervous about area

When we showed up, there were people pushing a shopping cart and area seemed a little sketchy, but once we were there, I got a little more comfortable. Owner was great to deal with and place was very comfortable and clean.

Cozy stay for vacay.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. It was a cozy stay. Great location, so close to beaches and many activities. Adriana, our host, was super sweet and communication with her was very easy. The place was clean and well equipped. A few suggestions would be: a safety bar in the tub/shower, maybe upgrade the carpet and have a 2nd TV in one of the bedrooms. Affordable near clearwater

The host was very easy to communicate with and easily available to answer any questions we had. The place is very comfortable with two queen size beds so a family of 4 like us could easily stay there. It was nice to have a decent size kitchen which has everything but a dishwasher. It was only 15-20 mins away from Clearwater and sand key beach areas (non traffic times where it was more like 30 mins). Also has a great trail close by if you want to do a walk, run or bike ride. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. It’s very practical and affordable compared to beach resorts.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I bought this property because it is a duplex house. I wanted to live in one unit and rent the other one. Later on I discovered the short term rentals and I decided to rent in this plarform. I am enjoying it very much!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

When I came to check the property, I was taken aback by the trailer park at the beginning of the street. But then I saw many kids playing outside and It was really nice to watch and hear their laughing. Threre are many families living around. The neighborhood is actually quiet because is it close to a dead end street with the Pinellas Trail at the end of the street.
